This place was great, the staff was amazing, the room was very clean and spacious, if you want a cozy place don’t hesitate to book at Nour Plazza, it’s a lovely hotel.

Everything about the hotel is just amazing, since I step inside, the warmth welcome from the receptionist make me feel home, the cleanliness of the room was just perfect. The breakfast was so tasty and the attentive of the waiters make my stay so unforgettable. I 100% recommend this hotel because of its location and for their lovely staff.

Good standard of accommodation, more suited to business customers than leisure.

Shower door didn’t shut so bathroom floor was constantly soaked. Staff were, without any real exceptions, mostly rude, evidently bored and doing as little as possible and unvaryingly unhelpful. Found a dead fly in our breakfast on our first morning. Appallingly bad considering the price we paid.

Room was nice and bed was nice. The hostess was also very nice. Dining area nice as well.

Three things: 1. On Booking it says they have an airport shuttle. They do not. They can get you a taxi for a separate fee about about 20 euros one way. I was disappointed because this is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. 2. They also show that they have a spa. They do, but it is only for women. I was also disappointed because it was the other reason I chose this hotel. 3. They hung the American flag upside down :( If I knew I couldn't use the spa and they really didn't have an airport shuttle, I wouldn't have stayed there.

Very noisy to the street! We booked a room at the Nuur Plazza Hotel with a double bed at short notice (1,5h), the confirmation from Booking.com came quite quickly. 1. When we checked in, we were told that we had a room with two beds. So far so bad. 2. Of course one of the criteria was to have internet access in the hotel. First there was a hotel-wide outage and the frontdesk staff wanted to inform me by phone when it was working again - a call that never came. Then, when I found out it was supposed to be working again, I discovered that this was probably true for the rest of the hotel, but unfortunately not in our room. Now and then there was one of three bars but without function and when moving towards the entrance door also sometimes two and a connection but all in all it also constantly broke off again. It was apparently a problem with the position of the access points, so that our room was not sufficiently illuminated. When asked about this, the front desk staff could not be dissuaded from sending a technician over, who then spent 30 minutes trying to do something - whether he had understood the structural problem with the access points and that he could not do anything about it at that moment, I cannot say. 3. 3. The hotel is also located on a busy street, but advertises soundproofing. This may be true between the floors and between the rooms, but not at all for the façade facing the street. The windows, as usual, hardly insulate at all. And if you have one of the 5 of 8 rooms per floor facing the street, it is very noisy. Strangely, this doesn't seem to interest the other reviewers at all. 4. The reviewers also talk about a very good breakfast, which I definitely cannot confirm. Our breakfast was better in every riad. Apart from that, the buffet was selected when we came for breakfast and was not replenished. The view from the 8th floor is very nice though.

When we booked a hotel we were told it is in close proximity to city center. however, we did not realize it is in new city rather than in old. we needed to book taxi to commute to medina

The kindest and most generous, caring, helpful staff throughout the hotel. Reception - Abdel Jalil went beyond his duties to assist me, as did Ouafae & Hamza and the others, the restaurant staff - Chef prepares delicious dinners, great breakfasts and makes amazing Ghoribas bahla and of course all the cleaning staff. Room was lovely, great location if you do not want to stay in the Medina. Will definitely stay there again. All positive.

Liked the convenient location. Generally pretty comfortable and clean. Staff were fairly friendly.

Unfortunately the toilet shower kept flooding when we used it and also found a cockroach in our room. Breakfast was very mediocre and expensive. Were not served by staff quickly enough. Would recommend to eat at other surrounding shops.

Cozy & spacious room and a nice view from the roof top terrace; breakfast was good, but expensive; luxury hotel with service cheat and not that well located

A total rip off & cheat during the gala dinner on new year's eve: dinner was supposed to start at 20:00, band did not arrive before 20:45. Dinner actually started around 22:00. We were told that non-alcoholic drinks were included, but we had to pay them separately. The price of the soft drinks were ridiculously high as well (5€ for a small coca cola). Additionally they brought the bill 10 minutes before midnight which ruined the mood. So, if you are just sleeping there, it is fine - if you are using their services, you are cheated.

I had been told breakfast started at 7:30. I had an appointment for 8:00 and therefore at 7 and a half I showed up for breakfast and instead to my great surprise there was nothing, absolute emptiness. they started bringing something around 7:50. I ate a quick sandwich and left. Basically in 3 days I only had breakfast once, because on the third day I had an early flight.the hotel is located in the new area of ​​fes a little away from the medina. Very bad internet in the room!

Impeccable hotel, really. we haven’t tried the gym, but the rooms are spacious and warm and breakfasts are tasty.
