We enjoyed everything about our stay in this condo - from the comfy stylish furnishings to its gorgeous beach balcony view. The master jetted tub was awesome after a long drive! Everyone on property (security, cleaning staff, even other guests) was so friendly! PCB in general and this property in particular was refreshingly clean almost to the point of immaculate. We had read prior reviews that dinged "the parking situation" with this building - yes, there is a bit of walking involved but it's made easy with elevators, a covered walkway, and free use of luggage carts. The only thing we could have wished to be different was that the outdoor pools would have been warmer - but that's spring in FL (we'll come back next time in May or June). Altogether a wonderful experience, highly recommend this unit for a restful, relaxing time at the beach.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was mostly clean except for the floors, which turn your feet very black. The laundry is in the bunk bed room closet which is strange, but worked out ok. The elevators are right outside the room which is really convenient and fast! The beaches were beautiful and an easy walk with kids. We'd stay here again. A couple things you should pack: hand soap, dish soap, curtains for the front 2 bedrooms, coffee filters (round), pool towels, laundry soap, TP, extra trash bags and dishwasher soap. There's tons of pillows and linens were nice and clean.

Overall the property it self was great but I can not say the same for the parking situation. The security guy told us he’ll give us a break if we pay him $40 cash for a parking pass. We paid him the $40 for a parking pass and the whole transaction seemed like an under the table deal that he was running. Besides that it was decent

You should know that it is at least a five month minute walk to get your car. Every time. Parking garage is across the street.

Beautiful space that has all the soothing beach vibes you could want! Decor isn't cheesy, furnished with cute pieces, and spacious. Beds are comfy, place is clean and view is gorgeous! One small thing was that there were a few kitchen essentials missing (wine opener, whisk) but otherwise super! Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely love Majestic, we have stayed at this condominium 7 times and the one tome we didnt we regretted it! The condos are always nice and you can't beat the amenities.

Very nice place. Be prepared for lots of walking to/from parking. We thought from pictures that there was a grill on the deck and was none. There were charcoal pits across the street and next to parking lot which was not convenient but I guess most people go out to eat as no one else ever used. Not sure anyone knew the pits were even there. It would be nice if there were a map of where things are located such as trash, restaurants, etc instead of just knowing they are on site. Overall really enjoyed this condo. Very nicely decorated

We had an AMAZING time!!! Ocean and beach front view. The condo had everything we needed. All amenities were perfect for all ages. Communication was fast. Everything was very clean except housekeeping may have missed the toilet room in the Master. I cleaned it so no biggie. Someone left behind a few beach chairs which saved us since we were flying in from Ohio. Overall, amazing trip and would 100% stay again!

The stay was lovely. It will be great if give more information on places that delivery beside pizza. Information about the restaurant in the building didn’t realize it was there until last day. And maybe information on things to do in the area especially for toddlers. Did not talk to property manager

Started off entering the room to overwhelming smell of pine sol cleaner. During the first night, the fire alarm in the unit went off for no reason on 2 separate occasions. I texted property management and they were less than helpful. The following day the AC went out in the unit. Again, had to text management, fortunately had a tech come out that afternoon that was able to fix it. The biggest issue, this condo is not family friendly. Loud vulgar music being played on the beach & balconies by the drunk high school seniors really made my family and others extremely uncomfortable and unable to relax and enjoy our vacation. We definitely will not return.

The cleanliness wasn't great but we still enjoyed our vacation. The communication with property manager was great! He is always quick to answer any questions I've had throughout the entire process and vacation. They definitely need a new housekeeper that cleans the room. She or He doesn't clean the counters, appliances, floors. But The manager was Awesome..

We stayed in 1303 to visit with family over our Christmas break. The condo had everything we needed and was perfect! It was clean and very well decorated. We will stay here again!

The condo looks better than the pictures online! The check in process was seem less and communicating with the manager was quick. I had an issue with parking and it was handled immediately. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Great experience with renting, everythIng went very smooth.

The property was as described, beautiful view and clean condominium! I was disappointed that we only had 2 paper towel rolls, 2 toilet paper rolls, two trash bags and 1 mini bottle of dish soap. We stayed for 4 nights and 5days it was 8 people this was not enough! We stayed during 4th of July weekend we knew it’ll be busy, but the elevator took forever, we waited over 20mins several times! We took the stairs going down but going up was painful as the condominium is on the 13th floor.

We enjoyed this property very much. The bed in the master bedroom is somewhat slanted, so I slept in the middle. Not sure if it's broken or just old. Everything else was very good, and we enjoyed our trip.

They charged my bill over $100.00 have tried to call them but they want return my call I will let people know

Condo was nicely furnished and spacious. Linens and towels appeared to be new. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, serving dishes, pots and utensils. Location was convenient for the venues we wanted to see (WonderWorks, Coconut Creek maze). We happened to be there during spring break- but we heard little noise and the beach in front of the condo had moderate people. There is some obvious water damage to some of the baseboards thru out the condo, and the smallest bedroom has the washer/dryer in the closet. It’s tricky to squeeze into the space to reach the dryer (I’m average sized). Parking was convenient across the street and having the sky bridge made access easy and safe. The checkout process was confusing. The instructions said to call the number when you leave. When you call, your given prompts to select (1,2,3,etc) for different departments. There was not a prompt for Check Out. First call we were disconnected. Second call - it rang until a voicemail picked up saying it was the maintenance department. We selected the prompt for “Guests currently staying”. Overall we like the property and would consider renting this unit again.

Property and unit were both nice. Only issue with the whole trip was having to compete with the beach chair rental folks for a spot to enjoy the beach. If you rent your chairs, you’ll be good to go. If you bring your own, you’ll need to get up early to have a spot. They put their umbrellas and chairs out, at the waterline, at first light. I’ve never saw that at any place I’ve stayed and you could look down the beach, in both directions, and not see that happening anywhere else. Even with that, enjoyed the stay. The people managing the property were great to work with.

Renting was excellent Elevator take long time to come and very hot

The first day we were there the door handle broke. It took us forever to get in the door and it took 2 days to repair it. The washer never worked the entire time. After 6 calls maintenance finally showed up and said they would have to order a part. Being there for a softball tournament I really needed a washer and that is the reason we chose this property

Elevator very slow and only 1/2 running. Very frustrating.
