A wonderful house with a gorgeous view looking south on Lake George. Spent most of the time on the deck or the dock as we had perfect September weather. We usually rent on the lower half on the west side, and this house caused quite a debate in the group for next year. The only negative was a tight fit for the cooks (if anyone one else was trying to be in there, but we more than managed. Thank you.

Couldn't have ask for a better family home getaway on Lake George. The communication with Lynda was great. Beautiful home with all amenities needed even the kayaks etc.... we had a great family vacation thanks to Lynda and her beautiful home. Would definitely revisit again!

We had a lovely time and enjoyed our experience there very much. I’m more used to the crystal clear water further south in Lake George and was a bit disappointed in the muddiness and shallowness of the water. But all in all a beautiful vacation house.

The house and location were amazing, beautiful lake views, kayaks, and dock. Inside was very comfortable, we felt right at home here, loved it.

Very comfortable house the decks were great for enjoying the weather. The griddle on the deck plus the grill made it fun to cook for my crew. The basement was setup for entertaining and a over all good vibe! This house was a great place to relax and recharge. We will definitely be booking again! This was my first VRBO experience and it will not be my last. This was a beautiful lakefront log cabin with huge windows overlooking nature at its best. It had a large deck with stunning lake and Mountain View’s and lots of lake toys for the kids to play with like kayaks, canoes and a paddle boat. The host was very nice and promptly answered all out questions. We went off season and the town was a little quite but we like it that way. We will book this again!

We had a great long weekend in mid September, beautiful weather, very good accommodations for 3 couples, we prepared our own meals in the well appointed kitchen, lovely grounds, brought our own boat and launched at the state boat launch around the corner. The host is great!

Very nice property and host was very responsive. Family had a great time and property had everything you could need for lakeside stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We had a great time at this beautiful house. There were games and water sports equipment, fishing right off the dock, spectacular views, so peaceful. I would love to come back!

This area is tucked in quietly away from all the noise and touristy areas in Lake George. The house is immaculate and feels spectacularly larger than the actual square footage. There are things for any type of person to enjoy. You can't go wrong with this property.

Absolutely stunning A-frame log cabin with panoramic views of the lake. We stayed here with our family of seven. The house is well stocked. Anything you need is there. Just bring any food you may want. We stayed just after Christmas and had a huge snowstorm. With the wood burning stove and the gorgeous property this home sits on - it was truly magical. You can tell the house is well loved with its beautiful cabin/woods decor throughout. We cooked. We baked. We played games- darts, foosball and lots of board games. The hot tub was awesome! Our adult children and teenagers loved it as well. We hope to go back in the summer!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you Lynda for helping to make our Christmas vacation nothing short of amazing. From the time of booking up until departure the communication was great. The view from the home was breathtaking and so peaceful. The home came equip with everything we needed. This was our second family trip to Lake George but our first staying at this property. We were more then pleased with the house. The pictures were true to the house and the location was beautiful. The use of kayaks was the best! We had placed a shopping order from the near by Walmart before arriving and was able to pick up and be set for the weekend! The house had many things stocked and lots of games for both adults and kids. It was a great, quiet, fun weekend! Lynda made everything easy with check in, and the welcome folder gave us all the information we needed to ensure our stay was pleasant and the house was taken care of. The cell service inside the house was not the best, but for us personally, we didn’t mind. I will definitely be looking into renting this property again in the future!

Beautiful spot, beautiful area. The home had everything you need to enjoy the lake; kayaks, canoes etc. Lots of outdoor seating. My only complaint is having to bring all your bedding, linens and drinking water took up a lot of space in the car.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The location on the lake provides gorgeous views of Lake George and the surrounding mountains. The house was cozy, clean and had just about everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen!

We had the best time staying here. The house was in a great location on the lake in Ticonderoga. We brought our JetSki‘s and rented a boat, we were very happy to have a dock. The outdoor grill and griddle were the best! We did lots of cooking outside on the deck. I recommend bringing food from wherever you’re from because the only grocery store is a Walmart. We will definitely stay here again there were no complaints from anybody in my family!

The cabin is beautifully placed at a great part of the lake. The rooms were all very clean and spacious. The couple that rented to us were made themselves available and were so very hospitable. We would love to book a stay as soon as wer are able. Great family experience!

This house was a perfect getaway for our family. Perfect location right on the lake with tons of things to do: fire pit, canoe, kayak, grill, griddle. All came with the house and the house also comes stocked with plenty of other things as well: coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils, etc. All of the things you don't want to bring. I would highly recommend staying here. The owner was readily available and very responsive answering all of our questions ahead of the trip. This place is great. We stay here again.

The Long family’s beautiful home was the perfect setting for our family’s spring break rest and relaxation vacation. We stayed before the lake season had started, so many of the activities and experiences in town were still closed but we didn’t mind one bit! We hung out, kayaked in the lake, ate tons of food, and really just enjoyed the property and area. We would Highly recommend checking out the windchill factory for ice cream and lunch! The property is clean, spacious, and the decor is rustic and super charming. Try counting all the bears- we gave up after a while! 😂 The kitchen was well stocked with anything a family might need to cook meals on site, there were plenty of beds for larger families, and the back yard decks, fire pit area, and docks were great and really made our stay. I could sit out there every day rain, snow, or shine and drink my morning tea happily. Communicating with Lynda was quick and easy and she was so helpful anytime we had any questions. We can’t wait to book this beautiful home again soon! Thank you so much Long family!! ❤️

Had a great stay! Be aware that two of the bedrooms do not have doors (very resourcefully separated by curtains and then the lofted bedroom) - this wasn't an issue for us but it might be for others. The basement was really cool - wish we could have enjoyed it more but it was too cold during our visit. The firepit feels like you are on the lake - beautiful and relaxing. Lynda was a great host and helped us quickly manage a bathroom issue that arose. It didn't impact our stay or vacation one bit! Kitchen was well stocked and the large table was perfect for family meals and games. Plenty of firewood too. We hope to visit again in the summer in the future to really enjoy the lake! Thanks for everything!

What a great weekend. We wanted a beautiful location for the weekend - we went in honor of and in memory of our older son who we lost this fall. The setting was perfect. We brought another family and the kids(teens) had plenty of their own space while we did, too. Because of COVID-19 we cooked all meals on site andhad everything we needed. The house is beauiful and very well-thought-out. We would recommend it to anyone, and I am sure it would be amazing in the summer with use of the lake and the dock for boating.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely despite having to cut the trip short. The house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and cozy stay in a cabin with the most perfect view. Communication with the owners was easy and pleasant. It felt like we had known each other for years! Lynda provided perfect instructions. Her and her husband are the best hosts.
