We cannot brag about this beautiful Villa enough. It exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful & perfect in person than is presented in photos. It is extremely spacious and offers great privacy, yet has large rooms for gathering together as a family. the outdoor covered patio was just phenomenal, where we enjoyed eating outside plus playing games. There was 7 of us and we never felt crowded. The pool is a dream and we spent most of our time there. It is extremely clean and well kept and the host was extremely responsive and was so interested in ensuring we had a wonderful time, which we did! The host also offered lots of information for enjoying our time at St Thomas. We would definitely stay there again & highly recommend it to others. Love, Love, love this beautiful home.

The home is elegant and spacious with private quarters for a variety of family combinations. We could have had the two of us grandparents with a second couple and two families of four in the lovely private lower apartments. There were four baths and an additional half bath accesses from the grand outdoor living space. There was no greater view of the deep blue sea with strokes of shimmering torquoise. The indoor minisplit air units allowed usto cool only the spaces we occupied. But life was out by the pool under the sun and porch living and dining areas. Just perfect!

What an amazing time we had. The property is so beautiful and very well maintained. The apartments were perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space, however the majority of the time we spent on the expansive veranda with the most stunning views. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. Rosie was the sweetest little dog that visited us daily. She sure enjoyed her belly rubs. Tammy was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions and addressed our needs very quickly. I just can’t say enough about how lovely this stay and our entire vacation was. Book this property, you will not regret it.

This was our second trip to St. Thomas and we loved staying at 42 Estate Bolongo. Tammy was wonderful to work with, she was very responsive. The home has three separate living quarters, great for couples/ families who want to stay together but also offers privacy when wanted. The outdoor living space was exactly what we were looking for with a large table for outdoor meals, couch and chairs to relax and play games. The pool was perfect with a gorgeous view and plenty of chairs for laying out! Lastly, the main kitchen was spacious and offered a separate beverage refrigerator. Both rooms downstairs were single bedroom apartments with a master bed and bath, kitchen, and living room. We traveled with my family of five and my parents - the space was perfect. If we return to St. Thomas, 42 Estate Bolongo will be a must!

This property is so beautiful and was perfect for our family! Having the two separate apartments was great for privacy but we spent most of our time in main house and the magnificent expansive deck! We would definitely stay at this house again if going with a larger group. Close to everything and provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Beach towels, beach chairs washer and dryer were so great to use for all the beaches we visited.

This was a beautiful home. Perfect for multiple couples. All the beds were comfortable. Outdoor space was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location if you have a car just as easy to get to Red Hook, Charlotte Amalie or just right down the hill to Iggie's or Mimi's.

This villa was amazing. It was profect for our group. We have been doing VRBO for a long time. This one is probably the best. Besides the views and outdoor space Tammy did a awesome job with decor and well equipped with every thing we needed. Loved it!

We had a party of 8 adults, 4 couples. The property was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the views from the covered patio, and just spending time on it. Tammy was always very quick to reply to messages, and also very accomodating. The pool was smaller than we expected, and one bedroom had a double bed rather than queen. We would book again at this property!

The property wax perfect. My brother and his wife had a bedroom and bath. My sons and their wives each took advantage of the separate Apts. I also had my own bedroom and bath in the main house. We would congregate at the outside living area and pool. Spent alot of time there. The location. Overlooks bolongo bay resort and beach. Just minutes from red hook and several dining establishments. The Caribbean fish market was awesome as was the limetree resort bar. All under 10 minutes. Despite covid restrictions we had an amazing time mostly due to the house and everyone having their own space. Thank you tammy

We spent nine days in this paradise setting. Tammy was great. Very good communication. The house is as depicted. Very spacious. Accommodating for multiple couples. Everything you could want or need in the kitchen. Comfortable mattresses and seating. Lovely décor. Centrally located, a bit closer to Red Hook but not far from Charlotte Amalie. Beautiful sunrises and views of Bolongo Bay. Two minute drive to Iggy's for good food and drinks on the beach. Ten minutes to the Lanai for great food and beautiful sunsets on the water. Multiple beaches within 20 minutes. Overall amazing property and location. Highly recommended.

We had 10 guests stay here. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The outdoor patio and deck area is amazing and very comfortable for eating and just relaxing. Highly recommend this house for any large group stays on the island. Owner is very helpful and responds quickly to questions.

This was the perfiect place for friends and family with privacy including the two apartments. The patio is the perfect place to gather with an incredible view, tables to eat, a grill to cook, a bar to serve and a pool to swim. This is where I spent most of my time.

The house was way better in person than the pictures even - wish I could give it ten stars! My family and I had an incredible time. Tammy is super thoughtful and responsive, small touches everywhere and all the amenities were fantastic. The house and apartments were very spacious and large, had plenty of space. The outdoor spaces and views were beautiful. Close to many beaches and restaurants, but would recommend a car. Everyone highly enjoyed the stay, and only wish we spent more time at the home!

OMG-from the MOMENT my friends and I stepped into this oasis, we knew we were in PARADISE. We came here for my 40th birthday celebration and I picked the house. I knew the pictures looked amazing but they did NOT prepare me for the actual PARADISE we had reserved. Tammy gave us WONDERFUL directions and we found the house without a hitch. Every morning we went and explored the island but came back for lunch and to rest/swim/relax in our own home. I hope to visit here again because I honestly don't think it gets any better than this! The saying treat others the way you want to be treated describes the excellent service and responsiveness of the owner Tammy and the accommodations this property has to offer. Where do we begin… The beautiful view from the entire main house and apartments… The house that has everything you need to feel at home… A pool and veranda where we took so many pictures and everyone at some point and time sat talking about loving the view. Those are just a few of the reasons I give this place a 10. I am so happy I got to speak directly with Tammy before flying so she gave us great tips regarding shopping before getting to the house. I stayed in the apartment furthest to the bottom and slept like a baby every night. The space is perfect and can fit up to 3-4 people in that space alone. Each apartment has a nice kitchen space, we kept everything in the main and cooked and ate together. I loved waking up and having coffee on the veranda with my fam! The outdoor space is beyond amazing and is where we spent most of our time if we were there. We enjoyed a day at the beach, couple of evenings downtown and did a day in St. John. No matter where we went we looked forward to getting back to 42 Bolongo and sitting outside. By the way we came home to Ms. Rosie one day waiting for us on the veranda, we named her Missy and she was quite entertaining laying on her back to be rubbed. She’s a pup that knows her way around for sure. One note, there’s a reason you see a lot of bug spray around, has nothing to do with the house it’s just the mosquitos are drawn to water so protect yourself on that. Everyone was happy, especially the birthday girly was completely in love with the pool and the view!

Our rental experience was great. The property is exactly as listed. The house is beautiful and has great views. We had 8 family members and the space was more than sufficient. Our host, Tammy was the best. She communicated with us regarding important information. We never had to ask her anything. She was always one step ahead with info and details.

This was our fifth trip to St Thomas and this was by far the best place we have stayed at thus far. The property was basically perfect for us (a party of 7). It was a little hard to find even after being given (no fault of the owners!) but it was perfectly clear and obvious once you got up there. We had stayed at a condo on Bolongo Bay during our first trip so having a house high above Bolongo Bay was great. Even there was some sargassum building up in Bolongo Bay itself, we were high enough up that it didn’t affect us at all. The pool at the house has a really stunning view and the large veranda was awesome for having dinner outside. The house was well stocked and supplied. And even the beds were comfortable. I usually sleep terrible away from my Tempurpedic at home but I slept great at this place. Our friends we travel to the Caribbean with also commented on how this was the nicest place we had ever stayed in while in either the BVI or St Thomas. And it was an added bonus to have Rosey the dog come visit periodically too. She loves her belly rubs! We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to get this place again on our next visit!

From prior to booking through checkout the homeowner, Tammy, was very responsive to questions and shared many tips and recommendations. The entire experience was great. The home was set up perfectly for our group. The adult couples each had a bedroom and private bathroom on the main floor and our teenage children shared the two apartments on the lower level so they also had their own space. Based on Tammy’s recommendations we visited Sapphire Beach, Magens Bay and make a trip to St. John’s to Trunk Bay. The house overlooks Bolongo Bay and we took a snorkeling trip out of the bay on the catamaran Heavenly Days. We liked the location of the house because it was centrally located for many of the things we wanted to do. We did have difficulty finding a rental car. We had a group of 9 and could only find one Jeep to rent. Tammy provided great directions to get us to the house. Only downside was that the road leading to the house is rough so if you rent a car you will want a Jeep. We found a taxi service with driver O’Neal Malley. He was able to accommodate our entire group and took care of us for the entire week including trips to the beach with stops at the grocery store on the way back to the house - O’Neal was very accommodating. Overall it was a great trip and we hope to make it back for another visit.

Everything was wonderful!! The house was perfect for the 3 couples plus my mom. Everyone had their private space and the common spaces were large enough for everyone to be together. The kitchen had all the spices, condiments etc. we needed to add to the groceries we bought. We were on the island for a wedding and we had extra time to enjoy the things the area offered.

They kids found several Hermit Crabs on the path down to the apartments and would check on them each time they went to and from the apartments. Of course they found lizards of all sizes also. We enjoyed the little black dog that came to visit us every day. Tammy and Mary were very responsive to any questions we had. It was a perfect vacation for our family.
