Fantastic location, seaview, close to the endless promenade and several rstaurants Nice swimmingpool, with sunbeds, Private parking. After 11 am no sun on the balcony, which is a plus in warmer months and a minus in winter period. .

Lot of stairs, however, if you enter the appartment from the parking, much more easy acces, this is only a point if you have mobility problems.

Location is excellent. Really appreciated the views out (and from the terrace)

We did experience some noise - major building work underway in the next door apartment and a bar across the road had an extremely loud (and awful) live music session.

The location was excellent and we especially enjoyed the wonderful sea view. Very close to the beach and beautiful restaurants. Lovely walks along the promenade, quiet location and well equipped apartment. Superb communication with the hosts. We loved it and hope to return.

The view from the balcony was spoiled by the abandoned building adjacent to the property. The nightclub next door played loud music until 6am.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a truly lovely view - quite magical to wake up to the sea view and to watch the sunset. The washing machine and the well-equipped kitchen, including a large table, were terrific. We stayed in November, so we didn't need air conditioning or heat, and didn't use the pool, but it looks large and lovely. The location is ideal - easy walks along the beach, and a fabulous hike up to the town of Mojácar Pueblo. Parking was inside the property and secure. There are stairs to negotiate, important to know. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and during our 4 night stay the nights were quiet. Kike communicated well and we were met upon arrival. Be prepared to arrive at the check-in time you've arranged.

The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. It's in an excellent location with easy access to bars, restaurants and beach. Lovely views. The owner is very attentive and ensures you are happy throughout your stay.

The host Kike of this property is most helpful. I loved the location so central for everything. The big windows in lounge were so nice they made the room so light. The terrace off the lounge got lots of sun in the morning. Also the bed was so comfortable, and linens good quality. The design elements in the apartment are sleek modern which I love. I will definitely return to rent again.

This apartment is almost perfect a little attention in the shower room, the bottom of the glass shower screen is needing a little attention but the shower is very good.

Very good and nice place. In evening you can hear sea. In morning you can enjoy your coffee in balcony with fresh air from the sea. I like it! The best places to eat is very close. But we cook in apartments a lot of. We had everything what we need. Thanks
