This place was great to stay downtown. We have stayed in multiple places a few actually in the exact building and this place by far exceeded our expectations. It was the best one we have stayed at. Very updated and my husband loved the Sonos bars for the TVs and all the rooms. I also liked that they were stocked up on supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. That has been an issue in the past as well at other rentals. Would definitely recommend this rental and hope to stay there again in the future. Highly recommend.

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to TC. The location was close to everything downtown and had a great view. Everything was very new and well labeled for use. We will be back!

Property was first class - clean, beautifully appointed. Great location near restaurants, shopping and recreational activities. We had a little bit of difficulty with the parking garage (attendant was annoyed with us) once we figured it out, all was fine. Yes , I will return in future. Traverse City is wonderful!

The apartment and location were great!! The elevator was out of service all weekend.

The condo is beautiful, location great, very clean and well stocked with supplies, coffee and tea. We did not cook but easily could. Shampoo, conditioner and soap all supplied which is a plus for a Condo. The towels and sheets, while not new were adequate. Beds comfortable. The parking pass was great and easy access near condo. Communication with owner is zip. Didn’t receive instructions for arrival until day before by contacting VBRO. Tried to contact owner ourselves with no response. We had no WiFi as the password did not work. Tried to contact owner by phone, messaging and e mail. Never received a response. The elevator broke on second day. Luckily we are 70 year olds in good shape since condo is on 4th floor. Never fixed for our remaining days. We refused to let these problems disturb our vacation and enjoyed the closeness to downtown TC (one block away) and the nice view out the windows.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time in this beautifully appointed condo in downtown Traverse City. Everything was within walking distance. The only very minor concerns were that the parking ramp procedure was a bit confusing and the internet wifi password did not work. I did not get a response to my query about that. It did not materially affect our stay since I did not require wifi for work as I do most of the time and we were able to get by using our phone's hot spot. I would highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful property. The beds were super comfortable. The entire space was ultra clean. We loved the heated floors and towel bars. The kitchen was very accommodating. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to most everything!! The property opener was responsive and provided great tips and recommendations based on our interests. The parking garage next door was simple! I highly recommend this amazing condo - you will love it!!

I stayed at this property with a friend for a week in Traverse City. We just loved the accommodations and its proximity to the downtown area. We definitely would stay here again!

Excellent location! Cute place with all the amenities! Very clean and organized. Only downfall is that you couldn’t get the A/C to where you wanted it 🤨. Had a code which we did not have so made the inside muggy which is no bueno! Also the elevator was out so going up and down to 4th floor was inconvenient. Otherwise great. Not having control of air was really the only downfall. Thanks for having us!! We had a great time 😀

This is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. The apartment was gorgeous, clean, and well-kept; beds were comfortable. We especially appreciated how well-stocked the place was: shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms, plastic bags, coffee, cleaning supplies, and more in the kitchen, detergent in the laundry room. The location also couldn’t be better. Since it’s right off Front Street, we walked everywhere for dinner and other meals. If we drove somewhere, everything was way closer than when we stayed over at the resort in the past. The elevator is currently out of service, so keep that in mind if you have any physical limitations, but seriously, we absolutely loved this place. Thank you so much for a great stay. If we’re ever back in TC, we will be staying here again.

This was our 1st VRBO rental. Great property and very close to everything. We had some issues controlling the temperature in the room because it was locked but we managed. Also, only some of the automatic blinds worked properly. Other than that, we had a nice time staying at this property.

The location of this property was great. There were lots of extras provided like soaps, coffee, creamer, shampoo, etc. This property was extremely clean and well-furnished. We enjoyed our stay and exploring the wineries within close driving distance and the walkable downtown area close to the Bay.

Great place to stay for some time to inject with friends and getaway from everyday life. Condo is in the center of everything so it’s great to walk to shops, dinner, etc.

The interior is beautiful, clean, modern and spacious. Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. The parking was very easy to get in and out of for short day trips. We visited with family and would love to return for a weekend with friends.

Everything about this place was as close to perfect as you could ask for. Top-of-the-line everything, with plenty of towels, coffee, cooking utensils and supplies, in top shape and ready to use. The location is perfect if you want to be in walking distance for everything Traverse City has to offer and a short drive to all of the vineyards, parks and other attractions in the area. So many wonderful restaurants to choose from nearby and the TART Trail is a block from the unit for walking, running or biking. Hope to be back again soon!

Great locations right down town. Condo owners thought about everything for amenities!! It is not a quiet locations because of all the city noise.

It was everything we could have expected and more!

The location was near everything TC has to offer.. restaurants,shops, most wineries, and the water! The apartment had everything you needed for a good time.

We came here for a girls getaway for my birthday and we all absolutely loved it! The owner has provided everything you could possibly need and more. Coffee, tea, creamers, soaps, lotions, an abundance of towels, and every kitchen utensil you can think of. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the entire place is beautifully decorated. The only small hiccup we had was getting in initially but with one phone call the issue was quickly resolved. The location is right downtown near many restaurants and shops. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and hope to do so again soon!
