Breakfast was good. I wish they had more vegetarian options.

Their false advertising. In the booking website they showed that they had a swimming pool when in reality there was none. Their Family Deluxe Room showed that it had 2 double beds online when in reality, it only had 1 double bed and a single bed. It was very misleading. I ended up booking another extra room because of this. I think they need to update their online information. I also had to wait for around 30 minutes to be able to access my room because it wasn't ready even though I came a little bit later than their check in time.

Its a big room with a double bed and a single bed. It was clean and a there is a basic equipment. Breakfast was delicious but you needed to eat it in the room because of corona.

The WiFi is terrible. It disconnect all the time and when your able to stay a bit inside, then its very slow. The pressure of the water in the shower in the morning is very low

nothing.absolutely terrible. no wifi and i cant get help from the receptionist.. how can u accomodate your valued customer if your wifi connection is absolutely poor.

No wifi connection in my room. walk down to the reception lobby but still no wif connection at all. how this hotel operate with terrible poor wifi connection.

Location

The New Hotel Valencia appeared run down despite the renovations. The faucet in our room was broken and the tile grout had molds/mildew on it, the TV remote was not functioning, the curtain was dirty and there was a used earbuds tucked in drawer.

The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. The prices are fair and reasonable. Big parking space.

The wifi/internet connection is not too stable.

I did not expect the location to be in a rustic area.

There were cockroaches and mosquitos in the comfort room.
