Came to Red Feathers as a meeting point to spread some of our love ones ashes in WY. Cabin was wonderful. My only negative thing I could say is if you have ant elderly companions in your group they may have a hard time with steps leading down to house. I was lucky have grandsons to help, but over all you couldn’t find a better setting and awesome cabin.

We loved your home and found it to be very comfortable and ideal for our needs. The ping pong, pool and foosball made for lots of fun and we loved watching old family movies on your VCR.. One morning we woke up it was misty and it was so gorgeous out the front window it took my breath away!

Fantastic place with a lovely host. Well appointed and perfectly clean. Had a moose wander through the yard! Highly recommend for all ages.

Beautiful house. Quite remote. We saw 3 moose, 3 deer and a bear right beside the house. Path to house would not be good for older people. Also, may be tricky at night.

We stayed in this beautiful home over Labor Day and were delighted with the log construction and private location of this home. Comfortable beds with a lower level rec room and open concept kitchen to living room made our stay with 6 adults and 4 kids enjoyable. The pictures on line were accurate. We will be back to enjoy this home.

My friends and I really enjoyed Moose Hollow Retreat for its remote setting and its rustic cabin charm. Having 5 bedrooms was really nice and all of the beds were reported to be very comfy. Our only concern was that the internet connection was spotty at times but the landlord was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. I would definitely return to this rental property again. Next time, we'll remember to bring inflatable kayaks and paddle boards for the lake since they don't rent them at Dowdy Lake.

Overall- Terrific. The game room is wonderful…we used it a lot. Only a few things….There was only a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no extra rolls; the bear proof trash can was impossible to open. We never figured it out until the cleaning people came as we were leaving. (Seems to be human proof as well as bear proof! :) These few things were not important and we had a terrific time. We will recommend it to our friends.

Perfect space for multigenerational vacation. Places to gather and also spread out. Also the ping pong, foosball, and pool tables were a big hit.

We had a wonderful stay at Moose Hollow Retreat! The property was absolutely stunning and sits just a bit outside Red Feather Lakes Village in a location that makes it feel as though you are very secluded. We didn't have any issues at all, the owner was very attentive, and we there were clear directions on how to use all the amenities. We also really enjoyed the game amenities in the basement which included a ping-pong table, a pool table, and a foosball table. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is interested!

Road was well maintained but if you have a low sports car don’t drive it up. My son-in-law has a Z06 Corvette. Thought it would be fun to drive it up thru the mountains but the roads had a lot of pot holes and wash boards. He wished he had driven his other car. Other than that it was a delightful place! Played ping-pong, pool and foose-ball. Vey comfortable game room tho watch movies with the famiky

We loved our few days at Moose Hollow Lodge. It is very remote and my only advice is to make sure you get there before dark. We drove in after dark and very hard rain. Because of the dark and rain, the stone stairs leading down to the cabin were a bit frightening. After we got everything in and settled, it was wonderful. Beautiful area and we were blessed with a few wildlife sightings. A mama moose and her baby came to see us the first day. Thank you for a wonderful family time together.

We had the best time ever staying here at this cabin. It had everything we needed and is absolutely beautiful. We can't wait to plan another vacation there.

We rented this wonderful property to have a family vacation. We had family from California, Arizona & Pennsylvania. They all loved this property. We had many walks and local fishing and kayaking. Its was so much fun. There was many things for the kids to do! Ping pong was the winner in are family! The back deck won the adults attention with so many beautiful views! we would rent this wonderful cabin again maybe in a different season to experience new things. The property owner was very helpful and replied quickly when need. The one thing i would say is if you have elderly people coming with you. The altitude was difficult for some of are elderguests with the long rock stairway down to the property made loading and unloading things difficult. We were very lucky to have young teens to help carry the loads. Otherwise we loved this property and would rent it again. Thank you

The "cabin" was as described and with a well furnished kitchen! Our family appreciated the ample living room/dining room/kitchen openness with the plus of rooms being well insulated so some could stay up late while others retired early. Our children loved exploring and playing in the forested area right around the home as well as our visit to Lake Dowdy close by.

An amazingly spacious cabin, soaring cathedral ceilings and lots of natural light with huge windows. The cabin was extremely clean, updated and everything we needed was already there, including washer and dryer; we didn’t have to bring any dirty laundry home with us! We cooked all of our meals as there was ample cookware and dishes. There was plenty of space for seating our two large families. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning, it was so peaceful with the sound of the babbling brook. The kids enjoyed hiking around the property during the day and plenty for them to be entertained at night with ping pong, pool table, foosball table, and WiFi! Lakes for fishing were just a short drive away as well as a small supermarket. I have absolutely nothing negative to stay about this property and the property manager was amazing as well and very responsive to our questions. I recommend this to anyone wanting a getaway from the hustle and bustle. It was just what we needed!!

We enjoyed very much to staying at this beautiful airy and very nice house! Everything was very clean: nice towels, shampoos, soaps and cleaning supplies were provided. The house is surrounded by huge pines and aspens and we felt that nobody is around. We had lots of fun playing ping pong and pool. It was a great find!
