This home was delightful! The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Everything functioned properly and when we had questions, the owner responded immediately. We would definitely return here.

You’re going to love it, great for families, nice separation from our room to the kids rooms.

This was a great experience! My friends & I enjoyed staying here. Very clean, nice layout with multiple floors; we didn’t feel cramped. We really liked the decor of the home too! We were less than 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again when I return to Asheville.

Property was exactly as pictured - very clean and inviting. For 5 adults the space was perfect given the main living space on ground level, master suite upstairs (beautiful and spacious) and other bedrooms/bathrooms on the lower level. We didn't utilize the kitchen for meals given our short stay but the house was equipped with everything one could need. The host was very accommodating in our request to do a late check-out. Would recommend this property to family and friends!

Five stars! Wonderful area in close proximity to several amazing restaurants and breweries (with good outdoor spacing and many with views of the river). The host, Heidi, was also very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We loved our time here!

I loved the location. Close to downtown , river arts district and the river. Very clean and Heidi is always quick to answer any questions or needs. No complaints at all! Will stay again when coming to Ashville.

Three “seniors” visiting Asheville for the first time chose this property for our home away from home. The house exceeded our expectations. Our host, Heidi, was very accommodating when it came to check in/checkout times. The house was immaculate. We enjoyed the roominess and comfort. It was a quick drive to downtown. It was a great choice. Recommend it highly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the owner! Heidi was so responsive-provided tons of recommendations and kept us informed prior to and during our stay! The additional touches go above and beyond - the towel animals, makeup towels and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms, etc. The beds and bedding are incredible! I highly recommend and certainly will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Asheville at Heidi's house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was less than 10 minutes to downtown Asheville. Heidi was a great host and very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great stay at this property. Exactly as advertised.

Had everything we needed, plenty of towels and not too far at all from downtown. Steep drop off right next to porch and small ledge on first staircase inside house is a bit nerve wrecking with little dare devils running around, just have to keep a close eye on them. Could use a TV downstairs for the other two rooms but glad we had one in the master upstairs which was an awesome space and very private. Love how the Master is upstairs and other two rooms are downstairs. Over all, great house!

We LOVED the house!! Its so cute and the layout was perfect for my family trip. The kitchen was well stocked and you are only 3 miles from a whole foods. Downtown and The Biltmore are convenient, about a 10 minute drive. I communicated a lot with Heidi and she was very helpful and accommodating. The property is on a pretty busy road so you hear a lot of road noise all day and into the night. I would recommend ear plugs if you are light sleepers like us. Other than that it was a perfect experience!!!

We visited Asheville for our annual ladies trip. This home was perfect for the 4 of us. Plenty of space, amazingly comfortable beds, and impeccably clean! We loved having our morning coffee and glasses of wine on the back deck. The location was within 10 minutes to everything, even closer to downtown. We were able to easily get an Uber to and from anywhere. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again when visiting Asheville.

The kitchen included everything we needed to have b'fast in and it was nice having a w/d if needed. There were enough windows that during the day we didn't need to turn on any lights. This is very rare to find it in a rental ;)The host, Heidi, was easy to communicate with and really thought of everything when it came to stocking the place! TV's were easy to use and there were great music options on plutoTV. Being able to park off street just steps from the front door was great as well. Would love to stay at this property again!

This house is very conveniently located to all things you’ll want to do in Asheville. There are supermarkets nearby in case you want to cook at hone. The house has all you need to cook a proper meal. The house is immaculately clean and nicely laid out. The check in process was easy and Heidi was very responsive to my messages. I would return to this property again.

Cute and cozy home that is perfectly represented in the listing! My boyfriend and I slept in the upstairs master suite, which is sunny and spacious. The king bed was a DREAM. Our friends who took the two lower-level bedrooms said they were also very comfortable - even the bunk bed. The common area/main floor of the house was plenty of space for 5 adults to eat and drink well while watching March Madness on the house’s Sling account. And the location was super convenient to downtown! The only minor warning I’d issue - sound does travel readily between floors. We had to be conscious of volume if one of us took a work call, and I had to run a white noise machine I brought if folks were still up on the main floor when I turned in for the night. But that was minor and easy to work around, and I would gladly stay here again!

This property was very nice,clean and up to date. We loved the cozy beds and pillows,great water pressure and towels,kitchen dishes,etc. Nice deck and back porch. TVs and streaming options were great!

The house is adorable, extremely well decorated and kept. We had everything we needed, and the communication from Heidi was thorough and extremely helpful. I didn’t have to ask anything really, she outlined everything we needed to know before we even left for our trip. We absolutely loved staying here, and my 5 year old wants to go every year for her birthday now. Thank you Heidi, for everything.

Heidi was an incredible host. The property was so clean. She was very caring and went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were safe with impending snow and ice. She had great recommendations as to where to go to celebrate my husbands birthday weekend and we loves all of her recommendations.

Property was clean and well stocked. Short drive to downtown Asheville. Perfect for our family get away!

We had a wonderful time! Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Convenient location to Asheville and Biltmore, Grove Park and lots of shopping!

Pleased with beds, linens, kitchen. Great for family of all ages. Very good experience. Loved Asheville too.
