Took my mom and teenage daughter for some girl time and to celebrate my mom's birthday. This house did not disappoint! The house is beautiful. Super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and very friendly. Can't wait to come back!

This home is such a perfect get away for family and friends. It’s a short walk to the beach or you can relax on the porch while listening and watching the birds flying around the beautiful trees surrounding the property.
The house is well appointed with a lovely kitchen and open space for eating and entertaining. Our family had a great time and truly enjoyed this beautiful home.

The house is clean, very nice kitchen and master bedroom, well located in a quieter area of Pass Christian and ony a short walk to the beach. It has views of the Gulf from the porch and master bedroom. We enjoyed our stay.

This house is very comfortable with lots of windows. Kitchen was well appointed and they have several games and jigsaw puzzles available. Location is great with easy access to New Orleans to the west and Biloxi to the east.

If your travel plans take you to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, Pass Christian and this property would be an excellent choice. A quiet neighborhood, nice view of the ocean and a spacious 3 bedroom home with all the amenities. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen nicely appointed

Amazing house with the best location! Beautiful water views from porch and easy walk to beach..plenty of room to hang out and visit..just a well-done lovely home that felt welcoming to all ages. Stairs were easy even for my 83 y/o mom..parking was easy..quiet family friendly neighbors..would definelty stay here again!

Excellent layout of property, house and porches great, did have the recliner that did not work, sleeping arrangements were excellent and all of the beds were very comfortable , kitchen well-stocked in functional needs, Great rinse off spot outside with the outdoor shower, easy walk to the beach with two small children in tow, Thankful for the use of the beach chairs and wagon but chairs and umbrella had seen much better days, very easy to get in touch with Carol and she was prompt with her responses and knowledge of the area.

We had a great girls’ beach trip! The house was perfect and greatly enjoyed. We cooked brunch and dinner together, played games, and enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the porch everyday. The beach supplies made our time on the beach even more fabulous. It was amazing. We loved the chairs, beach umbrella, floaters, and the wagon to carry it all. We would love to return and do it again! Super place to enjoy friends!

This house is the perfect distant from noise but within the walking distance of the beach. Super clean and communication was fantastic. Plenty of space and amenities! Will definitely be back!

My girlfriends needed a quick weekend getaway for a little R&R and this house was perfect! We literally spent our first morning sitting out on the balcony in our pjs while catching up with each other! The proximity to downtown Bay St. Louis was perfect to allow us to go shopping and check out some great restaurants and then go back to the house and relax! We all agreed we need to make this a regular trip!

This home is beautiful. It's very clean. Plenty of basic needs for a wonderful stay. It's a large home. Plenty of room. The front porch is wonderful! Quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Carol is a wonderful person to work with. Prompt replies. Hopefully, we will get a chance to stay again.

Great new home, well-built, and thoughtful. Loved the 8' double doors to the wrap around porch from the Primary Bedroom and Great Room. The guest Bedrooms up with a Jack-n-Jill bath between was great. Enjoyed the features and finishes throughout. The cargo elevator was very helpful. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, with direct access/walkway. Appreciated having some beach chairs, a buggy, and beach towels provided. Quiet neighbors, relaxing porch. TV channel availability was adequate. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay here... the house was very comfortable, everything was clean, and we didn't have any problems. Self check in was very easy, and the property manager was very communicative. Maybe an odd thing to mention, but the pillows were actually perfect... most rentals go for super poofy feather pillows—these were very understated, but the perfect proportion to support your head. We had great sleep through our stay.

A much needed weekend getaway. We were going to the FSU/LSU game but wanted a place on the beach and some peace and quiet. We got both. The house was amazing and we were able to get some rest. We loved sitting in the porch sipping our morning coffee. Hope to visit again some day!

What a great place! Every detail was thought of in the house. We were traveling, not having to bring so many items helped a lot. Carol is a great host! The communication could not have been better. The house is beautiful, the views were beautiful, the wrap around porch was great, easy walk to the beach. and short drive to Bay St. Louis downtown fun!

Let me start by saying that the property was amazing. The house was exactly as it looked in the photos, but it's hard for the photos to do the location justice. The bedrooms were perfect for four people and the house was spotless. We had everything we could possibly need for our stay.
The location was amazing. We were a short walk (across a four lane road) from the beach. At one point, we had an entire 200 yard beach to ourselves. Not sure if this is common, we did go on a weekdays in late July when seemingly everyone else down there was back in school. We were close to everything else that the town had to offer as well.
We would absolutely stay here again if we happen to be in the area. Just an overall outstanding experience. Thanks again.

Beautiful home
The home is so well taken care of and cozy! The mattress’ were great. The recliner massage chair was an extra treat. We went early in the week so the beach was private each day. My kids only complaint was there were no other kids around! Close to a bunch of cute little towns and shops. The aquarium is gulf port was fantastic! Great spot to really relax and get away from the crowds.

Outstanding house, location
Can’t say enough about this place! The house is gorgeous. There’s plenty of room, and it’s equipped with almost anything you could need. You can sit on the porch and see the Gulf, and the beach is a short walk away. Plenty to see and do in the area, but not at all touristy. The property manager is excellent to work with, in the unlikely event you need anything.

Beautiful, relaxing property close to water
We really enjoyed our holiday weekend getaway with our family. The home is exactly as listed- perhaps even nicer- and Carol was a dream to work with. Would definitely consider renting again.
NOT RELATED TO PROPERTY: Only downside was that our car was towed on a Sunday morning after church in Bay St. Louis. Parked on a side street and no signs saying no parking. $400 cash and no ticket later and we had our car back. We were actually looking at property to purchase- but that left a bad taste in our mouths. Be forewarned when driving to the restaurant area in BSL!!

Wonderful, spacious place to stay. We spent most of our time on the porch which was perfect for relaxing and conversation.

Wonderful beach house
This home was perfect, the pictures online are nice but the actual property was gorgeous. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning and again in the evening looking at the water. We would love a house just like this to live in. Carol was a superb property manager, top notch.
