This rental was absolutely perfect for our group ! Excellent location and Marianne was amazing in every way ! We stayed in touch through our mess of a situation with our planes having to be rebooked after many delays … and she still was able to get us a transport AND met us at the villa at 4 am !!! What can I say, our stay was nothing short of fabulous! I have absolutely nothing to complain about. What an amazing place right in the heart of Athens! Everything was walkable - the Acropolis, the Ancient Agora, Plaka, the Monastraki Market, etc. The neighborhood was so safe, and there were restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops right out the front door. And the views of the Acropolis at night were stunning, just 2 blocks up the street from the apartment. The hosts and property managers were equally amazing, with plenty of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The home had 5 bedrooms, each with king-sized beds and 5 bathrooms, so my wife and all 4 kids (3 of them teenagers) each had there own space. This home was an amazing find and the absolute perfect home base for our time in Athens. I travel a lot for work and have top tier status with all the top 3 hotel chains. I have certainly stayed at my fair share of really nice places. Hands down, this was the absolute best rental property I've ever stayed in! The one and only drawback is that my kids have now reached a whole new level of spoiled!

Marianne is the consummate host, super responsive and helpful and the property was exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet during the day, lively at night but not to the point where you will be disturbed in the slightest. Walking distance to most major attractions and very easy to call an Uber to or from. I highly recommend this property if you have a big group like ours!

We stayed in Athens to show our friends and family the sites before heading to Rhodes for the rest of our vacation! This place was spectacular. It was beautiful, had plenty of room for our party of 11 people. Marianne our host was amazing and gracious. My niece’s 8th birthday was on Saturday during our stay and I had asked Marianne where I could get a cake and she arranged it all for us including delivery. The place was walkable to all the sites. Fantastic restaurants and grocery store. I would absolutely recommend this place as well as stay there again!

We had the best time in Athens while staying at this property. The location is perfect! It is close to major historical sites and fabulous restaurants. Marianne and Eva were so helpful and the perfect hosts. I would highly recommend staying at this property while in Athens.

Marianne was amazing from the start to the finish! She was very responsive and helpful. She helped us arrange transportation to and from the apartment with great drivers. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room for everyone, has all the basics you need and multiple bathrooms. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the people go by. The elevator is also a plus for your luggage and when you are traveling with older family members. The location is close to the grocery, cafes, bakeries, wine shops, bookstores, pharmacy and restaurants. If you have a chance be sure to go to Merceri across the street. The food, service and experience are worth it. We walked to all the sites from the apartment and to the metro. It is close to everything you need. If we return to Athens we will definitely book this apartment again. I highly recommend. Thank you Marianne!

I cannot say enough good things about the apartment or about the service and support we got. We were a group of six adults. The apartment is not just spacious, it is exceptionally well laid out to give everyone privacy and quiet. It's clean, bright, nicely furnished, and amply equipped. It was very comfortable and very secure, an important factor when staying in a foreign city. The location -- both the immediate neighborhood and the overall location in Athens -- is perfect. The owner, Marianne, and her assistant, Eva, made clear to us at all times that they would give us assistance with anything we needed. One quibble with the listing -- there isn't an "Acropolis View" from the apartment. If not for the trees along the street, one could see a bit of the Acropolis from the terrace, but in fact only a tiny glimpse is visible when it's lighted at night. Nonetheless, it is very close to the Acropolis -- we were able to walk to the edge of the Acropolis site in just a few minutes. If we ever return to Athens, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

This location was ideal as it is within walking distance of all the major must-see historical sites. The neighborhood is quiet, despite being a short walk to the restaurants. The lodging layout was perfect for our 3 couples and could have accommodated more. Marianne and her team were so very helpful. Be sure to take them up on their offer of transport booking from the airport to the property - seamless and best price! They were helpful in many other ways also, and attentive to our requests. You will not regret staying here, we enjoyed our time here very much.
