Once you orient yourself to the building layout and finding the right stairwell, it’s pretty straight forward. The host left very detailed instructions and information about the place. It is just one staircase away from beach access. Just few minutes from a shopping center with groceries and more. Things are deliverable, pool is very clean. You do have view of the pool and the ocean horizon. The doors are all very well sound proofed even if there’s a lot of people in the pool, despite being on 1.5 floor, you won’t hear them hardly. The beach is also very well maintained. I always saw some trash truck collecting or recovering the deposited bags from the cans. Beautiful beach. Me and my family all enjoyed everything so much here.

Our second time renting this condo. The owners are amazing to work with. The condo is exactly as stated in the online listing. Very well appointed. The location is great. The beach is amazing and the view from the living room deck is the perfect place for morning coffee and afternoon reading and games. The 3 bedrooms are great. Sleeps 8 and has 2 1/2 bathrooms, which is great. Beds are comfy. Water in the showers is hot. The kitchen is exactly what we needed while on vacation. The owners have a nice selection of beach equipment for you to use. Also, if you have any issue, the owners are very quick to respond. Can’t wait to go back

Nice little condo on the first floor with a good location. The entire facility (not the condo) was a little run down and in need of repairs, guess the season hasn’t really started yet. The pier across from the property is super nice and quiet, a lot better than most of them in the area. Good fishing at night and lit up very well. Remember to stop and buy paper towels and toilet paper as they provide a little but it is the cheap stuff ( John Wayne toilet paper). Beds were comfy, bunk bed is bigger than most. For the price we feel it was a good value.

Location was great, easy access for my mother in law who has to use a scooter. Only issue was the HOA closed down the pool Oct 1. Communication with owners was timely and very nice.

We were in town for a wedding. The location of this home is very convenient and was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of five adults.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to bring paper towels and toilet paper because they only supplied one roll in each bathroom no other vrbo units I have rented were like that . Other than that all good

Our family group of 5 had such a wonderful time together. The condo is very close to the beach, the pool is right there, and the owners have added so many little extras that it makes a terrific vacation spot. We would definitely love to come back!

Our stay was easy to set up, communication with the property owner was great. Everything was described as it exactly was and even provided with a PDF document outfling property instructions. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Weather was perfect and so was our stay. Wish the water pressure was stronger in master shower and ice maker wasn’t so slow, but everything else about this condo was just as described. Will stay again for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The pool was very nice. It is close to the beach. Plenty of parking. The condo is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed having 2 1/2 bathrooms. Matt was very responsive to all emails.

The condo fit our needs perfectly. The beach and pool were effortless to get to. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. It is decorated beautifully. The minute we got there we talked about next trip. Highly recommend this property.

These hosts are top notch! Everything was smooth and wonderful. Great location, easy access to the pool and beach, super clean and they had extras like chairs and games! We were so impressed that we reserved this property for next year already! Highly recommend!

Best Mother’s Day! We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Beautifully decorated, easy access to beach and pool, felt like a little slice of home. We plan on coming back again!

Exactly the size of rental we needed for 5 adults and one child. Price was reasonable to have 3 separate bedrooms instead of only 2 bedrooms and pullout sofa as we have rented in the past. Clean and nicely decorated. Great location!
