Both comfortable and comforting to be near beaches, especially the private one. Annoying barking dog every morning, but cute bunnies in the yard!

We had the best time at this wonderful home! Excellent location and walking distance to the beach which was great with the kids. Host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous cottage! It was super clean, everything has been updated and is gorgeous, and the house had everything you could need. It’s walking distance from a small, private beach which is really convenient. Nice, quiet, dead end street and lots of restaurants and activities in the area. Communication with the host was very easy and timely. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful redone cottage. Close walk to a private beach. Nice to have a gas grill to cook outside. Best suited for a small family due to size. Would definitely rent it again.

We had a very pleasant pre-season vacation on the Cape. The cottage was as advertised, very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. We walked down to the private beach, and also enjoyed time at the West Dennis Beach.

The cottage is absolutely adorable and the location can’t be beat. Had a small issue upon check-in but the owner was so quick to respond and resolve. The house was perfectly sized and equipped for myself, my mother and my two small children. We hope to stay again in the future.

Cute and cozy house with lots of light. Very quiet neighborhood. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t the cleanest when we got there…sand on the bed, bathroom floor dirty, chips and dirt under the couch when we pulled out the sleeper sofa, mattress pads seemed dirty. We needed to buy more toilet paper and paper towels.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this cottage as shown in the photos. Adorable decor, clean, a quick walk to private beach. I read the reviews and found the owner resolved all the negative comments. Beds were comfy, I saw new beach chairs in shed, and the house was immaculate. We bought a small fan for the bedroom at night which supplemented the AC located in the main area. This is a perfect spot for two people or a family with small children. Look forward to coming back.

This cottage was the cleanest we have stayed at in the 10 years we have been visiting the cape! The location was perfect, a quick walk to Haigis beach, or the private beach. The owner was quick to respond to any question I had. This cottage is very small, but it was comfortable for my family of 5- there’s a pull out couch in the living room! We would definitely consider renting this cottage again!

Second year renting property and had a good stay. Arrived to a semi clean house - dirty headboard, had to run the dishwasher and the doors were dirty. Side of the house light was broken which made for difficult grilling at night. Upon further inspection the paint on the inside of the grill is peeling off and falling into food and the grill grates are all warped. Last year we had a tough time with the mattresses so we prepared with an air mattress which is a shame to have to use on vacation. We were hoping they would have been replaced - they are extremely uncomfortable. Overall a little disappointed with upkeep of the property but we made the best of it.

Cottage was in an excellent location, just a few minute walk to the beach. It was clear that the property had been recently updated and it had a nice open layout. Listing was just as described. The only thing I was surprised to not see mentioned in the reviews was the beds. I usually don’t even think about the mattress quality because we have 18 month old twins and basically pass out at the end of the day, but these were noticeably in need of being replaced. Also there were no curtains on any bedroom window which only mattered to us because of nap time. Otherwise property was great and owner was very responsive!

Just what the doctor ordered for R&R - a beautiful, clean property right near the beach. Lovely owner that was responsive to any question. The perfect size for our family. Cant wait to book for next summer!

We booked this cottage two weeks prior to our visit. I feel lucky to have found it. The location was awesome, we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, restaurants and rail trail. The lockable shed comfortably fit our 4 bikes which took away the worry leaving them outside. There is a nice picnic table for dining outside as well as some Adirondack chairs for sitting out in the beautiful morning sun. The interior is nicely updated with new appliances, our only difficulty was finding a place for our dry food, all of the cabinets are full. The kitchen was well equipped, a dish rack would be a nice addition for drying pots and pans. Storage is at a minimum, a small bureau outside the queen bedroom would provide some additional storage for clothes, the closet is small. The grill worked well, could use some new grates, all the tools necessary for grilling are provided. Beach chairs are provided but are in rough shape, time for a few new ones. Easy remedies to put even more shine on this little gem. Meghan was an extremely responsive host, we are sure you won't be disappointed. I would say my wife and I are pretty picky when it comes to renting and we hope we have the opportunity to book here again.

We had such a nice time for our family get away. Cottage was newly renovated, neat clean and amazing stocked with what ever you could possibly need for a family of four. Meghan was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. We enjoy everything from start to finish about our first trip to the Cape.

A lovely cottage close to the beach and centrally located on Cape Cod. It was stylishly decorated with a well stocked kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to messages.
