We stayed here with our family and it was perfect for what we needed and the beach access was perfect!

I was worried about the check in process but it was great! Super easy and friendly. The outside patio that was facing the beach was perfect. We spent so much time on the beach because of the easy access and meal preparation was easy because the house is well equipped and convenient.

Stayed here before. I loved it so much i stayed again! Looking forward to my next stay here!

This house made our vacation. The house is beautiful with the best oceanfront patio. You feel like you are sitting on the beach without ever leaving the house. So much charm and great views. The house is very well stocked with kitchen supplies. You can’t beat the location for going into town. We can’t wait to come back!

Ah Las Conchas Beachfront does not disappoint. Had a wonderful and relaxing mid week break in this home. Enjoyed the view, weather was windy and cold for this time in March but it's been a cool winter this year. House was very comfortable. Both patios are fantastic, the beach facing and the front patio. Local massage comes to you. Check for business cards on the fridge. All were wonderful. My only comment is that the check in process was quite slow. The office seemed to have only 1 person who could take my down payment so I had to stand there until they decided someone else would receive the payment from me. I think they have a real estate function (beyond rentals) in their office. Not related to the rental but is part of the process.

Great location and wonderful home.

We had a great time. We usually stay in the resorts on sandy beach and thought we would give this a try. The kids loved it. It is much more private. The house was perfect, all the amenities you need! Would definitely stay there again!

Great house. Wish they had a better septic system so you could flush toilet paper.

Everything was great! Great house, great company, and great views…. I think we actually only left the place long enough to go buy groceries. Very well set up with everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay!! If you love snorkeling this is the place we saw tons of fish! My 8yr old and 11yr old just learned how to snorkel and they stayed in the water for hours. The house was clean and well stocked up in the kitchen. The air conditioner was so nice! Make sure you bring extra toilet paper we only had 2 rolls for each bathroom and we stayed 5 days. If you want extra you have to drive to casago and pick some up. Other than that it was a nice house.

The house was so clean and well stocked. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was a perfect home for our family vacation. The concierge staff helped us book a chef who made a DELICIOUS seafood feast, and were so helpful with arranging other activities like a sunset cruise. I would definitely book again!

The property was clean and well appointed. It was also beautiful - loved the exposed beams and large back deck, where we enjoyed eating family dinner. The beach was only a few steps out the back door. The only downside is that with the rocky area common for this neighborhood, we had to walk the length of a few houses to allow the kiddos to swim, but that was expected and not a big deal. Overall, great experience.

We arrived at 4:30 on check in day. The AC on one side of the house was not working, so the office sent out a tech, whom arrived quickly. It took about 24 days to cool the house off, which was difficult for the people staying in the bedrooms on that side of the home. The home was set up well, and had plenty of kitchen items to use! We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs kept in the closet as well.

Warm water and fun to stay there but the rocks were little scary other then that nice vacation was really needed

Everything from making reservation to communicating with staff to checking in was so smooth. The kitchen is well stocked including spices, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, etc. The only thing missing was trash bags (only had 3) and paper towels (only had 1 roll) but we called and they were promptly provided the next day. (6 people there for 5 days) There is a coffeemaker w/ filters (non Keurig). No recycling. (We've stayed in LC before - pre-pandemic and there was recycling.) There are plenty of beach chairs, a few umbrellas, and extra beach bags in master closet for use. We were told to bring our own (kind-of a pain) and all of this ended up being there. BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS! Limited bath towels. Good thing we were told to bring out own. Great location for everything but the beach, which we knew. It's pretty rocky out front, but you can go down about 1 mile to the south or north and there is great sandy beach access. There is an abundance of beach to just hangout. Close to Malecon for shopping, eating, and partying. We ate at the Italian place on the hill - Pan e Vino - AMAZING!! Bought groceries at Sam's Club. SUCH A FUN TRIP AT THIS GREAT VACATION HOUSE!

We had a great time, the house was everything we hoped it would be. As others have mentioned, a small closing garbage can is provided next to all of the toilets for any bathroom tissue. This isn't ideal, but we have encountered similar arrangements at other places in Mexico. A container of drinking water was waiting for us when we arrived, which was appreciated. The air conditioning kept he house as cool as we needed. The only complain was about the check in process. We never received a check in email and had to find a security guard that directed us to the CasaGo office back in town, next to Little Cesar's. My advise, unless you are told otherwise, just stop there on the way in. We hope to return to this house again in the future, it was fantastic!

I didn’t receive an email until I was in Mexico regarding the checking in instructions and that made us all scared we would have no home when we got there. HOUSE Window blinds/shades need to be replaced. Main mattress is uneven and need to be replaced. LOCATION AND ATMOSPHERE Over all noise was a big concern, from the house location being too close to club and loud music, too close to town and train too loud, the non-stop firecrackers, ATVS, with multiple sources of music coming from all sides. It was hard to relax and noice control regulations would help with that. But going down to the beach helped with that and with being lower to the ground and the sound of the waves. OVERALL I would return and I would highly recommend it. I think this is a great home!

We arranged to rent a beach house while attending a family wedding. We enjoyed our stay on the beach for 5 great days, enjoying both the rented house and Puerto Penasco as well! We look forward to returning again soon!
