The location was great. However lawn maintenance starts a little to early in the morning with the noise.

Coffee maker should be replaced, does not filter. We found old food scraps in the laundry area. Showerhead in the master bedroom bath should be replaced, rusted so I did not use. Should have at lease one lounge chair on the outside deck. Sheets in the master bedroom was stained. The front bedroom had dirty socks under the bed on the floor.

it was on the beach like requested. enough space for all 5 family members.

In bedroom main door had to be shut jus to get into bathroom. No outlets in master bath.. bunk bed ladder is in great need of repainting. Ice maker in freezer did not work. Bottom stayed full of frozen water not ice. Curtis for deck were very dirty on back side. appliances all had rusted spots, Some of the air vents were dirty.

I loved that it was very clean and close to everything that was for entertainment and grocery shopping.

The first night we realized that the sofa bed frame was broken when my son sat on the bed and fell straight through. When we lifted the mattress to see why he fell, you could clearly see that the 2 springs that held the mattress had been broken. There was no toilet tissue in one the 2 bathrooms, no blow dryer, the iron didn’t work, and the balcony light didn’t work. We didn’t have enough towels for 6 people but when I called about it, 2 different people came by to bring extras so that was soo very nice of them. The fist lady that delivered the towels and air mattress was shocked when my 4 yr said she loved her and asked could she give the associate a hug. The associate asked if I was ok with her giving my daughter a hug and I said yes. It warmed my heart to see the associate tear up and hear how that made her day because she was having a hard morning. Overall, I loved the environment and my family did too! Hopefully, I’ll be booking again in the near future!!

The view was amazing. Beach was clean. Friendly guests. The parking garage was nice. Clean condo building.

I didn't like the long drives to the store strips. But understandable. A couple things broke in the condo room 908 when we got there. Can opener and the wooden guy on the table was broke the arm was off. The beds were very uncomfortable. Couldn't wash clothes there was a ton of wet towels in the washer still upon arrival. Didn't like I couldnt keep the balcony door open. The TVs were a pain to turn on for the kids. The beaches were way to crowded in front of the condo had to walk way away to get spot to sit on the beach. The rubber band bracelets was a complete Hassel taking on and off to go back and forth to the car and to much to try to keep on 2 small children.... it's not worth $50 if you loose them because of having small children for them to wear and them being adult size. Lady in office wasn't friendly.... at night it was hard to find parking on the parking deck so really couldn't go anywhere in the evening time. We would come back and would have to drive around until someone left.

Bed was not the most comfortable

Location was great, bed was comfortable, towels & soap provided. Washer and dryer were small but adequate for our family. Easy checkin. Room is nice but nothing outstanding.

On booking.com the fees added on are significant & not clearly reflected in the total. Pool heater went out for most of our time there. Residents stated it is an ongoing issue. Multiple dishes were not clean.

Our first night there the next morning a guy walked in the room they had sold the room so we had to pack up everything 2 hours later while we was out doing stuff with our child and have to move rooms had to move in with a room and them cleaning it where someone had just checked out would you want to move your stuff into a dirty room and them and they're trying to clean it

Nice location and view was amazing.

Bathroom locks do not work, no cutting board, balcony chair hand rest was a bit broken, Sofa bed was torn and unusable, the clock did not work.

Lovely condo with an awesome view of the gulf. Very clean and comfortable.
