Very few provisions left in the property to start the holiday, comprising 4 tea bags, 4 coffee pods & 4 teaspoons of sugar & a bottle. After a long journey to get to the house it would have been lovely to have had a jug of milk left. We had to leave the house immediately to buy essentials.

On entering the house, the property was very cold as first floor windows left open & thermostat left on 12C, when I turned the thermostat on the heating came on at 15C. The lighting took time to get used to especially in the kitchen where it took time to get the lights to work. The TV had sporadic signalling despite using the box. Instructions for access was to use bottom keypad, the number given was actually for top keypad resulting in a delay of 15 minutes to access property.

Clean, comfortable, very pleasant. Down side was the poor reception for both phone signal and wifi.

Wifi and phone signal. Just being picky but an additional shower as opposed to a bath would have improved my overall impression

Location was lovely very pretty area, but you do need to take the car & not leave it at home as bus service is very poor. Standing in the back garden & hearing the ducks is lovely, the bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch

The kitchen tap is a little noisy hoping you don't wake someone up by using it but it only I minner thing,

Perfect base for driving up into the Dales, plus great walks straight from the house. Only 5 minutes out of Skipton, which is a lovely vibrant little town with great range of eateries of all types, good pubs and a wide range of shops - not forgetting the markets!

Great location for the south of the Yorkshire Dales. Modern house. Very comfortable. Alexa's everywhere. Very clean. Nice seating area and dining table outside.

The price was higher than in a normal year.

The house was spacious and comfortable also very clean.would definitely recommend it .We would love to visit again .

Extremely easy! All necessary information sent beforehand, with suggestions for tourists. Beautiful house! Well decorated! So homely and the facilities were exceptional!

Mattress slightly too firm for our likely (but that is personal opinion- everyone has different preferences).

Brilliant location - quiet with private parking and an excellent pub in short walking distance. Very comfortable beds , well designed bathrooms, well equipped kitchen ( including a Nespresso machine) best Wi-Fi we have experienced at any property and the Alexas dotted around the house were also a pleasant surprise.

The television signal was not consistent and a bit weak but who goes to the Yourkshire Dale to watch TV ?
