This is a beautiful home in a great location. Very clean and comfortable! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay there again!

The place was decorated nicely. The beds were super comfortable. Great location, the pool was a plus. We enjoyed hanging out on the back patio as well. The keys are always a wonderful time!

We enjoyed this cute, well decorated house on the water. The space was perfect for our family of 6! Having access to the water right in our backyard was perfect—we kept our 24 foot boat docked all week. The parking was great for trailer and 2 cars. We did have some issues with the house during our stay, but the property manager was quick to respond and do everything they could do make it right. Overall, we enjoyed our week long stay and would stay here again in the future.

This was our second time in this property. It is a very clean and comfortable house in an excellent location. Highly recommended.

House was perfect. Great location - we enjoyed sitting out on the back deck watching the boats go by. Kitchen had everything we needed. Use of the cabana club was a nice addition. Katie was always quick to respond.

When booking in the Keys I was looking for a water front property to kayak/paddle board/fish. I also wanted a pool. This house doesn’t have a pool but the membership to the Cabana Club actually makes it better. It’s a short walk to the pool and the pool has a small beach. Everything was way better than expected. Loved the Key Colony area and would definitely return.

Katie's house was impeccably clean and well laid out. We came down to some fishing and if you have your own boat / are doing a multi day rental this is a perfect spot. The house is on the east side of Key Colony so getting to thw Atlantis is a short 5 min ride out past bonefish tower and the backyard has a nice bait freezer and fish cleaning table. Overall I would not hesitate to rent here the next time down to Marathon area.

Great place to stay.

This property was wonderful. Clean and easy process. Coffee every morning out on the patio watching the boats leave, fish jumping and pelicans made my vacation. Quite and beautiful community. Easy to gdt to anywhere on the keys. Would come back in a split second. Thank you for a great vacation.

The house has everything you need! The linens and bedding are top notch, beds were comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, it’s decorated so cute, they’ve thought of everything! The canal is so peaceful we sat out every morning & night! Walked to dinner and the cabana club every day, Key Colony is amazing!

We searched for a month before our trip for places to stay in or near Marathon and this house one was absolutely the nicest in Key Colony Beach for the price - which also was amazing! The view, furnishings, and amenities were top notch. All of the beds were memory foam and very comfortable. Each room has a large smart television. All of the ceiling fans and air conditioners are remote controlled. We loved that each room had it's own very quiet air conditioner! We've been to the Keys multiple times but have never stayed in Key Colony Beach. The community was so clean and safe, it even has it's own police department. The VRBO ad doesn't have pics of the Key Colony Beach Cabana Club which is included in the rental. The Cabana Club has a HUGE community pool, a bar, food, and the best part is it has a private beach! We LOVED the Cabana Club, check it out on Google. Publix (a grocery store), Dollar Tree, Walgreen's, and Beall's Outlet, along with other local businesses are only a few miles away. We had two instances where we had to contact the property management company and they were very quick to respond. The grill didn't properly work so they refunded us for the propane we had purchased before we knew the grill didn't work so A+ for customer service! We also had to contact them about the noise level of the construction next door and they responded to our concerns very quickly. Unfortunately, they were unaware of the construction so just ask them before you commit to renting. If there is anything they can do to make your stay better, I am confident they will.

Perfect location and very clean! We loved every minute there, it has many amenities that will make you feel like at home. we already miss it and we plan to return soon.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is beautiful and the private backyard and dock was perfect! We loved watching the manatees almost every day of our stay! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing two week stay at Cayo Costa in Key Colony Beach. The villa is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings. The beds were comfortable and clean! 5 minute boat ride to the Atlantic, great for fishing or hitting up Sombrero. The outdoor patio area had plenty of seating and was so relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked and to our surprise there was even a blender, instant pot, toaster oven, etc. A lot of thought and detail went into this tastefully designed cottage. We can’t wait to stay again!

Key Colony is a quiet community with its own local police station. The residents in the area are quiet and the place is relaxing. The Cabana club was a nice touch and provided a pool to relax and cool down in at the end of the day.

What you see is what you get. Beautiful clean property. The privacy fence dividing the other duplex was awesome. Short boat trip to all that Marathon has to offer.

This home was very well furnished, clean, and updated. The location is perfect and close to the pool and beach. We really enjoyed the outdoor space at this home. My husband enjoyed the dock, fish cleaning station and bait freezer. The beds were very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Our experience at this property was great. It was exactly as it was described and having the pass to the cabana club was incredible. We will definitely plan another visit to stay at this property in the future.

We had such a fabulous time. This property is extremely well maintained and just overall adorable. I love the decor of the home. It was peaceful, beds super comfortable, friendly/quiet neighbors. Access to the Cabana Club was also a plus when we didn’t feel like driving anywhere but still wanted to be in the water. Great communication with the property manager. A+++

The dock worked great for renting a boat. Plenty of space for our family of four. Access was super easy. Never had any issues so never had to contact the owners. Access to the cabana club was a huge benefit as we went swimming there every afternoon. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It was the cleanest vacation rental, we have stayed in. Kitchen was very well stocked. Wonderful location.

KCB is a very clean-quiet community. The canals are awesome for boat access. Short walk to the Club beach. The Marathon area overall is nice.

Awesome week in a fantastic house, pretty well located, walking distance to Cabana Club and 3 minutes to the ocean. A shower in the backyard will be desirable. We’ll come back! Thanks
