We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location, spending many delightful evenings on the deck with breathtaking ocean views and sunsets. All beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the condo was perfectly supplied, though having some spices for cooking would have been a nice addition. Thanks for providing us with a highly enjoyable place to stay. The customer service at 30A Beach Girls is top-notch—informative and helpful. We especially loved the inclusion of a bonfire night, even if it wasn't right on the beach out front. It was a fun and memorable night, easily walkable down the beach. Can't wait to rebook and experience it all over again!

Beautiful views and comfortable home! This was a wonderful spot for my daughters and I to stay! Beach is a 2 min walk, views of the ocean as you wake up to the morning sun were gorgeous, plenty of space, beds comfortable, had all the utensils (cups, pans and cookware) we needed, the free bonfire was the best time. We played corn hole sadly first time ever and ate so many gooey s'mores. We will be back.

This property is phenomenal. We've not stayed in a better spot. Beautiful condo, terrific beach, nice town, everything you need for a fantastic getaway. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach (family of 4 with 2 teens); we absolutely LOVED it! The condo was perfect ... clean, beachy, comfortable and ... best of all ... that view! Amazing! We spent a lot of time at the beach, and in the evenings before dinner on the balcony enjoying the spectacular scene of the Gulf waters and white sugar sand. 30A Beach Girls were a breeze to work with from booking and check in and check out. Very attentive and helpful; something you don't find very often these days. They run a first-rate operation. We will be back!

Great Location, very good security (24/7 guard), beautiful unit with beautiful views. The pool, beachfront restaurant, and umbrella service on the beach were great. Host was very responsive and communicative. Unit was stocked with all essentials.

Hollie was incredibly patient and communicative when I was booking this surprise trip for my elderly parents anniversary, 52 years! She made check in seamless along with a few decorations and surprises. The property was amazing. The views of the gulf were breathtaking! The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The rooms were impressively large and beautifully decorated. The deck has gorgeous views of the ocean. Already booked another stay here in 2023. Guards can be touchy. 30a beach girls communicates impressively via an app and went above and beyond with ideas and recommendations. They held a bonfire on our last night, it was enjoyed by all of us. Looking forward to coming back!

Best condo rental ever-SUPERB! Only complaint is security. Make sure you super glue your band or you get harassed.

Sometimes when booking accommodation on line you are left disappointed by what you find when you arrive. In this occasion this couldn't have been further from the truth. Everything about the property was as good or even better than the description, with every inch providing superb furnishings and accessories. The included chair service and bikes were a huge bonus. This property was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had the perfect amount of space. Lovely, central location in Rosemary in a nice neighborhood. The deck and view was also a bonus.

This property exceeded expectations. Great location and accommodations for area where my niece was getting married. Condo was spotless and beds were comfortable. Towels were soft not scratchy. Just as important to us as a comfortable bed! Hollie and Kelly were very easy to work with and always helpful. Would rent again.

High Point is one of the finest locations on 30a. Close to Rosemary elegance, awesome beach , and of course Crabby Steve's beach bar in the center . 30A Beach Girls ensured we had exceptional service and support for anything we needed while staying at this beautiful condo with a beach view and patio .

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. It was spotlessly clean and fresh, the kitchen was very well supplied, even the knives were super sharp! The balcony with that view was magical especially at sunset. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach towels, flowers, 30a beach girls water that I didn't let anyone drink because I wanted to keep them, blow dryers in every room. 30a Beach Girls Management company was responsive and great at follow-up, they had great info on the area. Thank you for helping us have a great experience!

Thankful to 30a beach girls for the hospitality, service, attention to detail and of course the amazing condo! It was a return trip for us and we thoroughly enjoyed! When I want a beach I know who to go to and where to go! We all loved the candy charcuterie tray I ordered to snack on all week! The beach wagon I reserved was broken but someone quickly responded and I was able to get a refund since it wasn't able to be returned to me for us to use. Communication was much better and thorough this year, via text, than last year and all check out expectations and optional experiences to share in beach bonfires were appreciated! Condo immaculate as always! The only recommendation would be to refresh the sleeping pillows please for future guests as the current ones were tired and flat. Thanks again and we look forward to visiting again for sure!

We had a wonderful first time visit to 30a. The accommodations (unit 23e), location (high pointe) and service provided by Beach Girls was great. We will definitely be coming back!

We had the most AMAZING time at this place. It was perfect for our multi generational family gettogther to celebrate my Dad's 75st birthday here and the 3 other nearby condos we rented. This was the only one with the ocean view (and the cleanest) so all gatherings happened here. Hollie & Kellie was so friendly and always responded so promptly. The property itself is amazing and luxurious and was perfect for our gathering. We had family ranging in age from 4-75 and it was perfect for everyone. The property is a short walk to the beach, and to downtown Rosemary Beach and had all of the amenities and space a family needs. We will definitely be back! Hollie arranged for a cake and balloons and helped us with a catered in meal for the birthday party. Best service ever!

Condo is as advertised. We found it to be very clean and nicely appointed. Beautiful and spacious. The view is spectacular. Pool area was very clean and well equipped. We had a blast! Would rent again highly recommend.

This was our first VRBO experience. Location was excellent. House was as advertised and very clean. Property management responsive and timely very friendly, Hollie assisted with each and every question. Jada was the other one and was always kind and followed up with us. They text daily and almost immediately the you need something. The only down side is security here. Inconsistent they all tell you something different. A few are just outright asshats.

The views are spectacular and the property is so beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Megan is the sweetest host!

Immaculate condo. Clean and well stocked. The most amazing views. Hollie, Joy, Megan and Kellie are phenomenal hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure you have all you need and give you so many recommendations. A bad storm went through and Hollie texted to make sure we were all ok and that the power and Internet was working. How thoughtful!! We will definitely be returning.
