The grill is right next to the pool as well which made for easy lunches. Walk to the beach was about 4 minutes and easy to do. Our only complaint was how the kitchen wasn’t very stocked and the Wi-Fi would sporadically stop working. Besides that it was the perfect space and nicely decorated!

We loved having the pool right outside our back door and the beach across the street. But we were very disappointed that they did not provide any beach towels or pool towels and we had to go to the store and buy them for ourselves or let you know and they didn’t let us know ahead of time. I called the management company and they said they never provide them. I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and if you have a pool on the beach, they always provide beach towels. This policy needs to be changed.

The home was nice, but the cleaning crew wasn’t the best one of the toilets still had pee stains under the seat from the previous guests and the floor upon arrival was not cleaned well. The property management company also left much to be desired. I emailed them twice before arrival to ask questions about the property and did not get a response to either email. One time I called them and the woman I spoke with was not nice. While we won’t be back the property itself was great and in a nice location!

Reviewer Comments: Beach Therapy is a great unit that is convenient to the pool, which was perfect for our kids. The grill was great for nightly cooking and the kitchen is well stocked. The bunk beds were amazingly comfortable. The only suggestions we have are: the living area is cramped with furnishings,and the sofa is uncomfortable/stained and needs replacing. The master bedroom needs either a new, more sturdy bed frame or the current one needs tightened, as each time my husband moved in the night, it made loud noises. Thank you for having the beach wagon and all the beach/pool toys. That was a great hit for our kids. All in all, a great stay.

We had an amazing time in 30A! The pool was steps away from our back porch and the beach was just a short walk away. The cottage came with a wagon that made hauling our cooler and bags to the beach easy. The beach was beautiful and not busy at all. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that the dinning room chairs could use some cushions, they were not comfortable to sit in.

Upon arrival, the house was ready for us right at 4:00, and was immaculately clean. We quickly settled in and made our way to the PRIVATE beach, which is an easy +/- 4 minute walk!! Our son enjoyed the pool (a little too cold for us parents), and our dog enjoyed long afternoons on the porch laying under the fan.The kitchen had everything we needed to make us feel right at home.We've already booked our return trip and can't wait to get back to the gorgeous 30A!!

This is our second time staying at the cottages. We love the location and set up of the property. The location is convenient to the beach, stores and restaurants. The property is quiet and family friendly. We hope to return!

This house and area was just what we needed for our retreat. We were close to everything, witnessed the sunrise on the beach each day and relaxed each night at the beautiful cottage. Will definitely come back!

We travelled with 3 kids and our dog and we all had a blast! The beach access is very close to the community, making the daily trek easy and the location to Rosemary Beach and The Chill made for fun bike rides. This cottage is the perfect size to relax and reconnect, while having all the amenities you would need to enjoy a meal "in" after a long day at the beach and pool. Can't wait to return soon!

Stayed here with wife and family and dogs. The only hiccup we had was the initial door code didn't work when we arrived. They quickly gave us a backup code and it worked great. 5 minute walk from private beach, clean property, cool spot for a nice cottage getaway. Recommend highly.

We really enjoyed our month here. We brought our 17 year old dog with us. It is a dog friendly neighborhood that even provides a poop bag station. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook including a grill. We were pleased to find the TV included Netflix and other streaming stations. The walk to the beach was simple and the sand and surf were just what we needed. We went out to eat often. We’d recommend The Donut Hole, and Backbeach Barbecue for good simple food. We enjoyed a trip to the zoo in Panama City. We splurged and got to hold a baby kangaroo named Sandy. I definitely recommend this sweet cottage.

We enjoyed our family Christmas here! My only complaint would be the beach access is impossible to find. Other than that, it was nice!

The house was very clean and comfortable. My family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and how close we were to it. The beach is about a 5 minute walk, and during our stay it was not very crowded at all. My only suggestion would be that if you are going to rent bikes, don't use Vacayzen that Benchmark 30a recommends. My family rented 2 bikes for the week from here and they arrived with two flat tires and were in very bad shape. We ordered 2 more from another rental company that were the same price and in alot better condition. (The bike situation isn't necessarily reflected on Benchmark 30a, but I thought I would mention since they recommend and provided a credit to use them). All in all, it was a great vacation and I will definitely use Benchmark 30a again in the future.

This was our first vacation on 30-A and we fell in love with the beach, bike trails and cute shops just a bike ride away from the cottage. Beach Therapy is light, airy and well decorated. What attracted me to the cottage was the setting of all the beach cottages, landscaping and the centralized location of the pool as well as the close walking distance to the beach. My kids and grandkids loved having the pool and gate right off the steps of the back porch. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in working order with the exception of a broken kitchen cabinet hinge we found upon arrival and reported to the maintenance man. This was no issue to me he removed the cabinet door until he was able to find a hinge to replace it with. I would like to mention that the cleaning company did not do a good job before we arrived. The kitchen floor was still very dirty and needed mopping and the linens in the bedroom with the queen bed were made up with dirty sheets with hair and sand in them. I stripped the bed and washed everything before we went to sleep. We arrived to check in at 4:20pm and it’s possible that the person cleaning didn’t get through although he stated he had just finished cleaning everything. All in all I would stay there again. Nice little cottage community setting.
