But the house was clean and kitchen equipped. Being able to put in and hang out right there was the best part. Oh the room downstairs needs AC. Those two fans aren't great for August Temps. Twin and full-sized beds were not comfortable but the kings were fine.

A group of friends and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The booking and check in process was very easy and the house was just as listed. The location was awesome and I would definitely stay here again. 5/5 stars!

The only downside was some of the bunk bed bedding was dirty and torn. The location made up for this. Short, easy walk to riverside...there is a shallow rocky area with rapids and also a nice swimming hole. Great area for fishing as well. We would definitely return....with our own bedding

It was off peak season, so it fit the bill perfectly. There was enough room for everyone, beautiful property. We saw lots of deer, and enjoyed watching foxes play around below us after dark.

As for the house, the floors were VERY dirty, they looked clean but our feet were black after walking on them (we know our feet were dirty from the floor because we took showers then we’re walking around the house and noticed our feet were all black and dirty on the bottom). I couldn’t even let our little one crawl on the floor. The pots and pans need to be replaced, the bottom of the pan I was cooking with was chipping, the mattress on the master bed and the lower 2 bunks are loud when rolling over in the bed. The air conditioner was not keeping up, it never felt cold in the house and it was very humid feeling, we were all sweating at night.

Grandkids love the access to the water and you don't have to worry about them playing there since the water is only ankle deep. The house is clean and the kitchen is complete with all the necessities.

The only thing that would’ve have made this rental even better would be another queen bed down stairs in place of the twin beds. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be renting again!!

Unfortunately this was not the case. You can definitely tell this rental was through an agency and not an individual as our previous rental.

Wonderful property that we would definitely book again, we had 3 couples (6 people) who were there and wen had plenty of room! The drive was very nice and had wonderful scenery. The kitchen was awesome for cooking and the grill was perfect! Perfect scenery to wake up early and have coffee outside :) The neighbors were super awesome and welcoming. We stayed mid April and the weather was hit or miss but we were able to get into the Pebble Beach area behind the houses. I will say that the drive is a little sketchy since some of the roads are very narrow, so just be careful and there are a couple of little general stores along the way but definitely plan on having to drive at least 20 mins for anything resembling a regular gas station. But like I said, we will definitely be back!!

There were 8 of us and plenty of room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we need to make meals. Clean, nicely updated and decorated. The location is perfect with the private area for these cabins on the river. The rental process was simple and convenient. We will definitely be planning another trip and staying here again!

We recently stayed at Cliff view Cowboy Lodge RR94404 #4 New Braunfels Texas. The management company was very professional, the river property, condition, and location were beautiful and clean. Lodge #4 was a quiet place, and the rooms were clean very comfortable with good size beds. Unfortunately, there was an issue with a group of guy people staying across from our lodge. Kids will be kids, they became intoxicated, loud, and started to fight within their group and others. I reported the issue with management, I was told that the other property at Cliff view were individual rented out by other rental company. Our rental company was not able to do anything about the issue that happen that afternoon. Overall, I give it an A+, I would stay at the place again.
