Fabulous location to both human and dog beach!

We had a lovely relaxing stay. Loved that it was a short walk to the patrolled beach and the dog off leash beach. We grabbed morning coffees at the conveniently located Beach Chalet on our way to walk our dog. Kids loved the pool, and everyone had loads of space. In the very clean and well appointed unit. We also walked up to Sunshine Beach (about 15mins) to a great selection of cafes and restaurants. I love a holiday where you can leave the car in the garage!

Very nice property. The pool is great after a day spent at the beach. Rooms were comfortable too, with plenty of living space besides.

Dog friendly townhouse - perfect for short stay

It was a very comfortable home for our stay with extended family. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for a holiday with for our family of four, well five if you count the dog which we do. Thought full touches like hand soap and bodywash in all the showers toilets and kitchen. Lots of areas to be apart or together as a family. Beautiful mountain views and sea breezes. Secure for our dog. This is our second stay and we would love to come back.

The property is terrific. Great location, within walking distance to the beach and only a 3 min drive to Sunshine beach shops. The house is well presented and well furnished for a longer stay. Will definitely stay again :)

Had a great stay, nice big place and very close to Noosa, house is nice and big and has some lovely reading spots. The view of the mountains was really loveky and we had some great sunsets. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 5 weeks feeling very much at home in this well appointed home. Close proximity to Sunrise beach and a lovely cafe for coffee, breakfast or lunch. Only a short drive to Noosa Junction too for a range of eating & shopping options. Would definitely stay again.

We had a short relaxing stay after an adventurous week on K'Gari Island! The property had everything we needed. Great host, great house, super close to the beach, only downside is that the neighbourhood really needs a supermarket.

In general the property was clean, spacious and well appointed. On the negative side many windows and doors were missing Insect screens. Also there was a damp musty smell in the ground floor rooms.

Beautiful Noosa beach, the dog beach, shopping and cafes were a very short drive from this property. It was so good to have the whole family together (including our fury friends) in one place. When at home we enjoyed swimming, playing board games, having bbqs on the deck and watching Netflix altogether. This destination made a very relaxing family holiday.

The property is in a good location, close to beach and little cafe. Great to have a private pool and good size interior and privacy. We enjoyed being away, but there were some disappointing aspects as listed below. Not so great when we first arrived and walked in - There was an overwhelming musty smell. If went out and shut up windows etc. after a number of hours smell was back, however not as overwhelming. There are no flyscreens on the windows and a few of the sliding doors, which allowed bugs and geckos in whilst trying to cool property down. The Palms around the pool need a big clean up. Constantly dropping berries and bits of fronds into the water. The pool floor had silt all over it. Not nice to swim in with debris, so I tidied it up multiple times. The pool net and brush need replacing as extremely deteriorated. The kettle needs replacing as seal around the top had gone prior to our arrival and is a hazard. No kitchen sink plug to fit, so washing up was with tap going. We didn't sit on indoor couch, it felt sticky to touch. There is maintenance required to bring the property up to a better standard and I suspect given the damp smell, outdoor drainage is insufficient and needs work.

We love staying at Sundowner - everything we need for a great pet friendly holiday. Close to the beach & a short drive to amenities.

There were only the two of us + pooch staying so the ample other accommodation wasn't used. Its a five minute walk to the beach and a lovely coffee shop above the beach. The house has a lay back and relaxed feel. We will definitely use it again when we come back with our family.

We were looking for a place to chill and recharge with our dog and found the perfect place. The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped and within a short walk from the nearest doggie beach We spent a week taking our little fella for walks, reading and chilling and Jason had provided everything needed for doing just that. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Comfortable home ,large rooms, kitchen well layed out. Only attention needed is the 2 outside balcony lounges, stained UNCLEAN!!

Extremely good in every way

Very pleasant, tidy beachside house with enough room for families with young adults to have some privacy. Dogs are welcome and the property is fully fenced with a great private pool. Jason the host is highly responsive and super understanding when or if Covid strikes. Highly recommend.

Everything you need in this lovely townhouse! Not more than a 10 minute walk to the best dog beach in the world. Jason was a great host. We’ve stayed at Sunrise Beach many times in many different styles of accommodation and we will definitely return to this property.
