This home has it all - walking distance to ferry and nearby shops, views of the water and Old Baldy, and direct access to the beach. Home was well appointed. Golf carts were in great condition.

We had a very complicated and unexpected travel situation leading up to our trip and the iTrip team went above and beyond to help us! It was a fantastic and much needed vacation thanks to iTrip!

Loved the house and location

We stay at a lovely home on BHI. It was in a great location. Fall on the island was relaxing. We all just wished more restaurants were open as the choices were very limited.

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at green teal. To be honest we have stayed the past several years in another home on the island and just became disillusioned with the lack of upkeep and modernization in that home. Green teal had everything we needed including a large kitchen and many porches for Gathering. The beach near this home is wonderful and we enjoyed watching the ships and the ferry pass by the home. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to have a additional seating on the main porch as well as a dining height table for games and eating. We had to drag several chairs from another porch to the back porch and we could never really sit at the existing table to eat together. One other minor suggestion would be to have a working vacuum cleaner accessible so that we could have done a better job of keeping the kitchen floor clean. If there was one somewhere in the house we couldn't find it. We are already planning to rebook this home for next year.

What a great weekend on Bald Head Island. We have stayed many places before but this is our favorite. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us. We had a very relaxing weekend. This home which is located at 17 Green Teal BHI is amazing. There are so many decks and so many beautiful views. The Ocean, Old Baldy and more. We especially enjoyed sitting on the upstairs deck, enjoying the breeze and the sunset views. The itrip management staff was wonderful during the entire process and we will definitely use them again. Thanks again. We look forward to booking again soon.

BHI is a wonderful place to visit. We went at the end of October so it wasn’t crowded at all. The house was the perfect size for the family of 7. It was clean and we enjoyed the two golf carts.. There was only a couple of minor issues with the house itself. A couple of the larger windows had issues with the blinds but I reported it to management but never heard back from them..

Green Teal was fantastic for our family. The iTrip team was proactive in reaching out to us prior to our trip, and the check-in was seamless. The property itself is very well-kept, clean, and well-stocked with odds and ends that made our stay so much easier. The location was conveniently close to the marina, footsteps from the beach with private access, and each balcony and porch provided postcard views (especially with Old Baldy just behind the house). We couldn't have asked for much more from our vacation

Such a cute house, very clean, nicely furnished, comfy furniture. Bedrooms are all a nice size and loved all the screened in porches. It was great to have both golf carts since there were 7 of us and we really enjoyed using the bikes to get around. The house is very close to the ferry terminal and restaurants, which is convenient, but that also means a little bit more noise from the road and parking lot next door. The bushes do a nice job shielding the parking lot from view.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It is located within walking distance of the marina, which was a plus for us because it was an easy golf cart ride to restaurants. My husband liked checking out the fishermen on the jetty. We loved that we had a front row seat to the shipping lane. My dad found a website to track which ships were coming in. The house is very comfortable - we especially loved all the porches. Even though it is located closer to the marina and parking lot, it is situated in such a way that you feel very private, with a walkway to the beach. The two golf carts were a definite plus. It was easy to get to the market and fun to drive around. We all loved Bald Head Island and hope to be back.

We loved the location of this house so near the Marina. It was well stocked and had a good floor plan with beautiful views of the ocean. We would recommend it to others and hope to come back next summer.

The house was amazing! We loved having close proximity to the Marina. ITrip was great to work with. They texted multiple times to see if we needed anything and allowed us to check in early. The house had multiple porches with magnificent views. We would love to come back!

Wow, what a great place to spend a family vacation! We have rented many beach homes over the years, but nothing compares to this one. The home was in excellent condition with all the amenities one could want. Such a beautiful place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach and to make great family memories. Plus, the iTrip folks made everything a breeze (an ocean breeze!). Would love to come back!

On our first visit to Bald Head and we really didn't understand where we wanted to be located. This home is within walking distance (you do not need to book the tram) from the ferry and the restaurants in the harbor. Also walking distance to Old Baldy, which was a fun morning adventure. Two great and new golf carts make all of BHI easily accessible. House had games, puzzles and blow up beds and pack-n-plays available. The upper deck was an excellent place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset, or watch the boat traffic which the kids all enjoyed. Great house, we will be back.

Great location, steps to the beach in your own access path, beautiful house with decks and porches everywhere. We loved our visit and wish to return to this house.

This was our first time staying on the west side of BHI. It was a fun location, especially for a December trip. Nice to be able to walk to the marina for a stroll.Lovely home. It was so nice to have newer golf carts-a joy to drive!!Working with the iTrip staff was great. It was our first time renting through iTrip and we will definitely use them again.

This was our first trip to Bald Head Island. We were a little nervous if we had picked the right area to stay on the island. This house and the location were amazing! The house was exceptional, to say the least. It was very clean, updated and was stocked with all you need. The balconies off every bedroom, as well as the living areas were wonderful! Such nice views of the water and the ships coming in to the marina. iTrip did such a great job making our booking and stay so easy. If we had any questions they were answered promptly. Just can't say enough about this house and our trip. We will definitely be back.
