The cottage was perfect for a small family. We loved being so close to everything. Watching the deer front the porch was definitely a highlight!

Clean, roomy and beautiful. Very comfortable, well-stocked with everything we needed and in a great location. Enjoyed the deer, birds and squirrels. Very relaxing environment after a full day of shopping. Looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely, well-appointed home in the middle of a beautiful area. Great location with walkable access to natural areas, dining, and artisan shops. Two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms is a plus. Screened in porch is a fun relaxing place for ‘happy hour’.

Met a friend for a girls weekend of shopping and relaxing in Wimberly. There was a Ms Lillian and her family still maintains the property. The house had everything we needed (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, front and back porches) and ~2 blocks from the square. It was perfect and I would stay here again. I do want to mention this property is managed by Hill Country Premier Lodging. You will have to sign a 6 page contract shortly after booking or lose the rental. Can’t check in before 4 pm and must leave before 10 am or be charged $50.00 per hour for coming sooner or leaving later. First time I have had to sign any contract when booking through Vrbo.

My friend and I came in just for a getaway from work. From the moment we stepped into the place it was so comfy and felt like home. Next trip we have made the decision that if this place is available as we begin planning, we will definitely return to stay.

The Property was so...beautiful, clean and so.. close to the square! We will be back! Lots of wildlife!

Miss Lillian’s is a haven of peace & relaxation tucked away just over the creek in Wimberley. It’s not too far to the shops & restaurants. This cozy house is well equipped w/ comfy beds & bedlinens etc & has pretty much everything else you can think of. Sofas are super comfy! We’ve visited Wimberley several times a year for many years & this is by far the best place we’ve stayed in. There’s an abundance of wildlife right in front of the windows which makes for fascinating viewing.

Perfect Mother/Daughter get away! We would stay here again in a heartbeat 😃!

Quiet and peaceful, you would never know you were within walking distance from town. Just a couple of blocks. The cottage was clean and well equipped. It has everything you need to cook a full meal. There’s a Keurig machine. The mattress in the back room was just OK. Access was easy. I highly recommend visiting Wimberley during the week when it isn’t so crowded. Just what I needed for a little getaway. Sitting on the screened in porch was my favorite! We will return and stay here again, hopefully.

Nice layout, carport and side entry is nice. Don’t need to drive to downtown; just a short walk so no worries about parking… Property Mgt was responsive to concerns/questions. Enjoyed sitting on porch and seeing wildlife- deer and a buck… If we had stayed longer would have had time to enjoy amenities….

Close to everything yet still quiet. Enjoyed morning coffee on the porch and watched birds coming for their daily replenished food. Deer came daily as well. The house was charming and very clean.

Spacious home close to town.

My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary stay at Miss Lillian's house. The property was very clean, and we had multiple opportunities to see the various wildlife in the area. We also appreciated that the property is just a short walk to downtown Wimberly. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a relaxing time in Wimberley. The walk to the square is less than 5 minutes! We enjoyed seeing deer come to the yard, strolling the square and relaxing in quiet. There is a spa down the road where we enjoyed massages and highly recommend; we walked because of the heat but the spa manager said the walk is about 7 minutes.

Love the house, hate the HCPL. These guys requested me to cancel my initial reservation due to their child policy (which was not shown anywhere during booking) and then “forgot” to issue a refund. Had to file for chargeback to get them moving. The house itself was great. Ever little detail was well thought of. We loved the tea and the fact that grill was fully stocked. Even charcoal was provided. The location is super convenient. Easy walk to all Wimberley has to offer and yet offers privacy. The wildlife is amazing there. The deer just don’t leave. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future.

Being “in the middle of town”, it was very quiet and private. Just minutes from many area attractions. The wildlife seen from the house was just amazing. Birds, squirrels, deer and a fox. Had five fawns sleep beside the house each day. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect getaway to get some creative marketing work done. The cabin was clean, welcoming and fully equipped. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the front yard and even got to see a group of deer hang out too!

The house was perfect for my sister and myself. The location seemed very private even though it was just a block from the main road. Would stay again.

We stayed while cooking at a team youth retreat nearby. Your space provided exactly what we needed, a communal space where we could wind down and good sleeping accommodations. Exactly what we needed.

Very clean and unique! The owners kept the charm of the era in which the house was built. The location is great; however, the house is not on the creek as the listing leads you to believe. The kitchen is missing some necessary items like a large pot for boiling pasta! And there needs to be some better kitchen knives. The yard was not very well maintained as it was in the pictures online. Overall it was a cute place and we enjoyed the screened in porch.
