The condo was very well kept and had everything you needed. Great location and awesome scenery from the back patio. We stayed Dec. 21st thru the 29th. The thing that wasn’t good was the pool heater was broken the whole time we stayed but good thing the hot tub worked. The people staying there said the heater is old and breaks a lot and will cost a lot of money to fix. They will fix it but don’t know when! The temps were in the mid 70’s and low 80’s and we would have used the pool. We were told that we could use the pool next door which was only a 2 minute walk. I would stay again!!!!

We just spent a week in this amazing condo. We were in town visiting friends that live nearby. The water views and proximity to the pool were perfect. Diane was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Our first night we walked down to the Thai restaurant and had a very nice meal. We hope to stay here on our next visit.

This condo rental has exceeded all expectations The condo is an end unit with windows on two sided and located literally 5 feet from the sea wall. Loved dolphin watching, morning coffee and evening cocktails from the screened lanai. The open plan and large rooms made the extended stay most pleasurable. Could not be better.

The condo is well appointed, in a wonderful quite area, yet close to all things. We enjoyed the space, esp being so close to the bay an pool. Beds were comfy, great towels, an lovely updated furniture. The kitchen comes with everything you need an more. We enjoyed the space thoughly, an would return on a future visit.

This rental ranks well above the other rentals we have stayed in the area.. The view is wonderful from the screened patio with dolphins playing, many small and large boats passing by, and pelicans diving for fish. The location is prime, with quiet surroundings yet beaches, night life, family activities and great restaurants just a short drive away. Open the windows at night and listen to the waves splashing gently on the shore; walk to the pool just a few steps away; visit Ft. DeSoto and learn it’s history, walk to the local ice cream parlor or get a coffee and snack. So much to do nearby. The owner is so kind, friendly and helpful. She responds quickly to any concern and takes great pride in her property, maintaining it to high standards. We look forward to continued rental for as long as it is available.
