This is a great property. Beachfront. The house was furnished with everything we needed and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise. It was definitely large enough for 3 adults and 3 teenagers

The convenience to the beach and the views from the home are spectacular. The house was nice and the owners kept us up to date on everything we needed to do. We would consider this home for a second stay in the future!

Incredible home with private beach access. Started each morning on the porch with the sunrise. Stellar amenities and hosts are easy to communicate if anything is needed. Absolutely a favorite vacation and planning on returning!

This was our second summer vacation to Southern Wave. We love the property and the owners. It’s a perfect spot right on the beach. The house has all you need and the owners are super helpful and accessible.

The house is right on the beach and we loved the fenced in yard, especially with littles. That being said, it appeared clean at first glance but it was not. We had little kids with us (9 months and 21 months) who were in the floor and constantly had dirt, dust, hair in their hands. We had to wash almost all of the dishes prior to using them as they had remnants of food on them. It was a holiday weekend so I know the staff was busy but we were disappointed in the cleanliness, especially given how much we paid.

This was our annual family vacation with Grandparents, and my daughter’s family. The six of us were thrilled with having beach access from the backyard gate directly to the gulf. Wonderful wraparound deck where we “seniors” could sit and watch our granddaughters activities with their parents. The kitchen has everything you need and more! We will definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about this cabin! The beach access was fantastic. The views were incredible. The home was clean and fully stocked for all of our family needs, even the littles. We will be back!

Other than the very large bus, and campers that pulled up right in front on the beach to kinda block our view it was great. I’d recommend staying.

This property was great! Just as described. Managers easy to get ahold of. Property was clean and stocked with some essentials. Walking access to the beach on the property only a couple houses from driving access to the beach. We could not have been any happier with our stay! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Not very impressed with the beach or the town itself. The Southern Wave property was wonderful. Spacious and very kid friendly. The only issue was stickers in the back yard. Couldn't let my grandson go without shoes. I would definitely rent the house again if it were located somewhere else.

This property has it all! The direct access to the beach & completely fenced yard were out favorite parts. The inside was clean & equipped with everything you need for a great weekend. We will be back!

We loved the house and all of the furnishings. The master bedroom bedding was on the older side. We were at the beach for a wedding and had nice clothes that needed to be hung up. I was frustrated that the Master bedroom closet was locked because it was the “owners closet”. Other than that It was beautiful, and clean. It was immaculate!

I really hate to say anything good about this house........ because everyone will rent it and it won't be available next time we want it. LOL. This house is great. RIGHT on the beach, just walk out the back door and back gate and you are on the sand. It is a little irritating that the spot behind the house attracts campers all the time so when you walk out, you have to pretty much walk right by the campers. :-). The house is very clean and well kept. The showers are great. It would have been nice to have more than 2 ft of toilet paper in each bathroom upon arriving but not going to gripe about that. The kitchen is unbelievably well stocked with anything you could need to cook just about anything you want to. It was terribly foggy most of the week but we still enjoyed the stay. I texted the owner and the reply was quick and that was nice. My wife kept saying she really liked this house. We will be renting again. Thanks for a great house.

The property is exactly as described, beautiful, fully equipped, and awesome access to the beach! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the back yard was filled with sand burr stickers which was not good for our dogs. Other than that, it was amazing.

We will continue to be repeat visitors. Love being able to sit on the deck and enjoy the beach🌴❤️

This house is absolutely gorgeous! Steps from the ocean!! Beautiful well maintained fully fenced yard with wrap around walkway on the deck, plenty of deck chairs & a table. However if you want a little more seclusion, this is not the house for you. There are houses on either side of the property in very close proximity. Comfortable beds, nice linens & very nice furniture & appliances. We had an issue with the Keurig but owner quickly replaced it with a brand new one. Owner does however need a better housekeeper as the countertops in some places were sticky. Dust bunnies in every room, soured rugs & towels left in the washer & damp clothes in the dryer. I reached out to owner & the issue was resolved within a couple hours. Not happy about having to do what I paid a cleaning fee for, as I should not have to strip the beds & put laundry in a certain place before checkout with the rental cost & cleaning fee cost. Overall I would rent from again as the owner went above & beyond with the minor issues we had when we checked in.

Everything was great loved the location. My only suggestion would be to do a fumigation there were a few unwanted guests in the kitchen (not mice just to be clear) just a couple of roaches. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

We had myself, my wife , our two small kids and mother in law. Great lay out , great location and was awesome and to go back and forth from the beach to the house as it’s a waterfront property. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Will be back

We loved the house. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been access to the elevator.

What an amazing place to go with pets! Huge fenced yard and beautiful deck for us all to enjoy. The host was so great with communication when there were any issues. Beautiful space inside. Loved the kitchen especially! Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. There was plenty of room and a huge backyard that was completely fenced in. Great for people with small kids and dogs. Absolutely loved the decor inside as well as the outdoor shower to rinse off and the spout at the bottom of the stairs that you could use to rinse the sand off of your feet. Only downside is that it wasn’t stocked with enough supplies for us. We had to go buy more toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Overall we had a great time though and would stay there again!

Love the house and it's location.

We had a great time. The house is dune front with a nice fenced yard. The kitchen is maybe the best equipped of any house I have ever rented. Communication with property owner was quick and very helpful.

The house was exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable for my family. It was well stocked and very clean. We will be back next year!
