great place to stay and visit Disney and Universal. Kids..and adults..loved the game room and the pool was a nice feature to take a dip after visiting the park. The two theme bedrooms were enjoyed by the grandkids. Kristy was without a doubt the most helpful and responsive of all the rentals we have stayed at. We look forward to returning.

We've stayed in Windsor hills many years and this was one of the nicer homes. Super responsive to any questions. We'll definitely stay again!

The house was exactly as listed. The property manager was easily reachable. The game room was the highlite for the kids. The house was clean and in a perfect location

We have just returned from a fabulous two weeks in Orlando. We wanted to stay on a resort close by the parks etc that had great amenities and of a high standard, Windsor Hill's did not disappoint. When we looked for a villa on the complex Kristy’s villas came up and we chose Wonderland from her website. Wonderland was an amazing home decorated tastefully and had all the amenities we needed. It was definitely home from home. All mod cons. The kids loved the pirate room and the Alice in wonderland room and especially the fully equipped games room. The pool was a great size and a comfortable temperature. Any small issues we had Kristy dealt with very fast, we were super impressed. We will definitely be staying in this villa again or one of Kristys other villas next time we visit Orlando.

This was a very well maintained and lovely home with an ideal location. Its nice being close to the parks, but in the comforts of a house, with its own pool, excellent game room, and plenty of commonly used household items. The washer and dryer were a life saver. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the Womderlahd house for 7 nights with 4 adults and 5 kids (3 two years and younger). It had everything we needed and then some! We could rest easy knowing the kids could not get outside to the pool without an adult with the safety lock and alarm and the front door has a hotel style lock also keeping anyone from letting themself out. The game room kept all the kids busy playing together at their own level during the downtime. The community is in a perfect location close to Disney and major attractions. Added bonus was the splash pad a few blocks away. The best part was Kristy! Thank you so much for being responsive, helpful, and providing an unforgettable vacation for our family. Next time we return we will definitely book with ABC properties! With 6 houses to choose from you get a unique experience every time. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed here for a week with three young children (4,6,11) and four adults. We absolutely loved it, we were happy with our decision to stay off property for Disney vacation. The kids used the incredible game room every day and we also use the pool and hot tub quite a bit. I was nervous about traffic to the parks but even during April vacation week during peak hours we had minimal traffic and were able to get to parks in 12- 24 minutes (magic kingdom the farthest away). House was spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable as well. Well stocked with appliances and utensils (but not spices or other cooking products FYI). We used the resort “fairy godmother” who picked up and delivered a grocery order for us so we could arrive to a fully stocked fridge. Highly recommend to any larger groups or families who want space to spread out!

We make an annual retreat to Windsor Hills and have made Wonderland our home away from home for our four generation family vacation. From our youngest child to our oldest grandparent this home is perfect. Location, amenities, comfort, upkeep, and convenience. It checks every box.

Our group was grandparents, pir children and their kids. The kids are 18, 8,7,6,and 2. We loved the house and all of its amenities. The pictures were accurate, so no surprises. The kids loved the arcade room and so did the adults. We all loved the pool and hot tub. One thing that is very special, is that they have privacy screens around the pool. No one can see you! Awesome feature. The location to Disney is great. Like 5-10 minutes. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Kristy answered all of my questions promptly!

The house is as it appeared in photos. The beds are extremely comfortable, like sleeping in a cloud. Everything was clean and the kitchen had fabulous selection of pots and pans to use. And kids enjoyed the game room, especially the driving arcade games and the Skee-ball! This house did not disappoint! We would definitely stay again and recommend highly. Everyone enjoyed themselves and there was something for every age to do.

The house was great! It was clean, comfortable and convenient to Disney parks , restaurants and stores including a Walmart within 5 min. The community pool was very nice to play in for our grandchildren. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Our Family loved staying at Wonderland! Everything we needed was there and our grandchildren really enjoyed the clubhouse on our last day after a week of parks. wonderland lived up to its name!

One of the main reasons I originally selected this property, was that I really appreciated that they didn't ask you to pay extra to heat the hot tub. I also thought the game room would be fun because we were meeting family with children. Let me tell you, this rental is top notch. The communication with the property manager was amazing. She was so friendly and responded quickly every time. We didn't have any issues during our stay, so I didn't have to contact anyone while we were staying there, but she had given me numbers of people to contact if I had an emergency. The property itself is in wonderful condition and decorated very tastefully and all of the furniture was very comfortable! It is also stocked very well. So many rentals I have used have supplied 1 dishwasher pod and 1 kitchen trash bag. I also always assume I will need to bring toilet paper. This house had a full-size container of dishwasher pods and a full roll of trash bags. There were also a few extra rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom!! And a full-size laundry detergent in the laundry room! Each bedroom had a ceiling fan, which is very important to us!! And the game room!!! When we arrived, my family of 7 adults played out there all evening! We may have enjoyed it more than the kids that joined us later! The hot tub got hot very quickly, and we enjoyed getting in there after a long day at the parks. This house is my number one favorite Orlando rental!

From start to finish Our stay at Wonderland was perfect. My family of 9 ages 3-73 were so comfortable at your property. Kristy was so helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions. Stay here and have memories that will last forever!!

This was a great stay!!! Accommodated everyone that we had with us. It was clean. we ran into one hiccup with the stove and was not able to use during the stay, but the communication through it all trumps the inconvenience. Some things are truly out of peoples control.

Everything was top notch, highly recommend. Walmart across the street, Disney 5 minutes away. Only thing I could say heated pool wasn’t very warm until end of stay and beds could use a thin blanket, nothing but sheet and comforter. Sheet to thin and comforter too hot. Overall Excellent

This house is amazing and has everything for a great family stay! The game room is unique and has something for everyone, including skee ball!! The pool was clean and warm, the hot tub was nice. We preferred the private pool over the resort pool because the resort pool, slides were freezing cold. The beds we’re comfortable. We only had 7 staying but house could easily fit more! Thank you!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Wonderland. Problem with one of the TVs quickly fixed. Good communication. Two things I would comment on: upstairs owner suite needs to have a step stool. Bed is extremely high or get a lower box spring. Also only one glass casserole dish. We made dinner two nights and had to go get some aluminum baking pans. Overall a wonderful stay.

I was really impressed with this house. The owner Kristy was available for whatever was needed. She went above and beyond especially since we were there during the hurricane. Everything we needed was provided and the game room turned out to be a godsend since we had to shelter in place. Overall though it was still a great vacation and I will definitely be back!

My family of 10 had the pleasure of staying at this house. We had a few issues with cleanliness and things not working at the beginning, but the management staff was fantastic. Just a quick text and everything was fixed. The owner was also very responsive and answer and any all questions we had before our trip. The location was great! We were minutes from all of the attractions. It felt so good to come home after a long day at the park and get into a hot tub. The days that we were hanging out at the house was everyones favorite time about our vacation.

I took my family to Disney and stayed in Wonderland! The house is beautiful and it enhanced our Disney experience. My grandchildren wanted to leave Disney early each day to come back to the pool. It was such a blessing to have the pool during the heat wave! The house was definitely our refuge. We loved it! Thank you!

Such a great home, everything you could need. The beds were very nice. Our kids loved the pool and game room. The grounds are beautiful and other pools very clean. The slides were fun. We felt very safe and so close to the Parks was a plus! Thank you so much for a great Vacation. The allice in wonderland room was so cute. All rooms were decorated with great touches. GOSH WE HAD FUN!

Excellent property as well as owner. Great location to Disney and all other attractions. Close enough to shopping and restaurants. Very large house that the nine of us where not on top of each other.

This is a great place to stay. The villa is in a great location near Disney Parks. It has everything for an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable although the bed in the master bedroom was so high off the ground we weren't able to use it being seventy however our grand daughter thoroughly enjoyed it. Kristy was always quick to respond with any queries and was very helpful.
