Amazing place to stay with family or friends. The house is built for entertaining and hosting large groups. Nice open layout with gorgeous outdoor space. Truly an amazing experience.

Be careful to read the fine print on this one. The ‘guesthouse’ is simply a remodeled garage that is fully connected to the house through a common laundry room. When we arrived shortly after 8PM, the door to that laundry room was wide open, as was the door to the ‘guesthouse’, meaning anyone in the guesthouse had direct access to the entire house. In fact, there was a man already staying in the ‘guesthouse’, and by all accounts, the individual had occupancy to the entire house before our arrival. After seeing this set up, we immediately closed and locked the door to the laundry room. However, that door was just a simple internal bedroom door that, when closed, we could clearly see light coming in through three sides. In addition, it only had a simple door-knob lock, no type of deadbolt or electronic lock. After seeing this, and after a 12-year old girl in our party told us she felt unsafe, we decided it was best to stay at a hotel that night. We relayed our concerns to the owner, who was completely unwilling to recognize our worries about safety. We ended up choosing another house and had to pay the weekly charge anyway. Bottom line: if you don’t have enough people for the entire rental (we were a party of eight), know that you will be staying in a house occupied by others.

The property was amazing. The owner has taken pride in this home and is passionate about what he's building and making sure his guests are welcomed. He knew if was my daughter's b-day, and he decorated the place with signs and balloons. He also had a basket with snacks and wine. If you like technology and home automation, you'll enjoy having google nest throughout the house. LED Lights throughout. Activities for all ages, and if anything is needed he probably has it covered. I've never been to Ab&b or VRBO so well maintained. I definitely recommend this to all my friends and family. You will not be dissapointed. I'll be back to enjoy again.
