i was quite disappointed sadly, it felt overpriced. They ask a lot of questions but then they don’t follow up or remember or have registered any of your answers leading to me having to constantly repeat myself and information I had already given. The restaurant is good, but not worth what it costs. The room we were at was a bit worn out.

The villa is amazing. Spacious and luxurious. Service was excellent.

All staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is new in its facilities, food is amazing and a decent variety available. The hotel is quiet and private. The rooms are of large sizes and plenty of space in the sitting and pool areas

The internet is a bit slow but it is fine if you are not streaming high HD videos

The peace abd quiet of the resport, the location was perfect and the accommodation was fantastic.

The coffee macjine was useless, i asked twice for it to be fixed but nobody came.

The villa was amazing but the pool needs a heating system to cope with the weather changes The resort needs to create more shared areas like lounge or lobby area with more seating and some games for chilling with the family

lovely hotel/ spa/ Resturant in a great location. the people at the hotel where amazing as was everyone in Bali. lovely villa and can’t fault it. wife and daughter loved the spa. restaurant was good. we had the private bbq and the two lads where so attentive. a nice little treat to relax and destrees

Very nice and cozy villa. The breakfast choice at the restaurant is fantastic and the portions were generous. I particularly like how they put in efforts on plating the food and it makes the experience a lot more enjoyable.

The air conditioner at bedroom 2 in our villa was not working well and my friend and his spouse complained of warm room in the middle of the night. As a result, they didn’t have much rest in the 2 nights we spent at the villa.

Everything is designed to give you pleasure

The staff were absolutely amazing, really lovely people and nothing was too much to ask. The communication via whatsapp was fantastic. Staying in the jungle and looking over the rice terraces was amazing if you don't mind being far from Ubud. The villa was absolutely beautiful and HUGE (unfortunately we hardly got any sun in ours during the day though).

The distance from Ubud was over 30 minutes. It was an effort to get there and i've never seen traffic as bad in my life. We did some tours organised by the hotel (quad biking was one) but it took an hour to get there which we didnt know before hand (we were told 30 mins). Is is pretty secluded so it wouldnt really be worthwhile to do an activity in the day and then also go out for dinner in ubud for example. We ate in the Akar restuarant most nights which was lovely, but minimal vegetarian options. They provide happy hour canapes but unfortunately dont cater for vegetarians. We travlled with some older family members and although there is a buggy service to get down the very steep hills, there are still LOTS of stairs with no diabled access, to the spa for example, the pool, and the 'club'. We absoutely hated the club tonight and think this should be advertised more on booking. On weekends the hotel bar turns into a club with lots of guests coming from outside. We thought we would go but they have a weird system where you have to top up wrist bands before you can buy drinks, then after walking down a million stairs, all of the tables are reserved! you have to have a minimum spend (something ridiculous like $200 to be able to use the tables). I think overall if you are fit, young, want to do some clubbing at the weekend and dont mind travelling >30 minutes to see ubud and other things, then you will like it, but for us it was not worth the money and wouldnt return.

The villa was beautiful and spacious, the service was exceptional. The bed was comfy!

There wasn’t much variation in food options, so we found ourselves eating the same things when we were at the resort. Additionally, it was a lot of western food and not enough authentic Balinese food. The location wasn’t good. We found ourselves traveling 30+ mins or more to MOST of the attractions we wanted to do.

Absolutely stunning!! I dont even know where to begin..this property is to die for. We had a personal butler that attended to our needs. The food and drinks were phenomenonal. Tne staff were professional and courteous. I hate to rave so much about it as i want to keep it as the best kept secret!/1000% will go back
