Location, and pool.

I’ve stayed in another apartment in this complex. The staff is not helpful whatsoever at this building. They posture as a resort, but don’t provide anything which resembles one. The staff is rude, the security chases you if you have your shirt off inside the building, but they allow people to scooter and rollerblade throughout the complex. Doors slam throughout the day and night, and they are loud.

Like that the apartment was clean and cool. It looked nice and all facilities worked great shower, hobs etc apartment was good condition. Its in a good location...near the paloma park, beach, shops and restaurants Liked all the different pools and shops and the supermarket it had within the complex itself which i discovered last day My daughter had a blast...great place for a good time for pool, eating out and outside attractions.

The first thing os the parking situation. It took me an hr to find a parking and got a parking far away from the complex. I understand it was peak season but it was beyond ridiculous that the weren't any parking within the complex nor just outside it...it was crazy 2nd thing was the sofa not comfy at all. 3rd the noise from other apartments would wake us up or not let us sleep till late. Not a place for relaxing...but great for a few days of fun

the property is in a good location, ideal for the beach which was what we wanted. it was very clean and relatively quiet, away from the water park at the back of the property. ideal for a family with younger children.

We booked this as a one bedroom, which it is not, it’s a studio. but we put up with each other snoring!!! we were a family of four older adults. The sofa bed was also a bit creaky, when my son in law and daughter turned over in the night it was quite noisy. Parking also was a nightmare, nothing at all on the complex but it was simple to drop off and pick up. Just a couple of suggestions, a bathmat would be good to supply as we had to tread onto a hand towel to get out the shower as the floor was slippery. Also a single use dishcloth, some washing up liquid and even a couple of dishwasher tablets to get you started would have been welcomed.

The shower was as powerful as it should be as I think the tube had a leak?

Excellent position. It is a studio flat not a one bed apartment, it is one big room with two single beds, kitchen area, lounge and a nice balcony. Beautiful view and good facilities.

The instructions for the safe and the cooker were not easy to find (probably misplaced by the previous occupant). Difficult to communicate with the owner, who only answers after a few days via booking.com, so need to be patient. Sent several msgs to his UK mobile number but no reply (unless I got the wrong number).

everything was very good. Location. Closed free private parking. It was easy to get the keys. Good communication.👍🏼

The balcony door had a broken lock. We had to keep the blinds shut when we left. Insecurity leaving belongings in the accommodation.

Has a nice balcony, kitchen and bathroom are new clean and modern.

Remote was hold together by 2 tie raps. Dusty throws and covers.The sofa bed white cover was actually minky. The bed is two single beds pushed together uncomfortable, one of them is noisy when you move and the sofa bed pulls out to a double but very uncomfortable. Echo outside because of the compound. Also some noisy neighbor above making all the neighborhood awake around 2 in the morning. No washing powder for the washing machine just a empty package left, 2 tablets for the dishwasher. No safe to store your valuables. Room can be accessed from any of the neighbors balconies easily because you can't lock the balcony doors.

Great modern clean apartment with good view of the sea and garden. Set in a quiet location in front of the beautiful Paloma Park with the white sandy beach just a short walk from the complex with multiple bars and restaurants. The fact that there is a dishwasher in the apartment tells you that the host has put in a great deal of effort to ensure you have everything you need to have a fantastic stay.

Some facilities closed due to covid and time of year. Complex could be doing with a lick of paint (minor issue)
