A beautiful condo with incredible views. Convenient to everything and would highly recommend!

This is the perfect place for a vacation at Kiawah. The condo is in excellent shape. My daughter loved sitting in the nook overlooking the ocean. The condo has a delightful view of the ocean, the beach and the boardwalk. The nook includes a painting of the boardwalk (nice touch). The owner is friendly and helpful. The rental team at Vacasa is very responsive. The cleaning team did an excellent job of preparing the condo. My wife likes a clean condo and this place was spotless. All the appliances are in great shape and even the cookware is in good condition. The information notebook in the unit is impeccable. It’s a short walk to the beach. The decor is attractive, functional and comfortable. Having two master bedrooms, both with a view of the ocean is a great layout for families with grandparents, adult children, etc. Little things like USB chargers in the bedrooms made our stay more enjoyable.

Love 💕 Kiawah and this windswept condo was perfect to enjoy December on the beach. Convenience in and out , great views from patios and lovely accommodations. Will rent this condo many many more times in the futures years and esp in December.

Loved this spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bath ocean front condo. It had everything we needed for a carefree vacation on the beach. Beautiful bathrooms. Great views. Easy in and out to the beach. I plan to stay here again soon

Loved the dual balconies and proximity to the beach .

First, you’re consistently reached out to from staff ensuring all is well, you have what you need with the property. The location, the elevator all proved to be just what my 80 year old parents needed to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary! Unit was clean but the view was captivating from the family room to the 2 main suites. Loved the paint colors, furniture placement and styling of unit throughout. It’s was just 4 of us but we enjoyed the 2 balconies with water views. Walked to the beach with ease. My husband and I have designated this place as our future getaway. The property made my siblings and I thankful we chose this unit to celebrate their 60th years of marriage. ! Thank you!

Best condo we have rented in over 20 years--spacious, well taken care of, thoughtful design, and right on the ocean with two porches!

The location was great and the condo was very clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, one of the three bathroom showers broke and was out of commission for the majority of our stay. Aside from that, it was perfect for us.

The condo was very clean and ready to go upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and towels were fresh. We loved the ocean view and the convenient walk to the beach. We could not have asked for anything better. Looking forward to our next visit to Kiawah Island.

Stained sheets with hair on them from the previous owner greeted us as we were getting into bed on our first night, exhausted from travel. Unfortunately, it took one email with photos and three phone calls to get fresh sheets delivered and put on our bed late the following day. The floor beneath the beds was incredibly dusty and accented with a water bottle from a previous occupant. The porch furniture is peeling badly. The paint chips cover the porch floor which hadn’t been swept prior to our arrival. The unit, as a whole, is tired and worn.

Perfect view and super easy beach access! This was an end unit which helped to feel more private despite being in a fairly busy part of the resort. The outdoor furniture is way past its prime, and the place could use a few other interior furniture updates. Overall, the accommodations were great -- nice renovated bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. We would be happy to return to this exact same unit for another vacation.

We had a great week at our windswept villa overall. I would say that there needs to be a bit of updating however. The outdoor table and chairs were old and paint chipping off constantly and blowing around the patio. Also the kitchen cooking pots and pans were in bad shape And need replacing; handles broken off etc, and we love to cook so we found this disappointing. With a little tic we would rent this unit again!

Loved the beach 🏖 and easy walk down from condo .

One of the worst pfopefgy mgrs I have ever encountered- propergy not clean at arrival, lkkr communication from propergy mgt company - difficult to get in touch with and still waiting for resolution on padtial refund. Too bad because the condo itself was beaufiful in a great location.

Beautifully appointed, fabulous ocean views, very nice building. Covid 19 complicated things a bit but in general Vacasa was responsive to requests or issues.

Love the place and the location

This is an excellent location at Windswept that's just high enough to have a perfect view out over the dunes to the ocean. The unit was generally well maintained with nice decorations. The balcony was clean enough to enjoy sitting outside. The owner and agents were friendly and responsive to make it an enjoyable trip. It's the closest building to the Sanctuary making for a short walk for dinner or ice cream. There is elevator access, but bringing a cart with wheels makes everything easier. Would recommend this unit to friends.

We like Kiawah and Charleston, and this villa suited us well.

The staff was exceptionally supportive and helpful

This unit was perfect for two families of three. Nicely decorated, very clean and a beautiful view of the ocean. One complaint; six towels for six people, no extras. The check in information said if we wanted more there would be a charge.

It was clean spacious great view cozy all amenities

The condo was beautiful and we had minimal maintenance issues with the rental itself.
