This condo is in a great location. Very clean and well decorated. It would have been nice to have TV’s in the bedrooms. I would recommended and we would stay there again.

We loved the Ruby Condo on Dickson. Everything was in order and as it should be. Very convenient parking and access to restaurants. We were able to witness the eclipse from our balcony. Our host was very responsive. The firm of communication was by phone call. I wish we could have texted.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Check-in and check-out instructions were very easy. Nice touch to have snacks and a bottle of wine for guests. Great location close to campus and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Condo was very clean! Very well stocked! It was very close to restaurants, bars and my daughter's apt. We didn't move car from parking garage until we left. The owner supplied coffee pods as well as creamer and sweeteners. In addition there were some savory snacks. I would highly recommend this place. Felt like home!

Really enjoyed the property. The condo was very nice and well furnished. Location was amazing, so close to the college campus and walk right downstairs to bars and restaurants. Building is very clean and quiet. Reserved parking space in the garage was a big plus. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend if your looking to stay in Fayetteville. Great value for the price as well.

Came to town to visit my son and stayed at this well located and nice condo. Really enjoyed the location and overall cleanliness of the property. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville.

Close to campus
Clean and safe condo! Beds were comfy, plenty of shampoo and soap for us. And they don’t skimp on the coffee pods either! We had a great time here.

Awesome UARK/Dickson Street Rental!!
This W Dickson Street condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured and described!! We stayed here the weekend of our son’s graduation from UARK and were so pleased with our choice. Just steps away from campus and all the fun of Dickson Street!! Taylor was so quick to answer any questions we had and his check-in and check-out instructions were very simple and easy to follow. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Fayetteville!!
