The location was perfect, the view amazing. The size of the apartment is good for 3 people, the two bathrooms are a plus! It’s decorated nicely. Host was very friendly and helpful! The WiFi is very good (important if you work remotely) We would stay there again.

Some Basics very missing (Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Shower gel)

Basic accommodation. Not ideal for anyone wishing to cook an evening meal instead of eating out. Property could do with updating the bathrooms. Mattresses and pillows could also be renewed. Great location. Central for all local amenities with a good sea and promenade view. Lift access invaluable.

Tired bathrooms and the basic only provision of cooking utensils. Mattresses and pillows need to be renewed. The 50 euros charge for cleaning seemed excessive given that neither the bedding nor towels were changed during our 15 night stay.

Dora, the host very helpful provided details about parking , gave recommendations for some excellent restaurants and even let us to check-out a little later which was very much appreciated as we had the flight in the evening. We definitely hope to go back.

fantastic location, great views and nice and spacious

Great location and fantastic views. We appreciated the flexibility of the host for check-in and check-out times and she was also very prompt to help when we needed the weekly cleaning, she sent someone but did only what we asked, not a thorough general cleaning.

The superficial way the apartment was cleaned. A very unpleasant surprise was not related to the apartment, but to the beach. It's not a kids friendly beach, not even an adults friendly place to enjoy the sea. Water very cold and dirty at the end of August (!), deep and quite dangerous for children. We had to take a taxi every day to a slightly more friendly beach, El Cristo. But the old town is charming and it's on your doorstep. Also, during our stay the avenue was in construction so extremely noisy. Another minus for Estepona/ municipality, not the apartment).

Excellent location overlooking the sea. Good lift in the property. Apartment very clean.

The host was not available to meet us with the keys upon arrival even though we had stated what time our flight was due to land. After help from the nearby restaurant the host put us up in a local 1 star hotel for the night. No apology when she met us the following day. The apartment was good as was the location. No cleaners in over the 9 days we were there. Plenty of towels left but the bins could have done with being emptied or if we were told where we could leave them.

Bright, comfortable apartment in the best of locations. Opposite the beach and promenade having a fabulous view and with the Old Town and restaurants in the street behind. Dora, the host, provided details for an airport transfer, that was very reliable and gave recommendations for some excellent restaurants. She also let us book in early and leave a little later which was much appreciated. We definitely hope to go back to beautiful Estepona and would book this little gem without a doubt.

Loved everything about the apartment, beach,shops bars restaurants on your doorstep. Steps away you are in beautiful Plaza de Flores. Staff are brilliant, really helpful.Would definitely stay again.

As previous reviews stated could do with an update but that in no way ditracts from what exceptional value for money it is.

Very clean apartment, with a gorgeous view of the beach from the living room and main bedroom. The apartment is very central with lots of cafes and bars nearby. Some lovely restaurants too, so very much spoilt for choice. The bedrooms are comfortable with nice and fresh decor throughout the apartment. The host was very helpful before we arrived and provided some useful links for parking and restaurants nearby. We look forward to returning.

Bed was a little to hard for my liking

The apartment is in a very good location near the sea and the old town. The view is beautiful from the terrace. Our host Dori was very kind and helpful. It's perfect for families with kids. It was one of our best vacation!!

The property was in an excellent location right across the beach, on edge of the old town with plenty of places to eat. The property manager was excellent, could not do enough to make us happy. Parking was in a safe covered location just across the road.

The property itself isn't in great condition. It is clean and has all the equipment but for instance none of the interior doors close properly. Making attempt to close bathroom doors at night would waken everyone. There is also a problem with the sewage in that at times there can be a really bad sewage smell accompanied with a lot of noises coming from all drain pipes. It was explained to be caused by change of wind, hmm. Furniture, beds, cutlery, etc. from Ikea, another Hmm
