The unit was very clean, and has everything you need for a week at the beach! The beach is beautiful and much less crowded than nearby areas. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and our 5 year old and 7 month old took a trip this January and needed a place to stay very last minute to extend our stay since the previous condo we were staying at was booked. We saw Charla’s condo was available and beautiful from the photos and we had always wanted to stay at Carillon Beach so we knew we had to reach out. Charla was very quick to respond and even offered us an early check in. We arrived and everything was so clean and beautifully decorated! The beds and pillows were so so comfortable and the kitchen and dining areas were so gorgeous. The view of the sunset from the living room is stunning too! My son loved the room with the bunk beds and it had everything you could think of! There were kids books and board games which my son loved! It also had a big bed in it which was great because my son still makes my husband sleep with him some night so it worked so well for us. She also had laundry detergent, trash bags and all kinds of supplies for us to use which was very helpful! She had thought of everything you could need!! The resort was pretty nice too. There was an indoor heated pool which was nice for January, men and women’s saunas, tennis courts, basketball courts, all kinds of games and the building is right next to the Camp St Helen beach entrance and there were even kayaks to rent and a lake on the property which was very cool! The only thing I could recommend is crab claw crackers for the utensil drawer & blackout curtains for the bedroom and just for future people with little kids the balcony you had to step over a bit of a taller ledge to get to which wasn’t an issue for us but we had to make sure our five year old was careful not to trip over. You’ll have a wonderful comfortable trip full of great memories when you stay here!! I hope we can come back in the Summer!

Wonderful place to stay for the family. Quiet, but still convenient. Room was comfortable and well maintained.

Our stay at Beach Haven was stress free and perfect. Charla was very responsive to my questions and requests. Her condo is tastefully decorated and very clean. Being on the top floor was a bonus. Our stay was late June and it was quiet. The condo was also stocked with all the essentials so there was no need to buy things for use once or twice. Having stayed at several vacation rentals this was such an added bonus. The gated community made me feel safe and secure. I hope I get the chance to visit again and would definitely come back here.

We were blown away when we walked in this property! The condo is super clean, has an amazing view, smells wonderful, is completely updated, and has super easy access to the beach. Charla, the owner, provided us with so much information prior to arrival, which made everything super easy for us. The Beach is quieter and less crowded than any we have been to in the area, and you can park directly in front of the condo. We very highly recommend and plan on coming back next year.

Perfect location in a resort setting (pool, snack bar, tennis, kayaking, etc.). Condo was very nice, with everything you need. Recommend highly!

This place is as good as advertised. Beautiful, clean, spacious, and the recent updates are wonderful. As a slightly disabled person a walk-in shower was a must. The view was awesome. One morning while drinking coffee on the balcony we witnessed a manatee in the crystal clear water swimming by. While on the beach later that day it came back by fairly close to the shore! Building C-1 had a great spot for my rented beach powered wheelchair to park and charge. Charla is a great host. She sent us information on local restaurants and the area! Great beach access. Wonderful place to stay and hope to come back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with wonderful beach front view! We watched dolphins and manna rays out in the ocean from our balcony! This condo is so well furnished and is SO incredibly clean!! Will definitely rent from this owner again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It’s in a great location being close enough to fun activities and restaurants but far enough away from the congestion. This condo was amazing. We would definitely book here again.

Loved the location. Loved how quiet it was. Apartment had a slight smell to in (smoke as soon as you walked in) but everything was super clean and had an amazing view. The beach was quiet and stunning. The smell vanished after a few seconds of walking in. Could really only smell it for a few seconds each time you walked in. Beds were comfy, had great amenities and all the comforts of home. Would definitely recommend!!

Can’t recommend this condo enough! The inside was so nice. They had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Can’t wait to come back for many years to come!

For a family of four on this trip including a teenage and elementary age daughter, we really enjoyed our stay. Charla was great and very responsive in communication. The location to the beach was awesome and nothing beat an early morning coffee listening to the wave crash from the patio. Highly recommended!

This is my favorite beach condo I’ve ever stayed in! Tastefully decorated, great location. Feel you could be comfortable here for a long vacation. Loved being directly on the beach but close enough to access all the fun restaurants/shops with a short drive. Excellent stay and would definitely recommend!

The property is on a perfect spot on the gulf. Even though we had not stayed in this area before it was easy to get around to restaurants and shopping. Condo was clean, comfortable, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed.

The property had a beach vibe in a gated community. Our condo unit had a direct view of the ocean and sunsets every night. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our few days in this condo. The condo was very clean It has been remodeled The living area is very comfy The main bathroom is very pretty! My favorite place is the patio That is where I spent most of my time when I wasn’t on the beach! The neighborhood is lovely. We would go back for sure!

Beach Haven at Pinnacle Port is such a jewel of a condo and was the perfect place for our family of 3 to enjoy during our Thanksgiving break. The condo was absolutely wonderful and beautifully updated. We can’t wait to return next year to continue making memories!

Our weeklong stay at Beach Haven was the perfect getaway for me and my husband. The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. Even the household supplies were top quality. And Beach Haven has a spectacular view of the Gulf! We ate all our meals on the balcony enjoying God's awesome creation. We even got to view the lunar eclipse right from the balcony! This was our fourth visit to Carillon Beach and Beach Haven was by far our favorite condo. It has it all-- amazing Gulf views, a clean and beautiful interior, and direct access to the beach. And Charla was a wonderful and attentive host. She was very communicative and accommodating. We look forward to returning to Beach Haven in the near future!

Another great week spent in “Beach Haven” C1-701. Accommodations were perfect. Very well equipped rental. Everything you need and then some. Absolutely love the location. Until next year.

This property and the owners were absolutely fabulous! The description on the website was spot on and the view from the balcony was amazing. Such a wonderful place to stay and the quiet beach was great! We would stay here again and again!

This unit is by far one of our favorites we have ever stayed in. The owner does an amazing job of communicating important details beforehand, so you know exactly what you are booking. This unit is off the beaten path, yet close to convenience. It overlooks the beautiful Lake Powell, as well as the Gulf. We had a great time having beach and pool time by day, and family fishing off the pier by night. It truly is a magical place. Easy, quick beach access, multiple pool options, and close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants make this unit truly unbeatable. We will be back in this unit hopefully very soon.

Owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Condo was equipped with everything you would ever need to hit the beach. Plenty of room to spread out and great view of the ocean.

We had a very relaxing time at this property. The beach was not overcrowded, and we were able to truly enjoy our time together as a family. The beach always reminds me of how truly big and amazing our God is. The unit is very nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed during our stay.

Our host really went the extra mile to make us feel at home. She recommended restaurants (which were spot on), the condo was so clean that it smelled great when we walked in! Our host was very interactive and quickly responded to all our questions. Will return!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful beach. The location was convenient to grocery stores but not in a crowded area at all. The condo itself was super clean and well kept.

This was our first visit to Carillon Beach and let me just say, we WILL be back. Charla was an amazing host and was in constant contact with us to make sure our questions were answered and that everything was going well…she is just FANTASTIC. The unit was gorgeous and exceptionally clean. We could not have been more happy with our weekend getaway! Looking forward to next year already
