We have stayed at many Vrbo properties and this one was one of the cleanest, well maintained one we have ever stayed at. The condo was extremely spacious and perfect for our family and friends. The thing we were most impressed with was Gary the property manager. He contacted us via phone the day after checking in to ensure that everything met our expectations . We truly appreciate his hospitality. If we are in the area again, we will for sure come back to this property. Thank you!

Always enjoy Vista Cay, and look forward to visiting yearly! The Orland Vacation Home Condo was exceptional! Had all the comforts of home; spacious, accommodating, and best part was the lakefront view it provided! Gary paid special attention to our needs, and was there to help 24/7! Steps from our Condo was the pool, spa and bar area where we could enjoy a refreshing drink! Centrally located to parks, Disney Spring and family restaurants! Icon Park and mini golf a hop and a skip away! You will not be disappointed by Vista Cay and all that it has to offer! Orland Vacation Home Condo provided everything that we were looking for! Will not hesitate to return!

We have stayed at Vista Cay several times. It is a great location. This condo was a great place to stay. Comfortable furnishings & a well stocked kitchen. The only complaint is that they provide only 4 pool towels for a 3 bedroom condo. It needs more pool towels

Had a great stay, property very comfortable and perfect place to relax after a busy day hitting the parks. Brilliant location with Disney only 15 mins one direction and Universal 10 mins the other and an easy walk to the supermarket. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time! The unit is as described and is very spacious and comfortable. The furnishings were in great condition and very up-to-date. The resort amenities are perfect for families, couples, or a girls vacay. Email communications from Gary before, during, and after our stay was excellent. All details provided were exactly what was needed, and if we had any questions Gary was easy to reach and quick to respond by text or email. We would definitely stay here again!

I will absolutely stay here the next time we are in Orlando. Pool area, walking path- the complex was amazing. So close to universal- 15 minute drive. The condo was perfect with 3 bedrooms. Full kitchen and washer and dryer, which we used. Would absolutely recommend. Highlight was sitting in the deck looking at the lake while sipping coffee or after dinner. My family loves this property. The DJ on the weekends was so fun. Don’t do a hotel- book here!

What a great condo. Vista Cay was awesome. Plenty of room and the place was clean. We loved the pool and service people were excellent. Close to eating establishments and grocery store. Will definitely stay here again.

Vista Cay is a lovely destination and a quick trip from the Orlando airport. The resort offered several additional amenities that our whole family enjoyed. The walks around their inland lake were a joyous way to start the morning. Their pool is so much fun - with a DJ on weekends who okayed family-friendly music and offered fun games for everyone to participate in! Plus, they had a great poolside bar and yummy food available. We can’t sit to go back!

We always stay at Vista Cay for IAAPA. This was our first time in this particular unit and it was everything we look for -- lake view, close to the clubhouse/pool area, well-stocked kitchen, and everything clean and in good working order. Excellent communication from the owner. No complaints!

We stayed at Vista Cay for the Junior National Volleyball Championships. Gary and the staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Great communication before, during and after our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Orlando Vacation Homes 360 and Gary!

We enjoyed the basketball court as well as the path around the pond. Nice and close to so many attractions. If we ever come to Orlando again we would stay in this condo. The service and staff were friendly, responsive and made it so easy. The condo and the building and resort is quiet. Very relaxing. I would highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

IT IS EASY TO GET AROUND TO SEE WHAT YOU WANT TO SEE AND IT IS VERY QUIET AND NICE SCENERY TO ENJOY ON THE PATIO.

Wonderful Stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was just as described. Very clean, beautiful views, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We also had great communication from the Happiness Director, Gary. Will definitely be back!
