Our group of 6 quilters gathered for 4 days of sewing in this lovely home, nestled among the trees and overlooking the golf course. The home is modern, spacious, clean, and very well appointed. Beds were comfortable, too.

This house was perfect for us. Very cozy and an easy drive down to all the Wintergreen ski activities. Will definitely rent again!

We go on a girls trip every year and this is the second year we stayed at this house. Plenty of room for all 7 of us, love the kitchen and the location has access to trails with beautiful views.

I chose to return here after a great stay last summer. It was certainly the right choice!

Clean, well-stocked home with great layout for a large friend group. View is of golf course, mountains and listing was misleading: it mentioned the resort restaurant, pool, and other amenities which were NOT available to us because member passes were not included in the rental. Of course we assumed they would be since the amenities were highlighted in the listing. Very disappointing; that listing needs to be updated.

The place is is very well stocked and the decor is great. There is so much room! Great kitchen if you enjoy cooking and a beautiful fireplace. Beds are very comfy. Just be ready roller coaster ride to get up to the mountain!

Had a great stay here. Good view, lots of space for children to play around. Kitchen and grill on deck were perfect for cooking.

We needed a relaxing pre-Christmas getaway and this house delivered. There was plenty to do both outside the house and in. Whether it was trips down the mountain to Devils Backbone and the Blue Ridge Tunnel or a hike on the Devils Knob trail just a short walk away, the location was perfect. The home is very well apportioned and the decor matches the idyllic mountain setting. There’s plenty of room to spread out whether it’s to watch movies or read in front of one the two fireplaces. House was well-stocked, modern and well-maintained. We’ll definitely look to stay here again for our next mountain getaway.

Our families LOVED this house. Everything is updated and the rooms were perfect for our group. We played games on the main level and set up our projector and played their Wii Sports all weekend. The kids loved it and we just loved the big, open space. Also, this is the first place we've rented that actually supplied a lot of the necessities (coffee, dish soap, extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.). There were tons of extra towels and blankets, if needed. We will definitely be revisiting this beautiful house again next year!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving at this Wintergreen Resort home . The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of items to prepare meals. There was a lot of room for everyone. Beautiful location.

We rented this house for a couples weekend and it was such a nice place! Great location, comfortable beds, great kitchen index! Would definitely stay here again!

Saying this house was amazing is an understatement. We had an incredible stay! This was definitely one of the best stocked kitchens that I've seen in a rental. It had everything we could possibly need. The decor was stunning and all of the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. We were impressed by the cleanliness as well. I booked this house for a girls getaway weekend and none of us wanted to leave. The location is right around the corner from the spa and the resort. We spent Saturday going to Veritas Winery, Silverback Distillery and Bold Rock. Devils Backbone Brewery was only a short drive away if you prefer beer or want to go out to eat. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay in this same house again.

We were a group of 4 adults and 5 teens (ages 13-20) and had a ball. Lots of space and fully stocked kitchen for our meals made at the cabin. Great location (near the pool and nice view of the golf course) along with games and a wonderful deck to sit on to enjoy time outside. This home has it all and was very clean. We love the enclosed porch and spent a lot of time enjoying this space. Thank you for a great cabin to enjoy our summer vacation together.

This was a wonderful week away, beautiful home, lovely surroundings, calm and cool in the mountains. Looking forward to returning again next summer.

Excellent location, beautiful home.

We booked this house as a weekend Getaway to celebrate 2 birthdays and were very happy with out stay. The location is gorgeous and there is plenty to do as you're close to Wintergreen and within short driving distance are great hiking, restaurants, and wineries. The view from the house is beautiful and there is also a fair amount of outdoor room and places to sit on the decks. We had 4 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone. The layout provides lots of space as there are 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen/ living/ dining area, and a sunroom on the first floor. The second floor has a second large living room/ bar area space and the Master bedroom. Then the 3rd floor is kind of a loft with the 4th bedroom. So while there is plenty of room, there is no actual door in the 4th bedroom. It's up a staircase through so there is sufficient privacy and it wasn't a problem for us. The 2 separate living areas would make it ideal if you have kids/ teenagers that want a seperate living room from the adults. We did lots of cooking and the house was very well stocked with pretty much all the kitchen tools we needed. There was also plenty of cleaning supplies and coffee, etc. All of the furniture and decor was great and it was very comfortable. The house was in excellent condition and very clean. I highly recommend this rental if you're looking for a great trip to the mountains!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home is clean, stocked with all essentials (k-cups, silverware, toilet paper, blankets, etc) and beautifully decorated. I love the layout which is conducive for spending family time. We took a walk on the golf course sidewalk, enjoying the scenery. All TVs had Amazon and Netflix, making it easy to watch a movie or tv show. Our only issue was trying to find the location to drop off the trash at the end of our stay; my hubby drive up and down the mountain looking. The property is about 15 minutes up the mountain, so simple runs for groceries will take awhile. There's isn't much to do in the area either, besides a few places to eat and an antique shop or two. Be advised that the instructions booklet in the house says 11am check out but the property management team emails visits to check out by 10. However, the scenery is lovely, the home was also very comfortable, well appointed, and immaculate. We would love to stay again!

We had an amazing time at this property. With the beautiful views and landscape. I would definitely suggest bringing everything you need for your stay or getting it at the store before heading up the mountain. But other than that an absolutely perfect house for a family vacation.

What a lovely house and location! We loved being at the top of the mountain with stunning views all around. This home was so well maintained and stocked, it made for a wonderful getaway for our two combined families. The children were in heaven, loved the bunk room, deck and gathering spaces. The short walk to the stunning sunset views at Devils Knob overlook was a highlight. We hope to return!

We had an amazing time at this fabulous house. My cousins and I have been meeting at Wintergreen once a year for seven years. We hail from four states and always enjoy our time in the mountains. This house was by far the most beautiful, well stocked, and spacious with top of the line appliances, entertainment options and location. The kitchen contained everything we needed for our elaborate meals including quality pots and pans, waffle maker, tons of dishware and almost every spice you can imagine. Additionally, the collection of Keurig K-cup pods was amazing, from hot chocolate to various Columbian blends. The views of the sunrise and sunset added to the wonder of this home. The two minoe issues that we had were no dishwasher tabs and limited hot water for the size of our group (eight). Other than that, this was the perfect location for our retreat, and we are hopeful to rebook one year from now. I highly recommend this property.

We loved this house! The space was ample and lovely for our family, and we were excited to find one small and one large Christmas tree set up! It was a frozen wonderland; we did have beautiful fires, but had to work hard to dry out and use firewood beyond the original 4 inside the house. Plentiful dishes, generous supplies on hand! Truly beautiful mountain-top experience for our family!

I can’t recommend this place more. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. Very clean and well taken care of. We appreciated that the house came with coffee and firewood. It’s right on the golf course with a beautiful view of the sunset and a nice walking path.

This scenic, secluded and well maintained residence made our getaway seamless. This is the perfect place to check-out from the day to day grind of work and life. The decor was nice and the presentation was luxury hotel-like. Provided coffee, boardgames, media centers; everything you'll need after a day of sight-seeing, hiking and/or snowsports. You can tell that the owners took pride preparing this storied rental. We had a great time and have no complaints. We're looking forward to the next visit. Pro-tips: grab groceries in town before you hit the mountain. Also, use a low gear to engine brake and preserve your brake pads.

This house made for the perfect weekend getaway. Everything from the local restaurants to the in-house accommodations set the scene for plenty of fun. When I wasn’t by the grill or in the game room I was able take in the scenic views. The next time I take a trip to Wintergreen, I definitely know where I’ll be staying again!

The house was stocked with all the essentials. It was also well cleaned and organized. I was impressed by the view and the interior design. The best part of the house was the top floor/loft! I would recommend for anyone looking to retreat with loved ones. Great views and eateries are nearby. What more could you ask for?

This was an excellent place to unwind away from all the stress in today’s world. It was very comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed the deck and the chairs overlooking the golf course. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the wine we purchased on our wine tour. We definitely will return.

We had booked the house for my husband's 70th Birthday without kids, and grandkids we were 5 adults and 2 kids under 10. There was plenty of room to spread out and still enjoy hanging out together. The quality of furnishings, fixtures in kitchen and baths and TV access was high end and made our stay exceptional. The sunroof was great to play games and have our morning coffee. Sunday was a big football game day and so we could all gather in the upper great room and enjoy the afternoon after a day of great hiking to Shamoakin falls for hubby's big day. Diana and William were great and answered all our questions quickly with lots of good advice. It was a great weekend (3 nights) and will definitely be coming back.

This was our first time staying at this property. The view out of the back door is the green of hole 15. There was plenty of space in the house and everything was ready to go for our arrival. I will be staying here again in the future. Thank you!

This was a beautiful property for our group of 4 couples to go up for a getaway weekend and tour all that Nelson 151 has to offer. We can't wait to go back to this house!
