Well appointed home with plenty of space. Beds comfortable. Kitchen had lots of equipment. Easy to stay here.
Garden and outdoor maintenance had been neglected. Weeds growing in the guttering. Lawns not mown, garden was weedy . This detracted from the ambience and on arrival raised some concerns. Outdoor furniture although generous was dusty and had to be cleaned before use.
Inside was completely different clean and comfortable.
No communication from host other than automated emails but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Great position close to centre of town. Walking distance to shops and dining. Short drive to wineries. Accommodation with 3 good sized bedrooms was very comfortable and clean. Facilities included all you would need for an extended stay. Having 2 bathrooms was great Would be excellent for children - lots of toys, games and DVD’s. Provisions for cooked breakfast provided were much appreciated and enjoyed. Undercover parking available. Easy access to home and communication with Sue (host) prompt

It was a lovely cottage set up for 3 couples. Every little detail had been thought out. It felt very homely. We love having the shed games room out the back. The breakfast items provided were generous and plentiful for 6 people. Great place, would highly recommend for a group.

The food supplied was fabulous and a good amount. The venue had a coffee machine, but was all out of chocolate milk. Otherwise was a great facility.

Spacious yet comfortable and relaxing environment. Back room with large windows looking out over the garden was our favourite room. Lovely comfortable sofas too. Quiet but centre of Clare a minutes drive away or 10 minute walk.

Very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed as 2 couples but there was also many things that would be great for a family.
Comfortable beds and fantastic showers. Bright and airy. Close enough to walk to “town”.

The house was very clean, welcoming and well stocked, in a good location with walking distances to local amenities. Comfy beds, hot shower with shampoo and conditioner if needed.
Kitchen with all items you need, clean and well presented.
Definitely recommended the place if you are planing a trip to Clare Valley, South Australia

This stay was perfect for our girls weekend in Clare! so close to the town centre, and beautifully decorated with plenty of bedding, food supplies and firewood for the fire. Will definitely be back!

The breakfast was excellent and including some greens was unheard of!! The variety of coffee left was exceptional. All the equipment was working and very suitable. I would recommend it to everyone.

The location was great - only a short walk to the main street of Clare and entrance to the Riesling Trail was even closer. The breakfast provided was plentiful for us for two days. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to sit in the lounge to watch a movie and enjoy a meal at the dining table.
Only a couple of minor things that had minimal impact on our stay. We expected that one of the rooms would have been set up with twin beds rather than a king as this was under the room information. The other thing was the vegetables and raw meat for breakfast were stored in the same container. It would have been better if these were stored separately for food safety and quality reasons.
