We came down 8/23-8/28 for my bachelorette trip and the Island girl was the absolute best place to stay. The beds are super comfy and I personally slept in the bunk room and it was like sleeping on a cloud in there ! Tons of space for everyone and all our luggage. Our host was easy to contact and very attentive if you had any questions. There was enough beach towels and bath towels for everyone. All the indoor and outdoor cooking supplies you could ever need. It was a nice short walk to the beach so you can easily go to the beach and or head back up to the pool without lugging stuff around. The house is located close to so many good restaurants and things to do . I highly recommend staying here , I know I will be back ! Thank you again Jennifer for such and amazing stay and an amazing experience for such a special trip !

I booked this trip for my extended family (12 people) and everyone was incredibly impressed with how nice the house is and how much space we had even with our big group. The owner has labels everywhere, so it is easy to find things. There are plenty of dishes and cookware, all in great condition, much better than most VRBOs. Owner also provides plenty of bath and beach towels. Very short walk to beautiful beach that is public but not crowded. Beach chair service with 2 chairs included. We also loved having a private pool. Owner very responsive to questions. This was an ideal family vacation spot and I would definitely love to stay here again.

Picture perfect! The property is immaculate ! Close to everything but yet away from the noise & crowds. Jessica was the perfect host! We will definitely book with her again!

This house was perfect for our large family to meet and enjoy some beach time together! Nice, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Great selection of pots/pans/kitchenware. Easy navigation through kitchen thanks to the labels on the cabinets and drawers, great idea! The outdoor space was perfect for lounging, swimming and enjoying our morning coffee. Some construction happening in the neighborhood but was not bothersome at all. Short walking distance from beach access. Plenty of beach towels provides. Great selection of beach chairs, sand toys and a very handy beach wagon available for use. Convenient store across the street was handy. Not a quick drive to Pier Park or West end attractions during peak summer travel time. Host was easily accessible through text and VRBO messenger and very accommodating as we ended up arriving earlier than expected. Our family would highly recommend this host whether it be this property or another of theirs.

This house was amazing and perfect. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for our 5 kids. The walk to the beach was very short. This was the perfect vacation house for our family getaway!

Very pleased with our vacation in this house! The house is very nice, clean, a 3 minute walk to the beach, and within walking distance of several restaurants. Owner provides many extra conveniences not normally found with other properties.......the provided beach towels and beach chairs saved us alot of space by not having to pack these items. The beach cart was also a nice extra! The check in and check out procedures were super easy and we were even notified when the house was ready a couple of hours prior to actual check in time! Owner was extremely responsive to any inquiries we may have had. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is situated a very short walk from the beach so it’s easy to go back and forth. It is also right across the street from a convenience store if you need some odds and ends. The house was in great shape and very comfortable and clean.

This was our first VRBO experience and we're so happy we chose Jessica's beach home in PCB. The home was perfect for our extended family including 6 adults and the 3 kids under the age of 3. Everyone had luxurious private bedroom/bath spaces and the group living spaces were spacious both inside and outside. We could tell Jessica put a lot of time in thoughtfully providing all the valuable amenities including towels, kids table service, beach chairs, pools toys and much more. We were so blessed by Jessica's personal attention helping us prepare for our trip by clarifying details and offering local recommendations. After we arrived, we had a few questions and small issues and Jessica responded very graciously each time within the hour. The whole family agreed that we wouldn't consider staying any place else on a future family vacation to PCB. Thanks for helping our family build great memories Jessica.

We absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for our girl’s trip for a Beach Bachelorette Bash. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the showers were large. It was close to the beach and had a nice pool. The owner was quick to respond to anything we needed. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We rented the house for my sons 16th birthday. He brought two friends with him, plus our 2 daughters and there was plenty of space to spread out. Short walk to the beach and had our chairs waiting for us at the edge of the water off the beach access. Everything we needed was at the house. Pool was perfect us. The downstairs room where my husband and I slept (we sent all the kids upstairs) mattress was extremely comfortable. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! This house was PERFECT! It was a short walk to the beach access, which is about less than 5 minutes. Loved the private pool. The owners were super tentative and responsive. They would respond within an hour whenever we had concerns. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything possible. There were plenty of towels for both showering and pool/beach towels. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and DEFINITELY STAYING HERE AGAIN!!

The place was great and Jessica was helpful and available to answer questions. Even though hurricane Ida created issues with the weather we still had a great time.

The property was exactly as described. The house was beautiful and immaculately clean. Very nice appliances and everything worked. Very comfortable beds. Spacious kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms. All of the towels and sheets were very clean and in perfect condition. The home owner was very responsive as well. Very short walk to public access to the beach- you do not need to cross a main road, which is nice. The pool was heated and beyond perfect after a hot day at the beach. Numerous restaurants were within a mile of the property.

Everything was wonderful. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped which was was perfect since we ate in most of the time. It was a very short walk to a great beach. We really enjoyed having the chairs and umbrella were set up for us. If the kids and grandkids were not playing at the beach, they were playing in the pool. It was perfect. Great vacation in a great location with a great rental. Thank you Jessica!

Island Dream is a wonderful vacation home! It was the perfect location and layout for our family. The beach really is just steps away and was an easy walk for the young and old(er)! The pool was pretty much used 24/7! The rental provided beach towels, chairs, boogy boards, and a wagon. One of the boards was damaged, so we bought and left a new one for future guest to enjoy! The owner has really thought of EVERYTHING. She was super nice and easy to work with. We are already considering what dates we can go back next year!!! Truly a great rental and we will be back!!

Very nice well equipped property. Nice extra touches like Enough dish washing detergent & trash bags for all week. Also plenty of Beach towels & glade spray in Bathrooms. Owner is very easy to contact & very receptive to work with. Very clean, nice new home.

The house is beautiful! Everything you will need is there. Very clean and a great pool for family. The beach is just about a minute walk. These owners have thought of everything.

We had a wonderful stay. Jessica was so helpful with our questions this home is amazing we had a party of 8(2 had to cancel last minute ). The beds were very comfortable I slept like a baby. The house was spotless Everything you needed for preparing a meal or cooking outward supplied . The pool everyone loved. There were lots of places in walking distance, beach was a short walk We loved everything about this home. We didn’t want to leave. I can’t say enough good things. Would definitely rent again❤️

The house was beautiful, even better then what the pictures show. Great location for food and drinks. The house was very clean and Jessica was extremely accommodating and responsive through the booking process. Would highly recommend for future guests.

Me and one other mother chaperoned a bunch of 18 year old girls for Senior Week. Everyone slept comfortably and it was so convenient to the beach! The little pool was a nice place to hang out while we took shifts getting ready. I highly recommend for a large family or group - great floor plan!

This house was equipped with everything needed and just a short walk to the beach. We traveled with a large group for a 50th Birthday celebration and this property was perfect!

We stayed at this property for 9 nights. The home was absolutely beautiful, immaculately cleaned, and stocked with everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was very convenient, and we used the provided beach wagon to haul our stuff to the beach each day (a very convenient thing to offer guests!). In addition to the proximity to the beach, we were super pleased with the overall location of the home relative to all of the fun activities, shopping and dining we did throughout our trip - everything was a convenient drive away (or even a convenient walk in some cases). The heated pool was very important for us (one of the primary reasons we booked), and it did not disappoint! It was the perfect size for us, and we loved the privacy of having it all to ourselves! Jessica (the property owner) was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was so flexible, super responsive, and made wonderful restaurant recommendations. Seriously...take her advice! We had some of the best meals based on her recommendations! Overall, we loved everything about the home and would absolutely stay here again!
