Daniele is a super host. We were me and my daughter in a private room.. very spacious and all the essentials that can serve. There is a garden for relaxing moments with tables, chairs and the laundry ( provides its own personal washing machine). in the location you can not do barbecue.Ha also the umbrella for the rain and the beach.igienizzante hands, and adirittura a house for children, bicycles( from eight years old) and games available for children. Daniel if it can come in against you does the possible. Me and my child we had a great time. If it happens we will see again!

It was cosy, clean, quiet and had a very friendly area. Shops and restaurants were close to the accommodation. Also with bus you can go easily to the beach or to the city centre. The landlord was absolutely helpful and kind.

apartment was furnished with everything needed. Cosy courtyard with lemon tree was super nice. On the courtyard was special place where you can dry you clothes and towels. And of course I’d like to highlight the hospitality of Daniele! all tips about Cagliari and closest places that he gave us were useful. Thank you so much for unbelievable vacation

It's a wonderful place to stay! The house is new, cosy and comfortable, is equipped with all the necessary: iron, iron board, telephone (if you need it), hairdryer etc. The location is great, you can easily reach Villasimius, Cagliari, Poetto Beach. Cafes, markets, transport and other useful services are very close. The owner is very polite, attentive to all the needs and requests, speaks italian (of course :)), good English. It's very important cause it's not so easy to find English speaking people there. So...highly recommended!
