We had a great time

This property worked perfectly for our family trip. The younger family members had the bottom floor to hang out in and watch tv till the wee hours, while the old folks had the main floor. It was nice to be able to watch our shows upstairs and they could watch cartoons etc downstairs. The property is fenced too if you have a pet. Thank goodness they have air at the property. It was extremely hot but we were very comfortable even on the hottest day! The grand kids are asking to come back again so it was a hit!

We stayed in this Vrbo for a wedding at Big Trees. It’s a great home in a good location. Had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean.

We had a great time staying in a nice (and very clean) home, with good separation for the two families involved, and great amenities (hot tub, dog run, etc). We enjoyed the views of the forest from the multiple decks, bbq-ing, and relaxing after hitting some AMAZING golf courses in the area!

I can't emphasis how lovely our stay was! Such a beautiful home with activities that kept our grandchildren ages 7 & 9 occupied the whole time. We had planned on taking a hike and spending time beyond the property while we were there for 5 days. However it started snowing right before we arrived so we spent our time watching the kids sled and build snowmen. Plus the game room was perfect. The whole family spent a lot of time playing games, watching movies or playing pool there. We all had so many fun moments together.
The kitchen was beautiful with a large table that we sat around every night laughing and chatting while we ate.
The hammock chairs were such a relaxing way to spend time on the porch!
We also loved the hot tub! Great place to enjoy the falling snow.
A perfect family getaway!
We plan on visiting again in the future!

We had a great stay! The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The kitchen had lots of appliances and spices for cooking. We had four 13 year olds who loved playing in the game room after snowboarding at Bear Valley. The hot tub was very relaxing for the adults!

We had to clean the bathtubs. There was mold on bath mats and in the tubs. The blinds wouldn’t shut.

It's a lovely house with a lot of amenities. The neighborhood is quiet especially during the weekdays and the front deck is a nice spot to do yoga, barbeque, or just relax. The spa is super nice after a day of hiking! We will return!

My husband and I along with our Maltese had a wonderful stay at your Arnold cabin. We loved being out in the trees with the nice deck space. The bed was so comfortable and we watched several DVD movies that you had available. We stayed busy during the days by going to Murphy's for wine tasting and the restaurants. The Calaveras Big Tree hike was very enjoyable along with the Arnold Rim Trail. Camp Connell was nice for a concert in the beer garden and lots to explore in the area. We had a wonderful time.

The house was very nice. The decks were in top shape and the kitchen spacious. Really enjoyed are stay. The only slight would be the beds could have been a bit more comfortable but in fairness I find this true even in nicer hotels at times

Birthday Goodness in the Mountains
Great location with easy access to everything. Clean with everything you might need for your stay in your home away from home. Good communication throughout from property manager. Driveway is steep and narrow. Lots of stairs to main floor. They’re not kidding in the description.

Great Anniversary Trip
Our stay was so relaxing. We soaked in the hot tub and sat in the hammock chairs for hours, just talking and drinking local wine from the wineries down the road. Peaceful and quiet, most times only heard the wind in the trees and the birds chirping. Will for sure be coming back again

The house was so clean and there were so many little touches throughout that made it so welcoming!
It has everything you need in the kitchen and instructions are really clear about check in/out, care of items and troubleshooting problems. Clear, but also very reasonable.
We really enjoyed the tranquility of the property. It was great to just eat dinner out in the deck and enjoy the quiet with good company. Inside was everything you could possibly want to feel like a home away from home!

Nice Location, Spacious House... with some Buggy Quirks
Good amenities, poor communication and customer service.
Ants, there were so many ants crawling around the kitchen sink and dishwasher! When we started the dishwasher (as it is required to wash and put dishes away to stay here) SO MANY ANTS starting crawling out! We notified the host and they just told us to spray insecticide, long story short, it didn't work. We attempted to ask for our cleaning fee back and received NO further communication. This is very unprofessional. They did not seem to care about our comfort.
However, the amenities which included the downstairs living area with pool table, giant scrabble board, and arcade were great! Hot tub was nice and warm! Driveway is steep but expected.

The Great Escape
Overall, our stay was very comfortable and accommodating. As with any multilevel cabin, your legs and glute muscles are gonna be ripped like the Hulk after 300 times going up and down over a course of four days. We saved enough energy to hike around the trail and meet some interesting and people, which always makes our trips exciting. The jacuzzi was a treat after our Hulk legs hiked up and down the trails, which was totally therapeutic. We explained to our kids that this is “grown folk sh*t” and relaxed to the sounds of nature. We then collected some logs and made a fire in the wood burning iron stove in the game room, which my kids described as a “Chucky Cheese” in the forest. As far as utensils, blankets, BBQ stuff, etc., the cabin had EVERYTHING needed. I would definitely recommend this cabin if you have a lively party of family and friends!

Sweet cabin retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We totally lucked out with fresh snow on arrival! The yard was perfect for snow play and snow men. The house is well stocked. There are signs of wear and tear but overall you could tell there is a lot of love and care put into the property. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Enjoy Venado Ridge
The wife and I had a fantastic time at Venado Ridge!! House was very comfortable, kitchen was big, needed nothing. Plenty of everything. After a day of being out and about with some wine-tasting thrown in, so nice to return to Venado for relaxation, a dip in the hot tub, and a glass of vino on the deck!! Definitely need to come back in the summer time!!

Great couple of days with our besties!
Had a great stay at this very comfortable and well appointed cabin. 3 couples in our 50s, 60s and 70s.... The men golfed at Forest Meadows while the ladies shopped in and enjoyed the quaint town of Murphy’s... after a nice hike on the Arnold Rim Trail. Next day we all went down to the Stanislaus River in Big Trees State Park for a beautiful day lounging on the river, picnicking and fishing. Ate in two nights then went out for a lovely dinner at Serafinas in Arnold . Had fun playing pool downstairs and enjoyed the deck and hot tub too. Great hosts and comfy home. Would return again. 💕

Arnold Perfection
Great property! We rent a lot VRBO’s and this is a new favorite. House had a wonderful layout for a family. Playroom was fantastic. Air conditioning in Arnold was a bonus. Beds comfortable. Lots of extras including a variety of Kcups. Deck was perfect to sit out among the trees and look at the stars. We can’t wait to come back to this house next summer!

Lovely and well-maintained property with great decor, lots of space to stretch out, and great family amenities including a playground and rumpus room. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and peaceful top deck where we enjoyed dinner among the treetops. Would love to come back again.
