Very comfortable stay ,room was good size clean . Good location , breakfast was good staff were friendly and helpful.. I would recommend to anybody would like stay again. The Everards range of beers , 3 varieties were well kept.

Excellent breakfast and staff going out of their way to help me return to Oakham the following morning. Beautiful setting close to a creek. Super comfortable bed. Lovely hot shower. Coffee amenities in the room. Vegetarian English Breakfast.

The location was on a quiet road but the pub was the centre of the area there always seemed to be something going on. Perhaps we were there at a busy period.

The room although comfortable was in the eaves of the old property and a bit hot and stuffy in the summer. There were very few sockets to charge your phone etc and had I known I’d have taken an adapter.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast one of the best we have had in a hotel and evening meal was lovely too. We would recommend The White Lion Inn to anyone who asks about hotels in the area.

The staff were really friendly and very accommodating with our little dog. The food in the pub was very tasty and good value for money. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.

There was quite alot if dog poo on the grass in the beer garden, which really needed picking up

It was comfortable, warm and clean. staff were great and breakfast was good.

It was a bit tired in places and could do with a refresh. The party going on in the pub downstairs on Saturday night was loud and could clearly be heard in our room.
