We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean and furnished very nicely. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

The location can’t be beat - nice walk or bike ride to the beach area. Seabrook Island is just wonderful. The condo unit itself was for the most part nice. The kitchen was well done. Living room furniture was nice and comfy. There was an issue with WiFi but the management company was on it quickly. The decks (and grill) need a major cleaning. The grill did NOT have a propane tank. In my opinion the linens could use an updating. Bed and bath areas felt a bit “beat up”. It’s a great rental - just in need of a bit of TLC in a few spots.

We loved the location of this condo as it was very close to a beautiful beach. The condo itself had a recently updated kitchen (it was soooo well stocked with everything you’d need to cook) and living room. The check in process was a little chaotic as the condo was not clean and ready for us until 6pm, we actually walked in on the cleaning lady. We were also unclear on how to get the amenity card to access the pools and had to drive to a few different places until we figured out how to get one but not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

We had an amazing time and loved the location!! My sister's children have never really taken a vacation due to severe allergies. They have been working on those and have -- with much therapy and help -- overcome most of them. My sister, out of necessity, is a cleanliness freak and was afraid we were going to have to "re-clean" the place to make it doable for the girls. She was pleasantly surprised with how clean the property was and was able to relax and enjoy herself and feel her children were safe. She is so excited by this, she said she would have to come to this location again with the rest of the family!! Thank you for a stellar experience!!

Our family of seven (ages 5-late 50s) stayed here for four nights over the Easter weekend, having traveled to Seabrook to celebrate Easter and a 60th birthday with extended family. First off, the location is awesome - a very short walk to the beach and the clubhouse with amenities. Check-in was a breeze. The condo is equipped with tons of kitchen necessities. However, one thing it needs is a broom and dustpan. The front deck, as well as the upper deck off the master had many dead leaves, to the point that there were leaves stuck between the sliding glass door and sliding screen, located off the master; when we opened the sliding door leaves fell into the bedroom. It's currently spring, so those leaves have been there awhile. Unfortunately, the owner still hasn't taken common suggestions made by past renters regarding the deck furniture off the master. There remains just one piece of furniture there, a heavily weathered wooden lounge chair covered with a filthy cushion. This would be a nice place to spend some quiet time, but not until some action is taken to improve the condition of the furniture. Overall, we were very pleased, but we would like to see the owner take the time to not only read people's reviews, but to take some positive steps toward implementing their suggestions.

Our family truly enjoyed staying at this place. It is very spacious and clean, and everything is perfect. Very close to beach access, secure location, and quite neighbors.

Clean, well-equipped kitchen, nicely furnished. Ideal for our golf group playing the Seabrook Island courses. We will be back.

Fantastic location walking distance from the beach, golf club and pool. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Although managed through Wyndham properties, the check-in/out process was very convenient.

The home was very nice and clean.
Close to the pool and beach.
We loved it.

This unit was great for me and my daughter. Close to amenities and very well appointed. Easy to cook meals, comfy beds. Only complaint is the temperature on the top floor, but if you crank up the AC, it is fine!

Just a lovely place to relax and unwind!

We had roaches show up.

Great spot. Roaches freaked out my wife but were not that bad. Bed sheets were worn out. Kitchen was great, living/dining room area was a great place to congregate. Good air conditioner. Convenient to golf course.

We’ve stayed in Spinnakers numerous times and they offer comfort and convenience. Overall it was fine, the kitchen is well stocked w quality cooking tools. The beds were comfortable. I really missed having a screened porch and the porch off the master could benefit from a second chair , perhaps a table , outdoor covers so that the cushions on the existing chair were not sodden, dirty and cob webbed. The bathrooms both could stand an update.

We have visited Seabrook for 12 years and always enjoy re-experiencing our favorite things.

Check-on and check-out was easy. Friendly staff.

The villa was a perfect spot for our family! The villa is updated and clean. It is a very short bike ride or walk to the beach and also the beach club. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Overall great experience with in and checkout. Really liked house we stayed at. However disappointed to find that towels in closet were unclean and sheets in bed were unclean as both towels and sheets still had leftover hair.

It's hard not to feel like you are having a great experience in an all-inclusive rental on Seabrook Island, in 80+ degree weather at the end of October!

The condo we stayed in was very well appointed and decor was very pleasant.

Dangerous bathroom. Outside could use cleaning. Advertised as a walk to the beach but too far to walk had to ride bikes Otherwise very pleased.

Overall very good . Only issue uncomfortable issue was the roaches

the villa, which we know & like, was poorly cleaned. also, there were only two rolls of toilet paper. finally, we were never told that it was ready.
