We booked this home for a 10 day vacation. We arrived and the check in process was easy. We had numerous issues with this home. The washer and dryer were broken. The dryer shredded a full load of expensive clothing. The ac poured water in the garage and didn’t work, no lights in pool( fixed half way through) ice maker didn’t work( we fixed it) the property management did nothing. We had to hang out clothing to dry all over the house. Didn’t repair the appliances and spent more time on the phone trying to contact anyone about our ruined clothing as it was over $600 in new clothes. Two months later we got $200 back. There was garbage under the bed and clothing from previous guests under the night stand. No hand towels for the kitchen and was advised to use paper towel. Overall it was a bad stay. We have stayed in Winsor hills several times and never had an issue until now. Will the zero resolution with the numerous issues we are reluctant to ever book here again. I don’t know if the owner was ever actually contacted.

Had issues with some repairs and the pool heat didn't seem to work for the first week but no compensation was provided. It was obvious that there was no investment back into the property as much of it was dated and some furniture was broken and not overly clean. Good location though.

The unit is a very good unit. The only real issue we had was that we were told the unit had a hot tub but it did NOT! The property manager ended up giving us a credit a for this error but is was very disappointing especially since the weather was not so great the 2 weeks we were there and it would have been so nice to have our own hot tub rather than having to walk to the main pool area. This is the 2nd time we have been at Windsor Hills and we do love the resort. This unit was super close to the main pool, maybe a 5 min walk. The unit was clean (except for a few cobwebs on 2 of the lights). I called the resort about two small issues and they did respond quite quickly. If the kitchen faucet is still dripping then they did not take care of it. They told us they had to order a part. The unit has been well maintained but could use some updating. There are some broken things which are not deal breakers. Things like dresser drawers broken, refrigerator drawers broken and not working quite right. Little things like that. Again, not deal breakers. I do have one complaint which is kind of silly. There were only 8 forks in the unit. Now, it was just 2 of us in this large unit so it wasn’t a big deal but if our family had stayed with us it would have been a big deal. I feel that if I am renting a unit to hold 8 people there should be more than 8 forks/knives/spoons. I will say that there were other items to use such as slow cooker, electric can opener and regular coffee maker. Wev’e stayed at other units that have been the same size and have had some amenities such as a tv outside by the pool area, beach towels, coolers and the like. We have stayed at other units and the pots/pans were terrible. The frying pans were pretty new and I did appreciate that. In the end, I would stay again if the timing was right and the unit was available but probably not if it was just the two of us. I hope this review helps you decide.

The property was clean and just as portrayed on website. Some of the appliances were not in good working order, but overall it was a good place to stay. The location within Windsor Hills was great and close to all of the amenities.

House had some broken things, but the location to Disney is perfect. The water slides aren’t nearly as big as the pictures make them out to be. Still a good experience and would definitely stay again.
