lobby smells like cigarette smoke, elevator was under repair, poor phone and wifi signal and rooms have poor ventilation.

We loved the location since it’s near the beach of Station 1. The room is quite small but okay for it’s value. The staff are very accommodating and polite.

No option/choices for breakfast.

It is very close to the beach front and yet very peaceful. Our room is clean and organized. Plus points are the friendly, approachable and accommodating staff. They were so polite and always greet us. Also, we were happy because the water heater in the bathroom was functioning well. The bathroom is very clean. They also arranged transport from airport to hotel (vice versa) and tour packages for us. We’ll definitely come back and choose Emerald Island Hotel for the accommodation.

Comfy place, great location, and a very hospitable staff. We would like to commend the lady at the front desk (not sure if she is the manager), she was able to help us at our time at the hotel.

I really appreciate the friendly staff and the excellent location..

The wifi is unstable and the elevator was out of order.. little hard to go up the third floor if your tired of a long day of activities and if you have a knee or health issues..
