We had a wonderful time in Athens! The location and convenience of the apartment was excellent. The apartment was the perfect size and felt like home. Would recommend it for sure! We enjoyed having our morning coffee with the view of the Acropolis. Walking to restaurants was easy and close by, as was shopping and site seeing. Everything was right outside the door. We did the tour with Spyros who did an amazing job giving us a history lesson and keeping us engaged. He spent the whole day with us, showing us the obvious sites to see and also taking us to places that are low key and off the grid. He gave us suggestions for restaurants and things to do, in addition to some special recommendations for when we went to Santorini. Must say it was a great time in Athens!!

Stayed in this apartment last year as well. Great location. Surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Next to Monastiraki Square. Lobby area and elevators were nicely remodeled since our last stay. Super clean. Spacious. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed ours stay. The property was in the middle of many activities. We had plenty of room and and were very comfortable.

We loved the location and spacious apartment for our family trip to Greece!! The host was attentive and responsive to all our needs (and we are a needy family, lol) and the location was walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and historical buildings, which was perfect for us. It is a wonderful place for a family with adult children to stay

We loved staying here ~ it was central, interesting to explore the area and easy to navigate. We walked everywhere! The view of the Acropolis was amazing and such a special feature to see every morning and evening! The late evening sounds of the city were fun for us. I highly recommend this place and would stay again!

We loved the site and it was even better than what was displayed in Vrbo. We would definitely come back. When i didn’t have the internet as I thought and had to call Spyros In Order to get into the building. He was ever so gracious In how to get in. I appreciated that after the long plane ride. I would definitely recommend his site to my friends and family.

The location couldn’t be better and the host was very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay in Athens or anywhere in Greece the best experience. Spyros ‘George’ provided lots of tips and contacts in different areas throughout the islands. Would definitely stay here again

The pros: 1. Very spacious apartment. 2. Location next to Monastiraki Square is unbeatable. 3. Countless restaurants nearby. The cons: 1. Lot of street noise and music late into the night. 2. Shower water pressure leaves much to be desired. 3. Lobby is dingy and off putting. But the apartment is fine. On balance, this is a fantastic rental. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

The property was located very close to Monastiraki Square and the metro station. The main attractions in Athens were walkable or only 1 metro station away. The property was modern, clean, and very reasonably priced. The managers were helpful and accommodating.

Site seeing all the history places around City Center. Used Tour buses for transportation only and did sites on our own. Hired owner (Spyro)of VRBO for 1 day walking tour and he did fantastic job with history lesson on what really happen in Athens covering way back BC and what wars went on and his knowledge of the Greece people and culture was invaluable. Great time all around and location of rental is perfect for visiting downtown Athens. Rental was very clean and great location. Tim

Fantastic, clean comfortable apartment within walking distance of everything… acropolis, restaurants, subway… George was a fantastic host in close communication with us. Next time we come to Athens, we’ll just take the subway here and skip the taxi!

Nice place, perfect location for all the tourism visits, hop on-hop off bus stop is about 100 ft away, very convenient to sites and restaurants. House was good, lobby and elevator are a little sketchy, but the place is great. View of the Acropolis is a bonus.

We spent 3 nights at this property. It was in a great location, fabulous restaurants close by. Clean and everything they promised!

The apartment, location and overall experience was perfect for our 3 days in Athens.

Property is nicely appointed, comfortable and convenient to the sites and the local flavors and shopping. Take the walking tour with the proprietor. It is very informative.

The place was wonderful and the property manager was always available. He even helped me get transportation to and from the airport and it was very reasonable. The only challenge is that it’s loud on Friday and Saturday night because all the surrounding bars are playing music until 2am. However, we expected that based on the location. I would recommend this place.

Very convenient location. The property was clean and well presented. Having only 1 key was problematic particularly if you wanted some people to stay in and others to go out late. The key has one of those hotel style power cut off switches when you leave the apartment and unfortunately it cuts power to the washing machine so you can only wash clothes while you are in the apartment.

The apartment was lovely and wonderfully equipped. The apartment is located a very short walk from a main tourist center which made for easy access to popular sights and tons of restaurants. The owner, Spyros, was a great communicator throughout our stay and was extremely helpful booking transport to and from the airport. We also did the tour with Spyros, which was outstanding! He was so knowledgable and passionate about Athens and Greece--- all four of us (including two college students) thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it to others. Definitely one of the highlights of our visit to Greece!

Super clean condo in the heart of it all. We were very impressed with this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that is in the heart of the city. It had everything we needed along with a beautiful view. We would not hesitate to stay here again and I would recommend this condo to any of my friends or family who are visiting Athens in the future.

Everything was exactly as we expected. Very nice, elevators, large rooms. Such a handy location! We walked everywhere and we are early 70s. We would definitely stay here again! Communication with host was great. Very clean. Loved it!

Property was clean, as described, and convenient. Spyros answered all of my questions and helped with arranging a taxi for us as well. I’d highly recommend you book his private Athens tour also. His food recommendations were wonderful and we were able to see sides of Athens that we would not have found in our own.

Spyros is an amazing host who has incredible knowledge of the city and nation as well as the immediate neighborhood of the apartment. The apartment is located near many major attractions as well as public transportation. There are myriad restaurants and tavernas with something for all tastes. I have nothing but positive comments about our experience with this property.

This was our first time in Greece and Spyros made the stay in Athens so easy for us. The place was exactly as described and the location was perfect for walking access to the Acropolis and so many other areas of Athens. Spyros made our stay so enjoyable as he was very accessible throughout the stay, provided a must-do walking tour of the city and coordinated all of our taxi rides. We would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the city.

The location has something for everyone. Surrounded by restaurants, transportation, shopping, historical sites, museums, and an ultra-modern apartment overlooking (4th-floor apartment ) a train station and plaza and a short walk to the " Farmers Market".
