House of as great. Clean, spacious, plenty of outdoor activities. Host was Fantastic. Had everything you needed on site. Even offered to shop for us. Couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience!

Came with some family for a golf weekend. This is a fantastic house, lots to do, close to everything, super well kept, and great communication with owner. Will definitely be coming back.

It was a great trip. We loved the home and there was every amenity you could think of. The owners were great and very responsive to everything we needed. It was Very Clean and the description of the property was perfect. It was close too many great restraints and stores. You could stay at the house all day or go exploring! We did both and it was great!. It is a beautiful and safe neighborhood .

So much to do at this property that we hardly left! The hosts were great (even the dog!) and we had such an amazing time with our teenagers and adult children. We would absolutely book again for our next trip to Scottsdale!

Our family had an excellent time at the property and no one wanted to go back home. The check-in process was smooth and the hosts were very accommodating including giving us a quick walk-through of the property and offering early check-in / late check-out. The location is central to anything in Scottsdale and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The property has any activity and amenity you could think of which kept the whole family entertained for hours. Highly recommend to others for their visit to Scottsdale.

Our family (8 adults and one toddler) stayed at the house for a week. The property was stocked with all the necessities you could need (and more). The kids toys/games/pool toys were great, and the pool area/backyard space was amazing. Richard, Marisella, and their dog Kobe are awesome hosts and we would definitely recommend a stay at their beautiful property!

Our annual friend trip (#10) was in Scottsdale and we could not have asked for a complete property, clean, owner responsive, pool/hot tub, and just completely equipped home. Well worth it, highly recommend.

The week we spent here was nothing short of fabulous. The hosts have thought of literally everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beds were comfortable, the pool was amazing, the game tables got used every day. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

We spent a week with 8 family members (all adults) and it was perfect. After a morning of hiking on local trails, everyone was able to relax on the property. There are a ton of activities at the house (pool, ping pong, putting, bocce, etc) and a large outside eating area. There are also several seating areas for people to spread out take time away from the group. It was perfect. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Property was clean. Would recommend the to others.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful, spacious home for one week in March 2023 and we can't say enough great things about it! It was very beautiful, spacious, clean and full of natural sunlight due to many skylights throughout the home. The kitchen is huge and is very well stocked with everything you would need. There are so many "play" areas inside and outside of the home. There is an indoor game room off the kitchen and dining room with a pool table, dart board and shuffle board. The back yard is pretty incredible and even more amazing than the photos do it justice! There is a swimming pool, hot tub, very large putting green area (our favorite), ping pong table, several covered seating and eating areas, a bag toss area and more! I did an outdoor yoga session one morning in the back yard with the yoga mats Marisella and Richard have for their guests. The trees and planting that surround the home are beautiful. This home is centrally located in Scottsdale and easy to get to the popular shopping centers, restaurants, Old Town, Scottsdale Quarter, etc. Marisalla is one of the best hostess's we've ever had! She helped answer all of my questions before arriving (i.e. things to do, places to eat, nearby grocery stores, etc.) and she was great about checking in with us to make sure we were satisfied several times during our stay. We got to meet Richard, Marisella and their adorable and sweet dog, Kobe while we were there. We highly recommend this home and Marisella and Richard as hosts! A great time was had by all! Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The house is stocked with everything you will need, as well as an awesome backyard. Exceptionally clean property and the grocery concierge’s service was awesome to not have to spend the beginning part of a trip at a grocery store!

Perfect for our family. Host easy to do business with. Every amenity imaginable. Tons of games in and out. Pool and hot tub excellent. Location is superb! Will book again!

The home is outstanding in every way! Richard and Marisella are also tremendous hosts. They have thought of everything -very similar to a five star resort. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. We know area well and location is outstanding. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Wonderful property— right in the middle of everything, but large enough to give you the feeling of being in the country. Beautiful decorations and amenities, and so easy and friendly to deal with. Would definitely highly recommend, and will definitely stay again. If we could give six stars, we would!!!

Five stars are not enough to rate this property and the owners! The home is amazing just like it looks in the pictures and the owners are the kindest most attentive hosts! We took our family here including 4 teenagers 15 and up and they had so much fun with the pool and indoor/outdoor games. There truly is something for everyone. We have done a few VRBO's over the years but never one as fully stocked as this. Our family will definitely be back in the future!

Richard and his wife are amazing hosts!! First off we arrived on Christmas Day and the house was decorated for the holiday which was a great surprise. Richard gave us a full tour and showed us all amenities himself. Tons to do for the kids from the putting green to the pool table there was more than enough to keep everyone having fun. All rooms were a great size and has large TVs. Bathrooms were amazing with great showers! Location is great. Right in the middle of golf, shopping and great restaurants. Will definitely be back if we are ever in the Scottsdale area again!

Really nice place. Had everything you could think of and more. Teens loved playing pool and shuffleboard. We enjoyed the hot tub. Host was super helpful. Kitchen very impressive.

This was the best VRBO experience I've had. The owners were amazingly responsive, kind and friendly, and even purchased items that we needed. The house is beautiful and had so many fun things for the kids to do! The location has easy access to the freeway, Kierland Commons, and other popular Scottsdale locations. I couldn't recommend this property more!

If I could give this resort 10 stars I would. The property had everything we were looking for and more. The pool area was perfect for our family. The property made you feel like you were on your own little island and owners were responsive and always attentive to our needs; we felt like we had our own personal concierge all the time. All the amenities inside and out provides hours of entertainment for our family. Also the gourmet kitchen provided us with everything needed to make our stay even that much more relaxing. To top it all off, we found the cleanliness of the property was top notch, so if you are looking for a place to retreat to with everything you can want, this is the one!

This property was billed as a "private resort" and it totally delivered. We had plans to do a couple small outings during our 3-night stay, but cancelled those plans because we thought it would be a huge waste of our time at such an immaculate property. The house is spectacular and the pool area is perfect. Richard and Marisella were perfect hosts. We'll definitely be back!
