The condo is perfect! Clean, very comfortable (beds and furniture), the kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and serving.. just like the online pictures. It's obvious this home is well loved.. very close to the beautiful beach and 2 pools. My 1 yr old grandson loved splashing in the kiddie pool and running on the beach. We'll be back for the beautiful sunrises and breezy balcony

The condo is lovely, the owners take care of the property and it is well appointed with comfortable sitting inside and outside. The view from the balcony of the ocean and El Yunque is breathtaking and perfectly captures the natural essence of the area. We had everything we need during our stay. The refrigerator is extra large. Air conditioning felt like central air. The property managers were great and easily accessible. The only small concern was we had some issues understanding the gate and time closures for the complex. It made coming and going a challenge but we quickly got the hang of it. We didn’t stay on the resort but ventured out a lot to experience Puerto Rico. We loved every single minute and would gladly book here again.

We spend a week at the villa and it was like being in paradise. The villa is beautiful, very roomy and has literally everything you will need. I was concerned about being so far from the city (San Juan) but there was so much to do in that area. We drove to San Juan one evening, only about 35 minute drive. The villa was close to El Yunque National Park, grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, etc. The villa provided golf clubs, beach chairs, towels - every time we opened a closet, we found something else! The hammock was a nice touch - we relaxed there a few times. Also, the pool is right next to the building. There is a club house with an ice machine and refrigerator, so we were able to bring drinks and snacks to the pool without having to carry a cooler. We all definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful property. The view was the best that I have ever had. Very relaxing place to be. Such a lovely area. Only cons are, if you like consistent water temperature in the shower, it is difficult to get. Because of covid restrictions, we were unable to use some of the resorts amenities. Also a little frustrating was keeping the patio door to the master bedroom from getting stuck from a stopper at the bottom. Property manager is great though, so if you ask her about it she can probably help. I truly hope to go back!

Our experience was easy breezy renting this Condo.

Everything you need with plenty of space for the our family. Great location in a secure gated community. Several pools available or Villa had chairs available that we used to sit on the beach. Great restaurants and grocery stores close by. Most of our friends had a cart with their Villa rentals, we were able to rent a cart for the week which you need to get back and forth from the beach. Parking for rental car and cart was super close to property. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating for cleanliness was that there is no dishwasher and we had to rewash a few things before we used them, we ended up buying disposable plates, cups and utensils which was fine because who wants to do dishes while on vacation and we ate dinner out every night at anyways at great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, very comfortable, very nicely furnished and perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. The view and breeze were amazing! The kitchen had everything we could ever need! We did cook one night, but found some great local spots on most evenings that were suggested by the very helpful property manager. We loved our visit and hope to return someday! Thank you.

Property was amazing! It was a busy place but always quiet and peaceful. The view out the balcony was beautiful. You did have a short drive to the beach area but once there it was heaven. We would stay again! Thank you for opening up your place!!

I had a wonderful time the property contains everything that I could possibly have needed I appreciated the beach chairs and the cart for my groceries. definitely recommend this property. Wonderful property manager and owner
