Several of my family members commented on how this house was perfectly met the needs of our family trip to Lake Travis. The children, and the adults, enjoyed swimming in the wonderful pool, and the rooms were large, well-furnished, yet kid friendly. We are so glad we booked this home for our time together.

The house was well Kept and beautiful, Only thing I can say is that the fridge wasn’t working and we had bought a lot of food. We had to use the one that was in the garage apartment and go back and forth for what we needed which was a little bit of a hassle. But our kids had a blast

Lots of room to spread out. Pool area is great. Centrally located in the area to lots of fun activities. Definitely recommend this property.

Our large group (12) enjoyed our stay at CasaAzul. The house was clean, comfortable and offered LOTS of space for everyone. The highlight is definitely the backyard / pool area. Pool and outdoor kitchen are great and we enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved the home, we love being outdoors so the outdoor scenery in the backyard was perfect. The home was a great size for us all. Our family will definitely be back. Thank you !

Very smooth process.

The house was very nice and spacious, seriously, so much room for everyone, it was great for our large family weekend. The only complaint was the algae in the pool and there was absolutely no shade. They had nice pool towels and everything you need to entertain by the pool from the grill, to the dishes and the utensils

This property was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway with friends! The pictures don't do it justice - the living room is massive, (perfect for movie nights), the pool was clean and just the right temperature, and the kitchen had everything you could need for a weekend at the lake. We really appreciated the snacks, pool towels, and game cabinet throughout our stay; 10/10 would stay again!!

The pictures do not tell the story. With the exception of the pool & pagoda areas, our Family of 7 adults were disappointed with the property and strongly question the "Premier Host" rating. Our host was responsive and the only positives I can list are the pool area, pagoda and sun room. The property is very dated and both the main home and guest home had a horrible smell upon arrival. It took opening windows and turning on fans for several days before is subsided. It appeared to have been closed up for a long time. Although the kitchen and bath amenities were top notch in there day, they are now very old, dingy, rusted and falling apart. The refrigerator was so loud that it was hard to have a conversation and the bath fixtures are crumbling and disintegrating and the ice maker made ice cubes that had dark grey chunks in it -- we didn't notice them for a couple of days. The skylight in the master bath was disgustingly water stained from a a roof leak. Many lightbulbs were burned out. The wood decks attached to both homes and the wood deck along side the new pool patio are falling apart and unsafe. The wood stairs and planks would break off as you walked on them, screws were sticking out everywhere and paint was pealing from the entire covered deck and pergola . We would not have allowed children in these areas and it was mandatory to wear protective footwear. A new concrete retaining wall was recently poured and there was a "Pardon the Construction" sign posted. NOTE: There was no prior mention of any construction taking place at the home. The only upgrades to the home were the gorgeous pool and cooking pagoda. Very dissappointing, especially at this price point.

We were in town for ACL weekend and had the best time. It was so nice to come home after a long day and be able to enjoy the pool. The home was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We loved Heather (with iTrip) - she was so nice, and offered us an early check-in since our flight got in early. We had everything we needed and will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

The stay was great but the refrigerator is extremely loud. Needs to be serviced.

This property served us well for our group of 7 for our Girls Weekend. Plenty of space for all of us and the separate apartment was a nice feature. A/C throughout the house in the middle of TX summer worked perfectly! Wished the washer was working, but all in all, every other necessary appliance, although older, worked well. It’s not an updated home but the furnishings in the bedrooms and living areas were very comfortable. Communication with the mgmt company was quick and responsive when we couldn’t find the TV remote. They came by to look for it and even went out and bought and programmed a new one! Location is great for walks, very close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. The only thing we would have liked is 1)more seating outside on the decks and grounds for larger groups, 2) a more lush, manicured backyard would’ve been great (The property seemed like it once had that and it’s a shame it wasn’t kept up properly), and 3)dishes, silverware, etc were more clean and ready to use when we got there but we ended up running a whole load of everything in the dishwasher right after we settled in for use the whole weekend. The starter toiletries and items for both the bathrooms and kitchen were a nice touch and much needed, as was the welcome gift by the mgmt company.

This property was great for a small intimate quarantine birthday. The whole aesthetic of the house was very homey. Would definitely book again, and enjoyed every bit of my stay from the hillside views all the way to the shower and tub in one in the master!

Absolutely nothing to complain about. The home was beautiful - lots of space, large rooms with comfortable beds, very clean, fully-stocked kitchen with lots of seating. Big backyard, nice deck, worth every penny!

Stayed at the lovely home for 4 nights with my family. We were looking for a nice home that would give us the feeling of being on 'vacation'. This home had everything - it was beautifully decorated, very clean, lots of room for our family (6 adults, 3 kids), TVs in every room... iTrip was great, they offered us an early check-in on day of arrival and even allowed us an extra hour on check-out day. Check-in was effortless (and contactless), so we felt 'safe'. Had a nice welcome basket waiting for us with wine, sparkling water, snacks and hand sanitizer. Home was just a few minutes to the lake and there were a few restaurants around that were doing dine-in, so the location was good. We will definitely stay here again - had a nice time in a very lovely home.
