Difficoltà nel trovarla e nel parcheggiare l’auto

La posizione centralissima, l'arredamento dell'appartamento di buon gusto e la pulizia dello stesso. La struttura è ben riscaldata e silenziosa.

All'interno dell'appartamento tra zona living e bagno c'è un'altra porta tagliafuoco, non chiusa a chiave, che se aperta dà su un portone di legno molto vecchio, anch'esso apribile girando la maniglia e che porta ad una mansarda buia, tetra, impolverata e molto inquietante. Sarebbe risolvibile anche solo chiudendo a chiave la porta tagliafuoco presente all'ingresso dell'appartamento.

Апартаменты были забронированы и оплачены за день до приезда, но по прибытию оказалось что код для входа не соответствует и вообще апартаментов свободных нет , после продолжительного общения по телефону с сотрудником нам дали апартаменты по другому адрессу .

Ci serviva un appoggio per dormire e la camera offriva anche la cucina ad un prezzo vantaggioso

Aggiungerei solo uno sgabello/panca per tenere aperta la valigia, c’è solo un tavolino

Wir hatten immer einen freien Parkplatz, sehr zentrale Lage.

Allerdings 0 Sterne für die Sauberkeit. Haare im Duschabfluss, die Spülbürste in der Küche war voller Essensresten, auf dem Kopfkissen kleine Ungeziefer. Keine vernünftige Wegbeschreibung zum Innenhof, die Schranke lässt sich nur durch starkes Drehen des Knopfes öffnen. Andere Gäste unterhalten sich sehr laut zu später Stunde vor der Zimmertür.

A szállás tiszta,rendezett,a központban helyezkedik el,ár-érték arányban teljesen megfelelő.A környék nagyon szép! A hozzászólásokban segítséget kaptam a korábbi vendégektől,hogy hol kell befordulni autóval a szálláshelyre,a "Fotó" táblánál.Nos ez a "tábla címe": Villach Postgasse 3.😉

Az online ügyintézés katasztrófa.Az természetes,hogy kérik a papírjaimat,de szel fit?Én is kérhetek Önökről?😊Megérkezéskor döbbenten tapasztaltuk,hogy minden elküldött adat és kép,beküldés utáni újabb megerősített visszaigazolás ellenére nincs kód a bejutáshoz,mert egy nap elteltével mégsem jó minden,és mind szállásadó SOS telefonszáma,sem a még elvileg "segítségi munkaidőn" belül hívott Booking számon,sem magyar,sem angol nyelvű segítséget nem kaphattunk!Késő délután,sötét,esik az eső,fáradtak vagyunk és annak ellenére,hogy kifizettük a szállást,ott állunk bizonytalanságban,segítség nélkül,azt sem tudva hol alszunk aznap!Persze türelem.Csakhogy ilyenkor,teljes bizonytalanságban a percek,órák egy örökkévalóságnak tünnek.Fótózunk,újraküldünk,telefonálunk és várunk félreállva a kocsiban gubbasztva.Várunk,és majd lesz valami (vagy nem).Hál Istennek,végül lett.🙏

super appartamento nel cuore di Villach. parcheggio comodissimo e facile accesso. tutto pulito ed in ordine.

la sera/notte nonostante l’orario di silenzio stabilito abbiamo comunque sentito un via vai di gente e voci/urla dal corridoio. sembrava quasi che la nostra porta si aprisse ogni volta che qualcuno usava la porta di accesso all’esterno dell’edificio.

posizione centralissima e con comodo parcheggio. Stanze molto accoglienti e provviste di tutto il necessario, sia in bagno (phone, bagnoschiuma) che in cucina (sapone piatti, lavastoviglie, spugne etc)

This little apartment was such a great find. Exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The contactless check-in system worked perfectly and we had no issues at all. Plus it was nice to see that they had already made up the sofa-bed for us with towels all neatly laid out and everything since we had said we would be 3 guests.

Bellissima camera e posizione incredibilmente comoda per tutto.

Essendo in centro di notte ovviamente non è super silenziosa e mi è capitato di essere svegliata nel cuore della notte da qualcuno che ha suonato il campanello più volte.

الشقه تجنن ومرتبه ماشاءالله التنسيقات والإضاءة مريحه جداً وموجود مواقف خاصه للشقق امان وحلوه والموقع فوووق الخيال يجنن ما حركت السياره ابداً كل شي جنبي 3 ليالِ ما طفشت ابداً

الشقه امام كنيسه جميله شكلاً لكن الصوت كان قريب مره وواضح

Posizione centrale, prezzo basso, struttura moderna e curata. Il check-in online con i codici è perfetto per velocizzare l’ingresso in camera. Appartamento spazioso e ben curato.

C’era la possibilità del parcheggio in loco nella descrizione, poi non disponibile. Ma facilmente sostituibile da un parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Parkplatz etwas chaotisch zu erreichen, war erst nach Anruf beim Service und Zusendung von Bildern möglich.

Ci sono stati dei problemi con la serratura che era rovinata e si faceva fatica ad aprire la porta.

The place looked nothing like on the photos. We didn't even stay in the accommodation

Very pleasant appartement with everything we needed for our stay. Calm and quite most of the time. Great location in the heart of Villach.

Only thing we did not like was the noise outside in the early mornings from garbage and cleaning vehicles.

Location right in downtown. Had small kitchen, washer, ironing etc. Very comfy and clean apartment 111. Parking nearby.

In summer no aircon means open windows. 5:35am the city cleaning crew will wake you up and at 7am the church clock bells will put a final punch in your sleep. At least you can enjoy a long day. In bathroom there is no space for toiletries, this needs some shelving. We never received an access pin code for getting into postgasse3. 1133 magic nr and turn knob right. Luckily someone showed us behind us.

This is a very nice appartement in the city centre of Villach. Everything looked new, it was clean and well-equipped. The price is very reasonable for what you get. The check-in is fully online/digital with no staff onsite so it's no problem to arrive late.

We were a little confused about how to reach the parking lot and where to enter the building. For this it's important to read all the communications they send you

Great position in a wonderful town. Plenty to explore on foot.

the information about arrival/entrance and parking were quite confusing. we had no idea the entrance code to the building was the same one for the drive-in gate as well. upon online check-in, the info came that parking is not available and they cannot guarantee it. but when we arrived the private spots were there and two of them were empty. this could use some management

The accommodation is falsely advertising stuff about free parking being nearby. After the cancellation period passes, they will contact you to say that there is only 5 parking spaces for 8 apartments (in reality over 12 apartments) within the building and otherwise you have to go and park in a paid parking lot thats over 1 kilometer away. We have specifically booked this accommodation as we needed our car to be nearby and safe from the street, well you can imagine our frustration when we arrived to indeed 5 full parking spaces. Please beware if you are intending to book with this "limehome" company, as they are uncooperative and refuse to compensate in any sense. Unfortunately this was last stay of our 2 week roadtrip and left a bitter taste for us. You should know that this is a company that operates hundreds of apartments in german speaking countries remotely, so there will be noone on hand to assist you or direct you elsewhere, you are stuck in this, with information that you cannot trust. This has been escalated to booking.com who as well refuse to do anything and judge the parking information as accurate, as it seems that 1.1km walk in 4C at 9pm is "nearby".

The location was fine. The view looked onto the church square which is very nice. The pastry shop next door was terrific. The room was nice and clean.

This was a commercial space converted to rooms. Upon entering you are greeted by scuffed, dirty walls. As you proceed the walls become chipped and dirtier. Upon reaching the stairway you are greeted by a chain link fence - like a warehouse. No elevator. The rooms are located on the second floor which needs as much maintenance as the first floor. You can be a bit more respectful of your guests and keep the property in better condition.
