Staff tremendo. Improvvisato e maleducato. Ad iniziare dal ragazzetto il quale unico obiettivo era quello di presentarsi "il titolare". Nonostante la pubblicazione fosse chiara sulla camera prenotata per due +un bambino, tasse incluse, mi hanno fatto pagare € 2,50 per la tassa di soggiorno e € 20,00 per le seconda persona. E con quale prosopopea? Venendo a bussare in camera per ben tre volte, di cui l'ultima addirittura con insistenza perché tardavo ad aprire. Consiglierei non con pena nei confronti dei cavalli di darsi all'ippica. Praticamente 90 euro per uno schifo di struttura e mancavano anche saponi detergenti e bagnoschiuma. Mia moglie ha dovuto utilizzare le bustine di detergente che aveva in borsa. Consiglio ai viaggiatori: non andateci per nessun motivo e poi a Bari a quel prezzo trovate di moooolto meglio.

The hotel room is in excellent condition. Everything is clean, own kitchen, air conditioning. Nice hotel staff.

The only and biggest disadvantage is the location of the hotel. From the airport you can only get there by taxi or own car, no public transportation. You can't walk to a supermarket or the beach from the hotel either. Nice hotel staff. Unfortunately, they do not speak English, but they always tried to help. It is not entirely clear who is responsible for registration, but check-in is possible at any time, which is convenient.

Room had nice decor and was pleasant enough to stay in. Shower was nice. Bed was comfortable although it was just two pushed together. Easy enough to access and parking was OK.

Not clear when booking that this is part of a casino poker rooms, so a lot of people around. Staff didn't really speak English which isn't really a problem. The refrigerator was leaking on day one and I had to plug it out for fear of fire, told staff member who said she'd tell the owner but didn't hear anything. Went without for the duration of the stay. Towels could have done with a proper wash as smelled pretty fusty. Location isn't great, it's right next to the motorway and to had to drive anywhere which wasn't ideal. Walking even 1km towards the city for anything was impossible as it's all blocked with a ravine and the motorway. Would take 3 hours going a round about way. I would suggest planning ahead in advance for everything.

Everything clean, quiet place, nothing disturbing.

This room was amazing! It was modern and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy. We prepared breakfast and dinner in the kitchen. The bathroom was awesome!

Unfortunately, we didn't find an iron.

The building which is far from the city of Bari, is used as casino and bar and most probably generally serve for temporary stays -some hours- for local people. It is not a decent place for a family or a tourist, especially without a car. First night we heard very disturbing sounds coming from the next room all night long. No one could speak English in the reception. However they were helpful to call for taxis. We could not realize that this place would be out of the city, and not in a safe area even for the taxis. (Some taxi drivers warned us) . We spent a lot of money for transportation during 4 days of stay, since there was no other transportation possibility to go and come back from the city. The room which was above the bar, was not furnished as other B&B's that we stayed during our travel in South Italy and Sicily. (Especially the colored sheets were terrible!). The breakfast was not sufficient at all that means no breakfast was provided for four days. If we could not have paid for the total amount in advance, could have never stayed there. We never recommend any foreign traveler to choose this place as a hotel in Bari.
