The Host was very kind and understanding and had amazing customer service skills!!! I would recommend this property to everyone!!!!!

Perfect location for a single or couple. As nice or nicer than photos. Only issue is traffic getting and from in Altamonte, but that is not a fault of the property or owners. The host is wonderful and responsive. Can't say enough positive things. I'll be repeating next year if plans allow.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here, overall. We think it was great bang for our buck, and would recommend it to any solo traveler in a heartbeat, and to other couples with some caveats. The host was responsive and friendly. There were a few treats left in the fridge that we enjoyed. As we do not take frequent stays away from home, some aspects of the guest house were difficult for us to get comfortable with. I didn't want to dock my scores much since that might not be everyone's deal, so I'll frame my recommendations thusly - ABSOLUTELY stay here if you: - Want to stay outside Orlando proper, but still have plenty of shops, restaurants and nature parks to visit nearby. Seriously, almost anything you want or need should be within a 20 minute drive or less. - Are sticking to a budget and/or visiting briefly. - Don't want to prepare your own meals much, or just do heat-and-serve. - Are single, a parent with child, or a couple already accustomed to sleeping on a queen sized bed. - Are not bothered by slow draining showers, or the possibility of running out of hot water on a long one, or two consecutive. - Aren't too bothered by morning noise, primarily lawn but also nearby construction work. It may be quieter here during the weekend, but our stay was on weekdays.

My daughter and I stayed for a long weekend Ice Skating competition. It was 5 mins from the rink, safe, clean, and the owner was very easy to work with. I used the reviews to decide where to stay. These reviews on this home are very accurate. We give them all 5's. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The quiet location was perfect for our activities. The apt was spacious and nicely furnished. We plan to come back in October

We stayed 9 nights and the space was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and met all our needs. We especially loved sitting on the balcony with the lush surroundings. Our hosts were available and responsive to any of our requests. We would definitely go back!

This place has it all!! Quiet, safe, nice neighborhood. Perfect property for my stay. Place is as described -- very comfortable one bedroom with everything you need. Kitchen is well appointed allowing me to avoid higher cost restaurant meals throughout my stay. Layout was great. I was working remotely and the wifi was faster than I have at home or at the office. Communication with the host was terriffic. Next time I'm in the area, I"ll be looking forward to returning to this place. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Great stay, great hosts, great location!

Safe, gated, small neighborhood. Lovely unit above garages. Close to supermarket and restaurants with vegan choices. Property manager very nice and quickly responsive to one issue which was resolved. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

My fiancé and I had a great stay here! We worked from home and had more than enough room to take meetings and get our work done. The neighborhood was extremely safe, the place was clean and as described, and the owners are very kind!

I had a very enjoyable stay at this guest house. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. The house is located in a quiet, private, secure gated community yet is only a few minutes away from many restaurants and shopping. I will definitely visit again the next time I am in the area.

The property was very clean and in a safe environment. It was conveniently located for the purpose of our visit to the area. Very responsive host and would highly recommend.

Excellent stay. Loved that we didn’t have to worry about keeping our voices down staying in a hotel. Bit of a drive to the parks but the cost savings vs booking a hotel last minute was significant.

The apartment was elegantly designed and the owner could not have been more welcoming. I felt like I was having a 5 Star hotel experience with the ability to warm up take-out food for a guest dinner if I wanted. The location of the apartment was within a quiet community which was a plus.

The property place was lovely. Bed was comfy but the pillows were too big to be able to put your head on. Perhaps we are used to My Pillows which are amazing. Maybe bring your own. everything else was just what we needed. We were down for a wedding so did not have a huge need to be in the apartment very much or to cook anything. The neighborhood is lovely and we certainly felt safe.

Absolutely beautiful home and setting. Loved sitting on the balcony. Very clean and well equipped, with quality furniture. Our only disappointment was that the leather chairs pictured in the living room had been replaced with a saggy, worn black leather loveseat which was quite uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Gina was very easy to communicate with. Would stay again for sure if the loveseat was replaced.
